I went for oil change at 8:25 am on a tuesday (1/21/25) Mgr said there were 3 cars (oil changes) in front of me and thrre were 3 employees on duty. They left the car in front of me sit waiting for a lug nut from auto zone who would not deliver it in any time frame. So the mgr left the car set. After the owner asked mrg about car, sge said hust get me out of here. I was next and oul change completed 1 hour and 30 minutes after my arrival. Mgr never informed us of anything. Got there a little over 11am, there were 3-4 cars in front. One of their "expert" team members told me it's going to be at least 40 mins wait. I have been sitting here waiting for almost 2 hours (it's now 1:01pm) and I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to wait for the job to complete. Incompetent employees. read more

I used to go here a lot. Then the service went down and I stopped going. It's probably been 3 or 4 years since I was there. I decided to give them another chance today. The kid that helped me was amazing. I told him it had been awhile, so he set out to win back my business. He vacuumed the floors of my car himself. I don't think the carpet has ever been that clean! I came here to get my "oil change required" thing reset as well as my coolant replaced and the super nice guy who had half his hair in a ponytail thru his hat and the rest down (like eren) wears a black face mask literally had me in n out in like five minutes and did I mention he was so nice so impressed with the service. During an oil change the attendant showed me two old raggity air filters and asked if I'd be interested in having them replaced, which I declined. I can change air filters myself. When I arrived home and went to replace my air filters, both were in great condition and did not resemble what they showed me in the lobby. While I sat and waited, more than 1/2 of the customers were upgraded to "new filters" and the "topping of their anti freeze." What a scam! Finally, they claim to clean your windows, which they may do for those that they sucker into replacing their filters, but mine were as dusty as when I arrived. If anything, they looked worse, because it was clear that someone just dusted the dirty off of each window with their dry hands. read more

I've been servicing my cars at Jiffy Lube for years. & at every location, they always deliver exceptional customer service! Upon arriving, I was greeted and escorted to the lobby to be checked in. There was a lot of customers ahead of me but thank goodness their cars were finishing up so I didn't have to wait long for my car to get started. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and gave me recommendations for services since I was getting my car ready for a road trip tomorrow morning. They are certainly very upbeat and courteous and I appreciate their professionalism and red flags as far as potential problems with my cars but by the 2nd oil change of any car I bring them, the car invariably starts leaking oil. Came here for a top off.Since covid has been going on I haven't been driving around as much so it's been a couple months since I been here.I know they have a top off policy for every 3,000 miles no matter how long it's been.When I got there as soon as the guy scanned my car he was like oh it's been awhile since you been here so theres no way we can do a top off for you.I let his comment slide then I ALMOST spent nearly 80 on a oil change for him to tell me I need to have my window all the way down(it was cracked) when hes telling me to pull my car in mind you hes not wearing a mask.After that I backed out and called jiffy lube in galt simply asked if I can still get a top off if its within the same mileage on the sticker.He says sure no problem.That saved me $80.Worst customer service ever. read more

I had already gotton a quote for the part in advance which was $75.00, this new mechanic quoted me $151 for the part and $120.00 per hour in labor 5hours a total of $751. Why would you charge double for a $75.00 part???? So convenient! Pulled in here after work and was serviced right away. Hugo was very helpful explaining all the pricing and assisting in oil selection. Got a new jug of oil put in the ole beater, a fresh air filter and a light bulb swap for a very reasonable amount. (Helped that I used the $10 off yelp promo). What really blew me away though was the speed and the availability. There were a couple other items that came up that require more time and possibly ordering of parts. Hugo was so helpful and said that they could help me out by letting me get hear items serviced during my work hours. They could drop me off at work and pick me up. AMAZING. Usually my go to for oil change but yesterday was pretty just OK! Must of had a lot of turn over recently, first person to come out didn't know if we can bring our own oil, oil filter & air filter. Then 1st day counter person was overwhelmed it seemed with 4 customers & another walking in. But then was answering all questions. When I showed him my coupon he quickly said no can do that's not our franchises coupon, I had to ask if they have a AAA or Costco discount. He said yes 10% but now I'm looking on yelp. I used to go here for my oil change on a regular basis because of their turnaround time and customer service. I won't be coming back. While it was a little busy, it seemed to take way longer than it should have. I was there for at least 1 1/2 hours. For the most part, it seemed as though the employees were huddled together in the work bay talking--I had to also wait quite a while just to get a chance to ask about my car. Once I did, they seemed to snap into action. They seemed to come back every so often to suggest this or that additional service. I just wanted an oil change Finally, when they got going to process me, they checked me out with the wrong car, despite my telling them which car. Horrible wait time. The Mexican who ringed me in did not seem like he knew anything about cars, but instead was just trying to get as much money out of customers. Didn't appreciate how he didn't even bother to get my name. Didn't feel trusted when asking him about which oil is recommended. Or his thoughts of needed oil filter change. He just wanted everyone to back in 3000 miles for oil change to get more business. However, the actual manager /owner was amazingggg. Very humble and sweet gentlemen. Very honest and sincere.
