I spent a good amount of money at the other shop having a 3.5" MetalCloak spring lift and Bilstein 5100 shocks installed along with an alignment, only to end up with a severe death wobble the minute I left the shop. I brought the Jeep back and explained the issue. They performed another alignment, charged me again, and then told me they couldn't stop the death wobble and had done all they could do. At that point, I was basically left hanging out to dry. I then contacted Ethan at TRUXX. They looked over my 2023 JT and immediately knew what needed to be addressed. I left the Jeep with them, and they had everything corrected within 24 hours after the parts arrived. The Jeep now drives the way it should -- and then some. Then I was told they could order conventional oil but it would cost $50 more. I asked if I now had to stay with synthetic, another guy said I could go back. I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional.
