Also, I used the restroom, and the hand soap is horrible the smell lingers kind of smells like cheap hairspray. I ordered the BBQ Beef and Chicken Katsu, while my SO got the Chicken Katsu and Teriyaki Chicken. When our food came, my SO's plate was missing the Teriyaki Chicken. He went back to ask for it, and they fixed it right away with no issues. The food was good and tasty, though the Chicken Katsu was cooked a bit longer that it should be, so it was on the tougher side. The lunch rush was dying down, so we were able to sit right away and didn't have to wait at the register. They also have an outdoor seating area, which is nice when the weather cooperates. This was my second time trying their food, and I'll definitely be back. Aloha!!!

We've been going to to this location for about 2 years. Today we order the usual chicken plate but with double macaroni. We got home and saw they gave us double rice instead. We took the order back and explained the order mistake and showed it to them. They took the order from us, dumped the rice back into their rice pot (to serve to someone else) all while we are in a pandemic. What if we had taken it home and ate from it. Despite giving the kitchen plenty of time, I was forced to wait an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant because my food still was not ready. Beyond the delay, the food quality and service were unacceptable: Dry Seafood & Missing Sauce: I ordered a pound of head-on shrimp with two corns, plus extra sauce on the side. When I opened the bag, there was barely a cup of sauce inside, leaving the shrimp completely dry. Refusal of Request: I know how proper customer service works. When I asked for more sauce--and explicitly offered to pay extra money for it--the staff flatly denied my request and looked at me like I was crazy. It is extremely frustrating to spend money at a business, offer to pay more for what you want, and be dismissed by staff who refuse to accommodate reasonable requests or provide standard food quality. The Palmdale team urgently needs retraining in basic customer service, order fulfillment, and food quality control. As a paying customer, I expect better, and I hope management takes immediate steps to fix these issues.
