They recommended an oil change instead and waived the dye test fee. I picked it up, but it's still leaking just as much oil as before. When I took it back, they tried to charge me that clean/degrease fee they initially waved the first time . It's completely unfair because they misdiagnosed it the first time around. They also do not make me feel pressured to purchase upgrades, but they do let me know if anything else is needed which is I'm sure a requirement of their job. Josh came to the front and was very abusive in his delivery of language. Josh also went onto verbalize how abrupt and rude he is and he knows it. Why would you have someone like that in your front area to greet the customers. Josh continued to be very rude. The weight was over 2 1/2 hours and that was with an appointment. I called the headquarter number and got Andre and he was no help. Andre told me there's absolutely no supervisors you can speak to to discuss the issue. I was told all the managers were in Palm Coast Florida at a meeting and no one was reachable and I was not allowed to speak to a manager. Never in my experience does a customer service place not have a manager you can speak to so again lied to by Andre. Josh continued to be mumbling under his voice at the counter pacing back-and-forth as other customers came in. Thankfully, the lobby is under camera surveillance because your safety could be at jeopardy going into the store with him in the front. My biggest concern was my safety and they had my vehicle in which I had a flat tire. If you look at these reviews on now, it's very discouraging to not use the store. I also went online and reported my details of my issue. Then this morning I get a reminder about my appointment that I quote so-called missed yesterday. I was at my appointment in fact was there almost 3 hours. And then I get an email saying I missed the appointment how absurd and what kind of company system outfit are you running? Well after I pressed him a little more since having a tire issue on the road would be much more of a problem than buying a new set of tires pre-maturely. Knowing my Jeep probably better than I do and also knowing what I like and my level of expectation he started calling around to see what was immediately available being my travel plans were only a day away. After providing me with a few options he inform me that Tire Outlet had some Yokohama Tires in stock and although it was nearly 3:00 PM they could swap the tires and balance them before they closed the same day. This shop goes above and beyond, they emailed a photo of the tires and quoted the tires and work out the door with a promise of no surprises. This entire process went down over the phone and was executed flawlessly. After doing a walk around I took them for a test drive and found these Yokohama Geolandar X-AT 295/70R17 to be the perfect solution, they look great and just aggressive enough that I am confident they'll perform how I need them to - after dragging the Jeep to the Keys I know I made a good decision.
