The lady said she would send me an email with a link to alter the payment method - the email never came. When I tried calling back, no one answered the phone. I'm super unhappy with my ring everything checked out, I even liked the girl that was helping me. I got the ring on time and everything. What I'm unhappy about is that I noticed after receiving it that it wasn't the diamond in the video she was showing me. The ring is cloudy along the inside. I had it checked out with the serial number and it matched( on the 7th day ) I did not notice the defects until after the 7 day. I don't understand how it says it's what it is with all the cloudiness. I paid over 5k for my ring and I'm just super unhappy I feel tricked. It wasn't the diamond in the examples she was showing me I was sent a less brilliant diamond. The specs I chose should not have these defects. To top all of this I've already lost 3 of the small diamonds from the band. I did not reach out right away because I was past the 7days and figured it was a lost cause. My suggestion is to take it to a jeweler and have it checked out right when you receive the ring under a scope because during the excitement of getting the ring you might miss these big issues. read more

Where do I start. I was in the market for an engagement ring. I found one online. Made an offer, offer was accepted. Couple days go by and i get a phone call from Camilla. She told me how disappointed she was in the ring that came into her. She told me the band was beyond repairs. When she called she already had options lined up for me. Basically taking money from her inventory to make the deal still happen which was amazing. Then she called a day later and said the diamond was actually smaller then stated on the add so we decided to use one from her inventory. It was a little more of a price then original but the center stone was bigger so it made sense. All in all Camilla and Leslie went above and beyond for me. They made it work in Any way they could. If I could post zero stars, I would. My husband bought a 1.28 carat rose gold solitaire from this site without much knowledge on what he should be looking for in a diamond. The diamond ended up being a clarity enhanced diamond which actually devalues it. This company failed to disclose what it means to have an enhanced diamond and what would happen should it become damaged. Well, a prong became damaged and since it's enhanced, no gemologist will touch it due to the high risk that it will shatter. The third party they use to appraise the rings is actually not done by a gemologist as they claim. When my husband called the company to inform what had happened and asking for a refund, they basically said we were out of luck. So, we just flushed $4,500 down the drain. I no longer have a wedding ring to wear. I'm furious with this company for provided absolutely no information on what could happen. I will be reporting to the BBB.
