I came by to ask a couple of questions regards to parasailing, and I can tell you that the two ladies that work at the booth are definitely not friendly, and I had to wait 20 minutes to ask them a simple question such as how long the boat ride is... After 20 minutes of waiting I asked the lady, "I just want to know how long the ride is" and she told me to go to the back and wait until she is done transferring everybody's photos onto their device. Meanwhile one of their own customers that came back from the ride just simply answered my question that I have been trying to ask for the past 25 minutes at this point. Clearly they were understaffed, two ladies doing the same thing transferring photos back and forth. Awesome excursion from start to finish! Booking was incredibly easy, and the ladies in the office provided wonderful communication--they were so helpful and friendly. Out on the water, Jamie and Russell were a fantastic crew. They were funny, ensured everyone felt safe, and were just all-around great guys to chat with. The boat itself felt very secure. We had a blast watching our kids parasail up to 750 feet; seeing their smiles and laughter was priceless! Russell took a ton of family photos that turned out amazing. I love it that a husband and wife crew work here. The wife greeted us warmly and checked us in and husband, Uncle Russ, was fun and guided us safely during our parasailing fun. I have parasailed before but did it again because my friends had never tried it before. This is such a fun experience we recommend 100%. My friends LOVED IT! Had an amazing time and recommend it to everyone. I'm 68 and went with my 38 year old son and we both enjoyed it equally! Instructions are clear and they have a system of how they put on your harness and life jacket. I recommend making sure the legs of your harness fit right under your butt as soon as you're on deck because you are in the air quickly once they hook you to the parachute and if its too low in your thighs or too high in your crotch it won't feel good. We did the 1,000 feet and were up there a long time. Once you're on deck to go tell the captain if you want a water landing or not. We said "don't be easy on us" and got two amazing water dunks and lots of flying. Someone wrote about tipping on a review and here's the deal. The photographer isn't just a photographer- he is the guy who does all of the safety work and he does deserve a tip. We tipped him $20. Pics are amazing and worth spending $40 per family. They upload them to your phone and give you an SD card. We took a LYFT from our hotel and had no issues finding it. It is really close to the lagoon so if you get there early you can walk over there and see the fish or swim. read more

We had a wonderful experience for my husband, 13 year old son who parasailed, and myself, an observer. We walked up without any appointment to check into it and they were headed out on a tour right then. Offered us a great discount if we wanted to join the group. We did. First time here. One of my daughters really wanted to do this, so.... I had never really thought about doing this before. I was a little nervous but they don't give you a lot of time to sit with that feeling. There really isn't much instruction. That's fine. There's enough. You get attached to the parasail on the back of the boat and then they allow the (very secure) metal cable out until you are hundreds of feet above the beautiful ocean waters of Hawaii. If you want, they can dunk you in the ocean before you come back to the boat. I told them I wanted a good, thorough dunking. I recommend this company and this activity. It's great fun. read more

Fun and amazing! Couple of things to keep in mind. 1.) If you even have an inkling of getting motion sickness, take something. 2.) The actual air time is fun and awesome. My 8 yr old daughter had a huge smile the entire time 3.) True, not a lot of explanation but honestly, as long as you're strapped in safely, what else do you need to know? Strapped and go in the air and enjoy. 4.) Pictures were only $40 and worth it. They guarantee at least 100 (we got over 140). You can download right there and also receive receive SD card. Second day on the island and we're out for a adventure on Waikiki Beach. The crew is awesome. we went out with 8 groups of two. We spent an hour on the water, each of us taking 10 minutes or so at 1000 feet. A great way to start week plus long vacation in oahu. 1000 ft high up! It was one windy week and luckily we got there early and they were gonna cancel our 11am, due to high winds. So we got on 10:30am ride. Staff was super friendly and captain and I forgot the other guys name he was SOOOO FUNNY! Love him so much! Group of 7 and we all had a blast. Awesome experience that I highly recommend! A group of five us reserved the 800 foot line on the last boat of the day. We arrived at the booth 30 minutes beforehand to make sure we could check-in and sign the waivers. It was a smooth process with Jessica and the owner, I'm assuming, helping us. While we were waiting, we saw a few fish, jellyfish, and crabs in the docks. Parking- The lot in front is reserved as well as any parking spots around with yellow marking. Ala Moana Bowls Parking Lot is nearby and offers free parking and you won't have to worry about being towed. Restrooms- There's a public restroom by the parking lot to the left of the booth. If it's past a certain time, the staff can open up the restrooms with a key and guide you there. There's no restrooms on the boat. Attire/items- Bring anything you don't mind getting wet since you will be dipped into the water. You don't have to bring water shoes since they require you take off any footwear beforehand. You can store your items below the seats on the boat. I recommend a dry bag or waterproof phone protectors. If you get motion sick or are unsure, I highly recommend Dramamine. Safety- They fit you in a lifejacket and parasailing gear once the boat starts moving. I felt safe the entire time even though the nerves did kick in a bit. Experience- The 1 hour slot is mainly the boat ride out and back. You spend approximately 6-8 minutes in the air but it's exhilarating. The parasail can hold 2-3 persons at a time. My boyfriend isn't a fan of swinging motions and actually ended up getting over that fear quickly. There is some swinging due to the waves but otherwise, it's a very smooth ride. I wasn't looking forward to getting dipped into the ocean but it turned out to be more fun than I expected; make sure to keep your mouth closed if you don't want any unpleasant salt water. The views are incredible especially since you get to see the entire Waikiki area. Staff- Our guides and check-in staff were great! You can also tip them at the end of the experience. Photos- The $40 package for photos is for the entire group. We each paid only $8 which was worth it. Unfortunately, they only have an adaptor for iPhones and not Androids. However, they do provide you with the SD card after. The photos obviously aren't set to look perfect and you'd have to edit it based on the lighting that day. I highly recommend bringing your phone or GoPro with you for the experience! If you're looking for a bit of adrenaline and great views, this is the experience you should try. read more

As we are on our way excited, I get a phone call from them frustrated I'm not there yet at 11:29 am for my 12:00 pm booking. The address given proceeds to be an incorrect location. Now 11:40 I get there and they give us attitude for trying to park in the spot in front of their building. The staff gave us dirty looks and were extremely rude, making us not want to continue with the excursion that we paid for. Their attitude and lack of kindness and patience for confused travelers ruined the experience and is the reason we cancelled. We didn't even bother to continue canceled the booking got zero dollars back and at this point the highest satisfaction was knowing they came all the way over here for no reason. read more

Super disappointed in this company. Last year when I was here and we used this company, I made extensive inquiries into limitations for somebody who is a single leg amputee. I was assured that they would be able to accommodate and had in the past. yesterday when we went to check in, the young lady took one look at my friend and immediately decided that she couldn't participate. Then she told us a bunch of bull about how it was really windy out and she was going to cancel all of our trips anyway (which they did not, we watch them from our balcony). I went to the website and looked and my friend met every one of the requirements to go parasailing. She is mobile she could climb onto and off of a boat on her own and did not have the mobility issues that this young lady seemed to think that she did, or decided by just taking a look at her. obviously, we were very disappointed and very unhappy with this company. The whole process was easy. I booked my daughter and I the day before. Multiple times to choose from. We are staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, so it's within walking distance. We showed up roughly 45 minutes early and were able to go immediately, no waiting. The two gentlemen on the boat made the experience very enjoyable. We sailed this past Saturday and I have mixed feelings about our experience. It was my aunt's and husband's first time parasailing and I was hoping for a great experience, but the weather wasn't great. There was a lot of overcast and it was super windy, but we wanted to make the most of it. Our driver and guide weren't the most personable, especially the driver. After getting the instructions and safety out of the way, the guide/photographer opened up a bit. When it was our turn to sail, we went straight up and then came down for a dunk in the water that we didn't ask for. It was a bit frustrating considering I wasn't fully dressed to get dunked in the water. My husband and I both wore our contacts so we were worried about those and hub's shorts almost came off! Lol, I'm my past parasailing experiences they have always asked if we wanted to be fully dunked or just our toes...well not this one! Maybe they should take that approach... We purchased for $40 photo package that comes with a range of photos from 60 to 100 photos. I think on a bright sunny day, it would be worth it but because we had overcast, most of our photos were dark. It would've been nice if the photographer would've adjusted the settings to accommodate the weather, but I guess that's asking for too much. Lol, just check them ALL before purchasing. I will say that the process to import the photos from the SD card to your iPhone is really quick and I wished other businesses had this option. The workers at the booth were friendly and those on the boat were okay. Not to say they were rude, just not so personable (more so the driver). I was doing lots research for things to do in Hawaii and for sure I wanted to do parasailing while we're there. My partner found this place and I looked into it. I booked way in advance and the price was cheaper for sure. Be sure to read everything on the website before you book. You can choose 800' line or 1000' line. My partner is afraid of heights so I booked the 800' line. Website was easy to use and I received an email confirmation afterward. Fast forwarding to the day of parasailing, I received text notifications about our booking and reminders. This is helpful. I made sure to follow instructions of where to meet and I arrived 30 mins before the actual meeting time, just to be safe. I wore swimsuits underneath but other couples just wore casual outfits. I made sure to bring towels, waterproof bag, sandals, sunglasses, etc. Just read the website on what they recommended. Our scheduled time was 10am and they started boarding around 9:45am. One couple dropped out so there's 4 couples on the boat plus 2 crew members, total of 10 people instead of 12. Captain Russell was funny and he kept us laughing the entire time. He gave us instructions on what to do and you can tell him if you want to get wet at the end and if you want photos taken. Of course I requested for both! Now...if you have an expensive sunglasses or worry about your glasses, consider not wearing them. My partner doesn't have sunglasses but I was worried about his glasses. If he loses this, he won't be able to see anything for days. I kept his glasses in my bag and left on the boat. As for me, I wore an expensive glasses and I also held onto the frame when we go up and landed. Other couples didn't have issues with this but for us, we got dipped pretty hard into the water that my sunglasses fell off my face BUT I held onto it because I knew we were coming down. I suggest you wear a cheap pair of sunglasses. After our turn, we just chill on the boat, listen to music and take tons of photos and videos. Afterward you can purchase your photos in SD card for $30. We also tipped them because of the great services they provide. Looking back on Yelp, I saw mixed reviews but I had a great experience with them. For sure, you do get wet. Sure, you can choose not to dip into the water at the end but when you're on the boat, it's going pretty fast so there's no way you'll be completely dry. There's areas on the boat, under your seats where you can put your shoes and bags away. They're safe. Also, we made the right choice for my partner not to wear his glasses since he's afraid of heights. He could not see the depth/how high we were up there.
