Warning : Do NOT go to this restaurant an hour before closing. My husband and I were craving ramen but decided to try the spicy chicken bowls instead. The atmosphere was pleasant; however, I noticed immediately that the chicken being served appeared hard and overcooked. As someone who cooks regularly, it was clear the chicken was not tender. Despite this, I gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and ordered a bowl for myself as well. Fortunately, one of the drinks was complimentary, because once we got home and began eating, the chicken was extremely tough and difficult to chew. After a freezing cold and windy day in the desert this hit the spot! I got ramen with half vegan half spicy miso brother, spicy tofu, broccoli, bamboo, corn, egg, and ginger with a golden milk tea and boba. The ramen broth was so flavorful and delicious, slightly spicy, not too salty and the egg! What mystical concoction was it marinated in? I have nothing but good things to say about the other ingredients, so I'll move on. Boba in the tea was perfectly cooked, drink wasn't too sweet and had tasty flavor. Honestly I don't know what exactly it is cause I didn't read the description, but I'm delighted. As I'm typing this I'm so full from the ramen but can't stop drinking this. The food was not the best after eating it the eggs are pretty good and that's about it And they don't have their food grade where it says " a " or "b". Places like this where raw fish are being served is a big no no and makes it seem as if they're gross The guy literally touched everything with the same tongs and that's pretty gross. I stopped by to get a bowl of Ramen. I ordered the tonkotsu to go. The service was terrible. The older woman acted like she didn't want to be there. Not sure if they have a new owner or management, this place is not like it used to be. The Chashu was not a Chashu. They use pork belly. The jalapeño tasted like hand soap. Everything looked and tasted old. Was it the left over from yesterday or day before? I will not come back here. Sad that I could get what I was craving for. Two thumbs down. read more

It is nice to finally find a place in the area that has good chicken Ramen. You can build your bowl which is amazing I built mine with chicken teriyaki and the chicken was so flavorful and moist and they were not skimpy on the chicken. If you want it spicy make sure you double check to make sure they give you the spicy miso that is not pork-based. It's cold inside but the hot Ramen makes it perfect lol I will definitely come back this fall and winter! read more

My friend and I stopped here for a quick bite after our errands and what I loved about it is, it wasn't too busy. The service did take a minute or two but not anything that would cause concern. My friend ordered her Pokébowl first in the gentleman who helped her seem to be very gracious with portions and giving her extra scoops and the woman who helped me was very delicate and not forthcoming with Portions and I had to constantly ask for another scoop at certain things overall the food taste great and fresh. The salmon was very delicious to me and places like this is something that is lacked because I usually am afraid that it is not fresh. The place is very clean. We seem to have been eating in the dark until, another customer made a comment and they turned the lights on, not sure what that was about. Overall, we will be back. We want to try the Ramen side next, but I do love the fact that you can build your own bowls. Will do an update review the next time we're back for ramen. read more

Went in for lunch on 9/23/23 right at opening and the lady that was about to serve me decided to put gloves on only to then put her hair down and put it back up into a bun/ponytail (whatever it was) with the same gloves and thought it was okay to serve my food with her contaminated gloves. No thanks! I immediately canceled my order and when she asked so confused as to "why?" I told her she was about to serve me with her dirty gloves, she responded with "I can change them if you want?" I used to come here frequently but they started giving small amounts of LETTUCE and not wanting to add any. There's a list of free toppings and they keep restricting them even though they're just veggies. Today the final straw was when they literally COUNTED individual pieces of spinach and said I would have to pay $2.50 for more. Leaves of spinach. Trying out a new Poke place is risky specifically because of places like this. I tried it out for the first time the other day and Barf!! The sushi was old and smelled spoiled. Sushi aficionados already know that good sushi is not supposed to smell. They're storage and preparation of the food is obviously wrong and dangerous. Seems like a health code violation to me. The rice was stale and the vegetables were old too. The portion sizes were small for the exorbitant $15 price for a regular size bowl. I picked a little bit at my food to salvage what I could and had to throw away the rest of it. What a waste of money! As far as customer service, it's nonexistent. I am so disappointed in this place. I understand the pandemic but... The fish is so bad quality, this was one scoop of albacore and one scoop of tuna. Best ramen in the AV! We went to the soft opening day and went to the Ramen section, and chose the options Tonkotsu (pork) ramen and the Spicy Miso ramen. The cool part was choosing what you wanted in your ramen! There's also another section for Poke Bowls. The staff were all very friendly! Both of the broths were flavorful and the noodles were cooked so well! The meat I chose was pork chasu and the meat had such good flavor as well. Once you get 1 protein & 1 vegetable, you get to choose from an unlimited amount of garnishes I would definitely be coming back here more to try out all of the different ramen combinations! read more

I got the Japanese fried chicken (Chicken Karrage) with the vegan broth and it looked amazing however I was disappointed in the flavor. Here are some pros and cons of my experience: Pros: 1. Great customer service. A coworker took her time in explaining every aspect of the menu. 2. Unlimited veggies It's great that you can add an unlimited amount of veggies without an added cost. 3. Big portion sizes The ramen size is a great value for the price. It comes in a huge bowl, more than enough for 1 person. Cons: 1. Low quality ramen and broth: I've been to Japan and multiple ramen places around California and this is by far the worst ramen I've tried. The broth had a bad after taste, and it seemed like the prep was too quick because the broth and the ramen noodles did not mesh well together. Even a ton of chili oil and seasonings added did not help the flavor. My sister and I could not finish the broth. 2. Poor Chicken Karrage: This may have been a mistake on my part but I was very disappointed in the chicken karrage (the Japanese fried chicken) it had a chewy processed taste to it. Horrible. 3. Need to be cautious when choosing flavors: The menu is too open. And for this ramen place this is a bad thing because not all ingredients go well in ramen or together, and it loses its quality adding all different kinds of veggies and sauces into it. There was a sauce on the ramen menu that the host herself advised me against getting, she said it did not go well with the ramen. My sister and I both felt like it was just too much, and the flavors were not well balanced. Overall the ramen looked amazing but the flavors and taste were extremely disappointing. My sister and I had to throw away our leftovers when we got home. For quality local ramen I would suggest going to Raizel Ramen. I will not be returning. read more

This was my first time getting poke in lancaster, and I wasnt disappointed! I came here at an odd time around 4pm, and the restaurant was quite empty. It was my first time here, and my server was really helpful and patient with me as I built my custom poke bowl. You first pick a base, which includes white rice, brown rice, romaine mix, spring mix, soba noodles, or even chips! For my protein, they seemed to have a good variety, but I chose double scoop salmon, as that is my personal favorite. I wasnt sure which sauce to get, so I got the garlic soy. Tbh I wish they mixed in the sauce with the fish, but they just squirted some on top of the fish. You then pick your toppings and then have the option to put more sauce on top. I wasnt sure which sauce, so I asked for both the spicy mayo and eel sauce on the side. Regarding price, it's about $10.50 for a medium (2 scoops) or $12.50 for a large (3 scoops). Any additional scoops of fish is $2 more. I dont have any comments about the ramen, but I would say the poke wasnt bad. It wasnt the best I had, but it did the job. The only thing was that in my salmon, there was kindof a fishy after taste, which I never experiences before when I had poke. But other than that, it was alright. read more
