Koolau Roof Tech., business owner (Kirt), was very professional, and knowledgeable about roofing shingles, yet really humble and cordial. After inspecting the condition of the roof for the rejuvenation spray, Kirt also mentioned several items that should be addressed on my roof. He also addressed any concerns and asked whether I had any further questions. Kirt later provided a detailed comprehensive report, with images of the roof areas to be sprayed, the missing shingle caps, and the cracked vents. The report fully explained what would be done to bring the roof back into shape, and the cost. The morning of the roof spray was seamless. Kirt was very prompt and informed me of his arrival time. It took only several hours to complete the tasks, and Kirt and his assistant (Father) were once again very professional and cordial. Everything around the perimeter of the house were returned to the original location, and they really prepped the areas on the ground to minimize the overspray. Upon completion of the job, I could immediately tell the difference in the roof shingles. What really impressed me was the detailed post roof spray report. Images were provided of the roof spray before, during and after, and all the completed roof caps and cracked vents.
