My first experience was as a renter, the homeowner did not have the house we rented cleaned before we moved in. I requested quotes using the tools in Yelp and ended up with 5 separate estimates. For our first deep clean it was a two day job. (Yikes right?!?) she did all the windows and screens and carpets the first day. She came back on the second and did a deep clean inside. What a relief it was at the end of that day. It was around $700 and worth every single penny. I had her come back a few months later for a deep clean before my In-laws came to visit. I think she came back another time as well. Then we bought a home, the people who lived there before while surface clean was fantastic, they had cats. I am allergic to cats not just a little. Luckily the carpets were new. During the final inspections at the close, I found balls of hair behind the window blinds, around baseboards, behind toilets, on top of cabinets, under the fridge and stove etc. I called her a little freaked out and she showed up within 2 days and just tackled every possible surface she could think of. Wiped all the shutters, in and out of every closet and cabinet nook and cranny. Then a few days later did a full deep clean, including carpets at the house we moved out of. The homeowner said it was the best he'd seen in the 30+ years he'd been renting the home. It takes a minute to get my hubby comfortable with a "stranger" in the house. He works from home. But he's quite fond of Noelle. She's exceeded expectations regularly. The one challenge I would say is they tend to run about an hour later than their estimated arrival time. But that's kind of the deal living on Oahu.

He started grumbling about doing the kitchen which had nothing on floors, in oven, in sink etc saying it was a big job and I said well can't you do floors, oven, microwave, sinks as promised? He just stared at the microwave as if it was a big deal. I mean, you're a cleaner. His total lack of professionalism and lack of a quality job, he was very very slow moving, arriving, his total demeanor was lame and lazy. When reported (and sent pics) to owner, owner did not even apologize for our time wasted, showing up late or the terrible job. We had this "cleaner" leave early after only one hour bc I couldn't imagine what he would do in the next two hours on my wallet and the result wouldn't even be worth having him in my grandmas home.

While I too had a bit of hold up, I honestly would still rather be patient and wait it out with them. Now on June.2 the landlord 3 way texted me and Maka taking pictures(pics on bottom)of what they missed, but on my receipt it says they done it. Now the landlord reached out to them to do the recleaning for them to charge an extra $300 turning a $543.50 job into a $843.50. Even though I was confirmed in person word of mouth from Maka that it's typical wear and tear and you should be getting your full security deposit back even though I specifically asked her. If you want to be out almost $1000 dollars and not get your full security deposit then book them. If not STAY FAR AWAY.

When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done!
