When I'm in town I usually take it my cars to this location. Its convenient and efficient. The employees are fast and friendly and they offer water or coffee while you wait in your car. They do offer other services and recommendations which is good information to know. They don't pressure you into them and you can decline. . I do like that they wash my windows and air up my tires during my service visit. read more

Update: HCON sent a tech out to my home to check my car. Due to the type of car he was not able to check or fix anything. They had my car towed to their shop where they cleaned most of the mess and fixed the issues. After they were done the "check engine" light was still on. HCON then had my car towed to the nearest VW dealership service dept and paid for a full inspection. They also got me a rental car while my car was in the shop. While none of this was ideal, they did do a good job of making things right. read more

Slow, very slow. One person doing three vehicles at the same time So one of their guys was late - stuff happens - fortunately I had the time. Outside of that the service guys were nice people. The work got done and I'm happy with that - they knew what they were doing and the price point was were other places charge for full synthetic oil change so - in a oil change as with most car work the cost is in the labor not the parts/ oil, gas etc - so value was fine. read more

I have been a certified mechanic for 20 years, now I service United States government vehicles. I service my own vehicles but I don't necessarily do my own oil changes. Being in the automotive industry quick oil change spots get a bad reputation but this is my second time here and it's nothing but professional. How they work as a team, get me in and out in a timely manner, and they look at and top off everything. As a mechanic myself I really appreciate their work. Brought my car here twice now. Always excellent and speedy service. They do offer additional services but only because they are recommend not mandatory! They only recommend what they deem is due, but you are open to decline. Some pros is they pump your tires, offer coffee or water, show you your new filters. Took my truck in for a oil change. Truck has 10,000 miles on it. Now I have 2 oil spots in my driveway and oil throughout the undercarriage. I would think that for a $100+ oil change they could have wiped up spilled oil or the oil run off from when the filter was removed. Came to do an oil change since I got off work and needed it real quick. Came at 5:27 pm and They don't close until 6 pm but they said they couldn't help since they shut all their products off since they're already "closed". You guys didn't close for another 30 minutes so I don't see what the issue was?? But hey they sounded very lazy and didn't want to help us anymore. I get it we are all tired from work but if you're gonna be lazy the last 30 minutes and turn away customers when you have 30 minutes left of your time then close your doors and not just stand there and talk. read more

Cyan helped us and he was very helpful and did a great job. He always went above and beyond and was the first mechanic to actually ever inspect the car. He checked everything from lights to additional fluids. I know other places are supposed to do that but they never do due to lazy employees. This is my first time seeing them actually check other areas of my car. He even checked tires and literally did a complete inspection !! If I came back it would only be because of him! I literally wouldn't want anyone else to help me. He is spectacular. We came here in accident and glad he helped me out. Never had an experience like this. Way better than jiffy lube !!!! read more

I highly recommend this place for oil change, not only do you get to sit in your car while their doing the oil change but they check just about everything for free and only takes about 15-20 mins (if you go in on a not so busy day) They're completely honest on what you need and aren't pushy either but will explain the importance of everything needed.
