A beautiful and relaxing way to end a lovely day. Many people will rave about Greg's super cool telescope - and it IS indeed awesome. We saw planets, galaxies, and wonderful stars during our time together! (Most impressive - we saw the rings of Saturn in ways I've never seen before!) I would argue that Greg's coolest tool is his *laser pointer* - which feels like it's from ~the future~. Greg's laser pointer has the unique ability to light up the night sky and point out all of the stars, contestations, planets, and more. Why is this so impressive? Because it eliminates the "old fashioned" way of star gazing - where someone says "do you see that one thing next to that other thing?" Here, Greg literally whips out his lightsaber and shines it into the night sky - and you see EXACTLY what he is talking about. It makes the stories much more enjoyable. And it makes you feel much smarter, too! I enjoyed Greg's stories about space - and his inclusion of Hawaiian star terminology. The next time you are in Hawaii - do yourself a favor and check this out. It'll be a night of aloha you won't soon forget.

Multiple guests were getting seasick, as the Captain tried his best to navigate the waters. One guest nearly fainted and after that, the atmosphere on the boat changed. The Captain wasn't talking much and it seemed as if he just wanted to get back to the dock. Knowing the weather conditions, I wish the tour was rescheduled. We saw some fish and barely saw a turtle. I know the tour doesn't guarantee seeing wildlife, but it was disappointing hardly seeing anything in the glass bottom. To add, the glass bottom is just 4 boxes that you have to peek over to see. I didn't get seasick, so it was still nice to be out on the water and enjoying the views of the ocean. Prior to the incident, the captain was very educational and funny. Overall, had the tour been on a different day with more permitting weather, I think it would've been great.

While 'Im not much of a tour bus enthusiast, to ensure that my clients end up with a good one-- I decided to try Nui Tours. Unfulfilled promises by Jack (the owner): small group, Mercedes Van, all of the stops, snorkeling at a specific beach, we did not want to stop at certain places and were told we could customize, souvenir hats, 2 bottles of champagne, unlimited juices/snacks/drinks, and the discounted price per person. What we got: the bus was 30 minutes late, no one answers the phone number, HUGE OLD TOUR BUS (58 people), we did not get to choose our stops or how long we stopped somewhere, they had water bottles and Pringles (no juice/no champagne/no other snacks that were promised), and on top of several other things-- they charged us full price. WE ARE STILL AWAITING A REFUND of the amount that was overcharged. Jack has lied to us, taken zero accountability, and still refuses to answer the phone. I can't help to think that half of his warrants are for fraud at this point. There is no clear communication and several tour companies show up at the same location, so if you got suckered into these tours-- please verify with each driver to see if your name is on their list.
