Molly is a perfectionist, and let me tell you, it's a great trait in the permanent makeup field. She worked with me, took the time to get a good feel for what I was looking for, and used a hardcore little ruler/protractor for precision and accuracy. She did a test before the actual permanent application so I felt good about her moving forward with permanence. The application itself wasn't pleasant, but it wasn't bad either. And it went surprisingly quickly. The way the ink works, right after she applied and for the next day or two my brows were darker than what they ended up being (I'm a dirty blonde). They don't push the products on you, but they're there if you want them...it's been a great experience. Also, and this may be weird, but the hot towels don't smell! If you get facials often, then you may know what I mean. When they put a hot towel on your face, and it smells musty or weird....so gross. Total turn off.
