Great fireworks!! Crew was fun. It was a little choppy- 4 of the 6 of us were sick. There were several others not feeling well. The staff tried their best to make sure the ill people were instructed how to go to certain parts of the boat. We had a Groupon discount. We decided to Uber to the location from our hotel. Been to Hawaii so many times but never went out for some parasailing. Went my 17 year old who rarely is impressed with anything (if you know you know) and even he had a blast. The entire experience was great from the ticket counter that had great service to the actual team on the boat who were amazing. I was concerned about getting sea sick but the captain did a great job of navigating waves and I felt great the entire time. You'll get about 8 minutes in the air which seems short but it didn't feel like it. The view was awesome and the water was a deep, beautiful blue that's hard to describe. Pictures don't do it justice. The system they have to get everyone out, up and back in was really smooth. They'll take pictures for you for an additional cost, but you are allowed to take your own phone with you as well. I really enjoyed it and was very impressed with how it was run. They do ask for an additional tip at the end, but it wasn't a pressure thing at all. If you're gonna be in Honolulu and you want to go parasailing, this was a great place. read more

Note- I have taken parasailing before in Honolulu and Cancun and am familiar. The male person driving , steering the boat was rough and went too fast going and coming back He was abrupt and as a rider I clear felt uncontrollable. There was a person with me as an observer we paid 50 bucks for her ride. Both of us had to hold on to steel railing at any given time. That person , my wife although she was an observer was NOT given a life vest!! She was trying to take a video using her iPhone with one hand and holding the railing with the other end The way the male driver of the boat spoke or talked was unprofessional and appeared careless I did take a parasailing tide either Hawaiian parasailing in Honolulu. It was a far smoother ride and inspires confidence to take another ride. Also the the sail or the parachute handling - the way it was sent up was quite abrupt. Not slow and smooth like my prev two experience s In general the driver or the person steering the boat did not come across as a professional. He was in awful hurry coming back The way he talked generally is captured on the video. I would not go on a boat with that kind of person at the till or steering. I had much smoother and comfortable parasailing experience with Hawaiian parasailing and the expert in Cancun Mexico. My wife as an observer felt the same way. He could have been a little slower and tge way he dealt sending the sail or chute could have been less abrupt and gentler , slower and careful read more

This is for the whale watching trip on Jan 11 2026. Our hosts were delightful and the captain was great. We started seeing humpback whales almost as soon as we got out of the harbor! We saw dozens of spouts and tales and even caught a male humpback peacocking, slapping his tale 6 or 7 times in a row. Amazing! Generous with snacks and drinks, too. I appreciated the military discount- for us the trip was only about half the price of a trip on the Spirit of Aloha out of the Hilton Pier in Waikiki. And if you're with kids or someone with mobility issues, the Go Watersports boat is a lot more comfy than a catamaran- with an interior shady area and places to sit outside. Something Google Maps doesn't show was a great Food Truck area right on the corner of the marina. You can go check in, then walk to the corner for a meal or a snack while you're waiting to board. Great papaya salad at the Thai place! So: great value, gorgeous scenery, so many whales, generous hosts. We'd absolutely do this again. One suggestion- it was really hard to hear the captain from the first deck- a loudspeaker down there would be super helpful. read more

The trip was amazing, and I highly recommend this adventure to anyone who wants to take a short boat trip on the ocean blue. The cruise alone is well worth the cost, but then best part is the staff members like Nick, Marley and the Captain. Nick was very informative about the whales and ocean life. We saw a few whales and the children really loved it. Nick answered all our questions and gave us additional info for my family's trip. They supplied Snacks, drinks, and plenty of Aloha. Went parasailing with Paradise Watersports and it was a highlight of the trip for my 2 grandsons. Everything was great, they picked us up at the arranged time, and all of the staff were wonderful with the kids. This should have been a 5 star rating, but the photos they took were such a disappointment, I felt a bit like I had been "ripped off". I paid $30 for a memory card that contained 16 photos, several of which were pretty dark. Others on the boat took photos with Iphones, and they were much better than the ones I received. I am pretty sure I was told that they would just keep snapping, and it would create a slide show of the "adventure". It was not. I emailed Paradise WAtersports my disappointment about the photos and today I received a phone call from them telling me that they had a problem with the camera that day, and they were refunding my $30. That is a class act! 3 stars just went to 5. read more

It was a nice boat ride with a good view of the sunset and the fireworks. We did have a few issues however. The boat ride was substantially shorter than the advertised time, 1 hour 15 minutes vs. 2 hours. And there was only one working bathroom for over 100 people. We selected this trip at a higher price for more time on the water. Due to the shortened time I would not select this company on a repeat visit. read more

Had booked and paid for tickets on the 2hour Whale watching cruise... then received email "requiring" signature on a liability waiver that not only covered things outside operator direct control... but also included (and highlighted in all capital letters) that even the company's negligence was required to be waived by signing. The crew was amazing, and snorkeling in the middle of the ocean was amazing, but we didn't see any turtles... then as our boat was leaving 1 turtle popped up. I realize it's difficult to guarantee turtle sightings, but it was literally called snorkeling with the turtles. We didn't the shark cage and we saw 4-5 sharks circling our cage, so why were the sharks easier to track? read more

I took my aging parents from Japan on a whale watching tour on 2/28. I was initially concerned about my parents, especially my mom with limited mobility. However, the crew members were not only friendly and courteous but also prioritized passenger safety, ensuring we all felt secure and at ease. They took such excellent care of my mom that I had no worries at all! The crew were knowledgeable, attentive, and the tour was both entertaining and informative. I was initially skeptical about the "guaranteed whale sighting," but they weren't exaggerating! We saw several whales! Honestly, we had so much fun just being on their catamaran that we would have enjoyed ourselves even without seeing any whales. Got invited to this boat cruise by a friend and let me tell you it was an amazing experience! It was just just perfect time to see sunset before we sailed out. I'm hoping to take this cruise again in a summer time when sun goes down a little later and we can see sunset and fireworks all from the boat! People on the boat were super sweet! I remember names Nick and Marlee. They have bar that you can purchase drinks from and I'm pretty sure u can bring ur own food there but not sure if they are planning on serve food in a future. But they do have a snack bar for purchase. Boat is really roomy had 2 floors with seating areas and the bottom floor has a window that you can see into the ocean. Very clean and cozy. 2 restrooms on the boat. Fireworks were amazing and seeing it from the boat is totally a different experience. Highly recommend!!! Thank you guys for a fun night! read more

Absolutely incredible experience! As someone who's terribly afraid of heights, parasailing for the first time was definitely one of the best highlights of my trip. As other reviews have mentioned, getting there early is highly recommended. My partner and I parked at the Ala Moana Beach Park (free, lots of spaces), but be aware that this was roughly a 1 mi walk for us! They do offer closer parking for a small fee if you don't want to worry about a long walk, and there is street parking available but may be trickier to find a spot. If you forgot to bring anything, there are a couple small shops across the pier, as well as bathrooms that you can ask for a key for. Once you get there, you'll have to fill out a waiver for each member of your party, so again make sure to arrive with enough time to do so! When you get onto the boat, you'll be seated with a few other parties of 2-3. Be warned: the boat ride out can be VERY rocky, so if you're prone to seasickness or anything similar, make sure to prepare for it. I honestly was really nervous after the ride (no fault of the captain, just my nerves!), but rest assured, parasailing itself is the complete opposite -- very smooth, peaceful, and beautiful. For first-time parasailers like myself: I would recommend wearing a comfortable, secure swimsuit and/or something dry fit. If you wear a coverup, you may be asked to take it off so nothing gets tangled up with the ropes or your harness. Make sure to apply sunscreen! You'll also probably want to leave any bags/purses at home, but if you do have one, they have cubbies with ample storage underneath the seats. We wore sunglasses while we were up there (we also attached croakies for extra security), and I had my phone in a waterproof necklace strap so I could get a quick shot while I was at the top. When it comes to pictures though, I would highly recommend paying the $45 for the professional photography! We did the 600ft for 4-6 min package and it totally flew by, so if I did this again, I'd love to do one of the longer/higher packages. Also, they will offer to optionally dip you in the water at the end, and we HIGHLY suggest you do it!! Our dip was more of a dunk because the waves picked up at the perfect time LOL, but it definitely was the cherry on top of our parasailing. Overall my partner and I had an amazing time! Even though it was a little overcast when we went, we still loved the view, and it cleared up a bit when we were up there! Our party was awesome and the crew was super cool -- I wish I got her name, but my partner and I were super appreciative of the girl who helped us out (she was wearing a white hat and long-sleeved white shirt, and she mentioned that she was from SoCal like us!). Would strongly recommend parasailing with them!! read more
