My usual was closed, so I came here despite the bad reviews. The machine equipment is old, straight out of a jeepers creepers movie. I just wanted a regular wash which was $12 but he told me I had to do the $15... so why add the $12 version and mislead us. I asked if we could use the vacuums too, He looked confused but said yes. I like to take my time (there was no one using them Besides me) and after 5 mins of cleaning my car when I'm wiping it down the man that charged me rudely came up to say only 5-10 minutes allowed. I had barely been there for 5 mins but he said I needed to leave. Will not be returning. I've read other comments on this older car wash so despite the smell that you get when you pull up in the old equipment that you're looking at I still come out with a clean car. They provide shaded seating right in front of your car while they work on it. I watched two employees clean my car from top to bottom inside and out, and I will return! read more

I've been scouring other reviews looking for mention of the odor. I swear, the water and the stuff inside the wash all smell of mold and sewer water. The quality of the wash was abysmal. It's no better than any other drive through car wash. I'd honestly rather just spend the same amount and air dry my car while driving away after a big name car wash drive through. The guy said the same thing when I asked for the $10 wash as someone else mentioned. He said "no you want the hand dry" which was $14. I agreed because, why not. I'm glad I did because I can only imagine what my car would smell like if it had that crap water still on it. Definitely don't recommend coming here. Like a lot of the other reviews state, this place has really gone down hill. Paid $32 for basically a rinse off of my car. It's a stay in your car drive through type of wash. The brushes and sprayers look super old and rickety. There is a lot of discoloration and kind of looked like mold on them. The tech who did the drying off and interior clean up took close to 35 minutes and there was a lot to be desired after he was done. I actual had extra tip out for him because I thought "wow" he's doing a really thorough job. Got to my car and realized that he must have just been walking around and pretending to clean the inside of the car, because everywhere was still dirty. Air fresher was sprayed directly on the back of my seats (which left a dripping pattern) and on the levers that move my seats. So when I went to move my seat, it was wet. Eww.. Also while waiting for my car to be finished a POS Lexus or Mercedes came barreling through the lot and into one of the stalls where the cars were being vacuumed and wiped down. Whipped open their door with zero concern for the paying customers cars. For sure someone that knew the owner or ticket lady at the beginning of the wash as they went and conversed with her and gave her some snacks. Avoid this place! read more

Really saddened from my last visit. 10 years ago this place was awesome. I would take my 4 year old son with me so he could check out the fish and turtles in the little pond they had. The service was good and washes turned out excellent. Now there are a little to no workers, the equipment is old, the whole place wreaks of algae like they dont take care of their water supply. I was bummed when they didn't have any room in the shade so the proceeded to drive and fetail my vehicle in the direct sun. I asked cashier if I could have a punch card because I left mine at home. She seemed annoyed and told me that I had to fill up the card and use it within a short window because they expire fast. The other thing I wasn't happy about was when the man wiping down my car said he was done, I kindly asked him if he could wipe a spot down that had some dirt. He said he would see and then the female cashier came out and asked me what the problem was. I told her there wasn't a problem and I only asked if her attendant could wipe down a spot. She left to grab a rag and was mumbling something. I didn't want any trouble so I grabbed the rag that was still sitting on my car and wiped the dirt off. I had a $20 bill in my pocket because I was happy to support their business. I was the only car there in the afternoon. I handed the $20 to the older of the two men working on my car. Despite the negative reviews from fellow Yelpers, my recent experience a few days ago was fantastic. The service was excellent. The owner was friendly upon pulling up and the staff that worked on cleaning the car after driving through the power washer were efficient and extremely detail oriented. I opted for "The Works" and ended up paying a $2 up charge for an SUV. However, not a big deal since the service justified the price. This place is a hot mess. I needed a car wash before going somewhere and my usual spot was closed for renovations (Speedway gas station and drive thru car wash just a little further south on Haven/6th St) so I thought I would try this out...big MISTAKE. I pull up and there's no one around then this lady pops out of the little shack and asks me what I want. I tell her it's my first time so just a basic wash. She asks if I want towel dry for an extra $2 and I tell her no I'll dry it myself. So I pull into the wash and I have never experienced a person scrubbing my car in a car wash. I go through the cycle and come out the other side, the giant fans did nothing to dry my car there were still streaks of soap bubbles and water. I pull the car over to an empty parking spot and start drying it myself, start getting weird looks from the people who work there and decide to just leave and finish drying my car later. It was such an odd experience, I'm so glad my usual car wash place reopened after they renovated so now I can go there knowing I'll get a thorough wash for a better price. Been here a couple times and I am never happy with the car wash. I spoke to the owner about the wash and he told me that it's not just a quick wipe on the outside . Nothing more then that . They will not clean the bugs on the front end of the car or anything behind the wheels. I have never been to an actual named car wash that didn't take the extra time to clean these specific areas. I was told that they only clean that for details . I saw the yelp reviews and still went against my better judgement so I have no one to blame but myself . Bought a brand new car a week ago and wanted to get it washed. I must have been the first car washed for the day because their washing pads or strips scratched my car in several places and also put a ding below my window. The owner refused to let me touch the pads myself. They looked dry and dirty during the wash. Please beware, this place is shady and basically told me to F-off. He refused zero liability for it. But after today, I will NEVER go back! The guy who cleaned my car actually took my Audi volume knob and unfortunately I didn't get a chance to realize it until I got home.
