Great location (just a few blocks from McKinleys) on Ward, on the side street across Ward from the Patagonia store. The lot is small, only fits 4 or 5 cars in driveway - but I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get started. (I used the time to gather up all my junk so they could thoroughly clean the interior). Service absolutely is fantastic. You drive yourself into the washing bay under the direction of the service guy. Then you back out and park under the sunshades so the team can hand dry the exterior and all door jams, AND then thoroughly vacuum out the interior. They ask you to step out at sit at provided table (under shade) or pay for service while they're doing all that. There's a service charge for using credit card that is waived if you pay cash. (SUV $29+tax) A tip box is provided on the wall - fill that baby up because these folks are so deserving! Bottom line - excellent service, location, price, and so quick and easy!

Booking an appointment is easy and Colby (new owner) is very responsive. He usually gets back to me by the end of the day. LOCATION: They are located in the Pacific Guardian Center... the entry to their building is on Alakea Street. Pull a ticket and drive up to the 10th floor. COST: Depending on what you wanna get, he hand wash and dries your car... I have a black car so I don't trust taking my car to an auto car wash place. Inquire with the business because the prices my change. Overall, for the convenience and quality, it's definitely worth it. SERVICE: Colby is very responsive via text message or phone. I usually drop my car off and then grab a bite to eat downstairs and catch up on some reading. When he's about done with my car, he texts me and then I head back upstairs. The garage ticket is also automated. So you don't have to worry about paying for the garage fee on the way out. I've been coming here for a few month now for a hand wash and quick vacuum of the interior. It's really convenient coming here because I live a very busy life. I'll be sure to add more photos the next time I'm there.

The paint correction came out amazing. Honestly, I wish I hadn't waited until my car had 10,000 miles to have it done. I had PPF installed on the front, side mirrors, and B-pillars, and the rest of the car ceramic coated. The finish looks incredible. One thing that really stood out was that Zel didn't just hand me the keys and send me on my way. He took the time to show me how to properly maintain the ceramic coating, which gave me the confidence to keep the car looking its best myself. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Anytime I had a question, Zel was quick to respond and always happy to help. He's also just a great guy to work with. His attention to detail is unreal--he pointed out things on my car that I never would have noticed and did everything he could to make them right. If you're on the fence about getting paint correction, PPF, or ceramic coating, go talk to Zel. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, and it shows in the final result.

I needed my car to be immaculately clean, and what he delivered completely exceeded every expectation. When I picked up my car, I was honestly in awe. It looked and felt brand new. What truly stood out, though, wasn't just the quality of his work--it was him. My family was with me, and Greg treated all of us with such genuine kindness, respect, and aloha. That moment has stayed with me ever since. He is truly one of those rare, good-hearted people you don't forget. Fast forward to recently--I had what I thought was a total nightmare situation. After a fishing day with my family, squid juice spilled into my car and soaked into the carpet. The smell was awful. NEWEST UPDATE: Aloha folks -- i've updated my review as…read morethere has been some progress. Greg reached out to me explaining that based on the video I sent, it appeared that the ceramic coating was working, but not how it should be. He asked if I could bring the vehicle in so that his team could wash it, and verify this in person. We agreed that I would drop my vehicle off on Friday. This will allow for a pickup on Saturday. Upon drop off, his guys, Zane and Kato accepted the vehicle and tested the ceramic. Right away, Zane said that it wasn't reacting correctly. I left my keys with them and was told that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day and I would be notified by call or text. Saturday -- Premiere is open until 6pm. Once 5pm came around I was admittedly starting to get a little bit nervous seeing as how I needed my car for work on Monday, and I knew they were closed on Sunday. I attempted to call and received no response. Living closeby, I just decided to head over. I got there about 540pm. Greg was there detailing the interior of a car. He had plenty of vehicles to take care of. He was friendly and apologized for the lack of communication, citing that he was swamped with the influx of vehicles. He explained that my car was "done" but that he, himself, had taken issue with it. When we approached my car, it was clear that work had been done. But upon closer inspection, there were water spots on my glass and streak marks on areas, exacerbated by the light from his cell phone flashlight. He was able to quickly wipe some of them off. He again apologized and said that he didn't like the work that was done and asked if he could keep my vehicle until Tuesday so that it could be completely redone. This I respect. Alot. For a boss to take ownership of their work and the work of their employees goes a long way. I left it -- picked it up on Tuesday. The car looks fantastic. Here's to waiting it out and see if the ceramic holds this time around. Very glad that I chose the boys at Premiere. Will update in a week :) ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Aloha all! Second time using the boys at Premiere Island Auto Detail. They did an amazing job on my camaro, that I felt it only right to use them for our SUV. My last interactions with Greg (the owner) and his team were nothing short of amazing. He is a personably guy. I reached out to them asking for an interior and exterior detail on my 2023 Mazda CX50. After some back and forth on the services, I ended up changing my service to a "basic" ceramic coating (which includes an exterior detail to prep it) and full interior detail. The price was amazing. Greg takes care of his customers. I wont mention it here as pricing can always change. As a reminder to anyone reading this -- its always a nice gesture to tip them, though, not required. Greg was able to take my car pretty quickly. I made the appointment for a drop off on Saturday. For those of you that don't know, ceramic coatings require a curing time, and therefore, I needed to leave my vehicle overnight. The garage is secure and under surveillance. It is easily accessible in the downtown area. I came back the next morning to pickup my car. It looked stellar! The lighting really makes the cars pop too. The exterior looked brand new (minus water spots that apparently weren't able to be removed from the 3m decals). The interior also looked great. I had some minor pet fur still embedded, but nothing to harp about. I noticed that the trunk space wasn't addressed though. No biggie. Now the reason for my decrease in rating: I want to start off by reiterating that Greg and his team are excellent dudes to work with. They are friendly, fast, and do good work. My Mazda, this time around, just isn't what I expected from them. I haven't been able to get back for the car wash because the weather has been awful -- so its been a little bit of time since the coating. There are some spots where the ceramic is noticeable. Particularly under the side mirrors, you can see the coating is still there and streaked on. The new formula that they used on this "basic" coating, definitely shows a difference. Maybe this coating only included one pass over, i'm not sure, but the beading effect just isn't there. Dirt and grime still clings to the car and it doesn't wash off with water. The roof doesnt appear to have been coated, but I could be wrong. The wheels were not coated. I am unsure if the glass was coated. The trim appears to have been coated but not wiped off properly. Anyway, do I recommend them? Absolutely. I still think they do good work at a great price. However, I would strongly encourage you to ask about their options for ceramic coating and not get a lesser package. Mahalo Premiere

Then I asked someone to wipe down the dash and that person wiped down the driver's side dash only. The passenger side is still dusty. These people are amazing! Poor management, worse staff.

No charge for the diagnosis. My issue was the ac knob which was previously replaced with a faulty part from another mechanic. They told me estimated time would be an hour. My car was ready within 45mins. The dash did have a crack which James showed me and offered to replace it at no charge. James, Justin, and Erin seem to work well together and treat each other with respect and this business seems to run pretty smooth. I just get a good feeling of trust when I go see them. They are in the business to help people not rip you off. But parking and dropping off your car can be a slight challenge. Just be patient the team is great about helping you to drop your car. Do NOT park and leave your car in front of their neighbors. 5 stars would recommend to all my friends and family!!!

They're so good at explaining what happened and I've never felt ripped off. The reception area is nice with AC, water, and a TV, plus a huge perk is that they pay for your one way ride share from the shop after you drop your car off.

No appointment needed for safety check or was not rudely turned away from auto mechanic shops when it gets too busy despite making calls and waiting/confirmation before coming over. Was impressed with the service so I came back again. On my recent return, i noticed the hours changed. I miss this place having to be opened until 4:00ish since my last safety check. Still do not need to get out of the car but just need to get your required documents ready as well as the mileage since they will ask from you verbally and check your odometer. Need to follow the staff instructions as asked and they do check window tint. They usually take out the old safety stick and place new one on your bumper but this time, the staff just placed it over my old which I didn't like. I tried asking but no time so maybe next time... This place can get busy since I had to park on the side and wait in line queue outside and reversing back into traffic on queen street can be intimidating at times when it is busy after all is done. $27 safety check fee which includes tax (but add $3 more if paying by debit/credit card). Some stuff changed but still I would still consider this place again for safety check and for convenience.

He wasn't out there trying to price gouge me and sell me the most expensive tires out there I chose one that would fit into my budget and I was very happy with the result. The prices here for tires were very reasonably priced and I know for a fact that other places would've charged me an arm and a leg for it. And the best part he took me in the very next day and ordered my tires as soon as I finished talking to him. And also there is no excruciating wait because he goes by appointment only so I know he can get on putting my new tires in right away. I got my two brand new tires put in no more than an hour. That's crazy fast!!!! Wes is simply the best. Hard to find honest people out there but with people like Wes it assures me that there are still some great people out there with great customer service. So i went on and read some of the reviews here on yelp too as you can see its 4.9 starts for a reason. Wes is so honest and very humble guy. He will tell you over the phone what is the best price for you that you can afford at your price range. I only needed one but since its mandatory to change atleast 2 i went ahead and change both rears instead. But its still a good deal no matter what. I came to my appointment he already jump to start to work on my van and boom half and hour later its done and out to go.
