The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

In the store the other day, I overheard one of the employees speaking with a young girl and her parents about a Pokemon watch battery they had replaced. i guess the watch wasn't really built for long term use ( or had broken ?) , because the gentleman was explaining to the girl that they needed to replace the watch. Not only did he address her by name, he had personally researched replacements as well as the names of the Pokemon featured on the watch. The family walked away delighted, and rightfully so. Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. I show the info to my neighbor and he says to get the parts he'll fix it for me. I make a call to O'Reilly's and they have two of the three in stock and can have the third part the next day. I've been to this store a number of times and they are always helpful and they almost always seem to have what I need. Plus they say on the phone that they will price match if you find something cheaper elsewhere. That's a good thing to know. Hopefully my car problems will be fixed soon, but I know that I can make a quick run over to O'Reilly's and I'm sure they will have what I need.
