We had a wonderful experience! We ordered Parasailing vouchers on Groupon and called Go Hawaii Watersports to book our experience. We arrived about 45 minutes before our flight and were checked in quickly. About 15 minutes before our experience was set to begin, they walked us over to the boat and gave us life jacket. When it was time to fly, we were set harnesses and quickly locked in. The flight itself was so much fun and they dunk you in the water at the end. It was just my family of 3 and two other groups of 3 on the boat. The whole experience was a little less than an hour and totally worth it. They offer to take photos, if that's something you want as well.

My family went on a Firework Waikīkī/Sunset boat ride. This was definitely a BUST! It is not family friendly. Bunch of loud drunks on this kind of tour. The staff was not that friendly and the crew/staff TALKED & TALKED loudly to each other the entire time!! We were not even that close to the fireworks that only lasted (4 minutes). Do NOT waste your time and money! Highly disappointed.

Amazing experience. We did two extrusions with them through Expedia and was the best decision

Been to Hawaii so many times but never went out for some parasailing. Went my 17 year old who rarely is impressed with anything (if you know you know) and even he had a blast. The entire experience was great from the ticket counter that had great service to the actual team on the boat who were amazing. I was concerned about getting sea sick but the captain did a great job of navigating waves and I felt great the entire time. You'll get about 8 minutes in the air which seems short but it didn't feel like it. The view was awesome and the water was a deep, beautiful blue that's hard to describe. Pictures don't do it justice. The system they have to get everyone out, up and back in was really smooth. They'll take pictures for you for an additional cost, but you are allowed to take your own phone with you as well. I really enjoyed it and was very impressed with how it was run. They do ask for an additional tip at the end, but it wasn't a pressure thing at all. If you're gonna be in Honolulu and you want to go parasailing, this was a great place.

Best experience ever. After I got passed my fear of seeing a whale shark and then being dipped in the water where that shark was. It was amazing.!!!! Thank you for a life changing event.

An experience that we still think about! Go Hawaii Sports made us feel safe the whole time, and we enjoyed including views of the ocean and the island. Our guides were hilarious but also very professional. If you are even thinking about doing an experience with them, book it right now. We can't wait to go back and do it all over again!

Currently on the boat, after parasailing and it was great. First time doing it, I was nervous but it was good to experience.

Our family had such a blast! The crew was great , weather was windy and cloudy that day but we were still able to do the parasail and snorkel. This was our first time parasailing and everyone had a great time. Definitely do it at least once you won't be disappointed

Had a WONDERFUL trip to watch the Friday night fireworks. Was a great trip and I would recommend it to everyone visiting!

1st time parasailing so I chose 600ft and it was an amazing experience. On time and well organized tour. Will definitely book again!

    Yes, we are.

Do they let you use your own GoPro?

I had my own camera while up in the air. You also have option to purchase an SD card with about 60 shots of you in the air plus some scenery shots. Your choice

Being the first boat out in the morning makes a huge difference. The ocean was calm, conditions were excellent, and we weren't surrounded by multiple tour boats. For long stretches it genuinely felt like we had the reef to ourselves. Sam and Ella were in-cred-ible. Professional, knowledgeable, and very clearly people who love what they do. They struck the perfect balance of being attentive while still letting everyone enjoy the experience naturally. We felt extremely safe the entire time, and they were just genuinely joyful humans to spend the morning with. And I have to mention the turtles. We saw at least eight. Not just in the distance-- they were everywhere. Below us in the reef, gliding past us at the surface, popping up for air unexpectedly. At one point we were actively looking around just to make sure we weren't about to bump into one. Also...calling them "little" would be inaccurate. Some of these turtles were big-- absolutely stunning animals. Swimming alongside them, surrounded by hundreds of reef fish, was one of those rare travel moments that sticks with you. A core memory, without question. -- San Diego

I called to ask to cancel and ask for my refund, four hours after the cancellation deadline. They would not refund my money, even though I explained that I was concerned about the health effects. I'll never use them again and will never purchase a tour through GetYourGuide guides, because they were equally non-responsive

The only small suggestion (not really a complaint) would be to let guests know the exact pier and gate ahead of time, as we were just dropped off without much direction. The boat itself was beautiful and very clean. The staff was fantastic--friendly, professional, and they gave clear directions along with a thorough safety briefing. The ride out to Turtle Bay was absolutely beautiful, with great music that really set the vibe. It also wasn't crowded, which made the experience even better. The snorkeling was amazing! We saw tons of fish and even spotted two turtles, which was definitely a highlight. Afterward, the light lunch was perfect--just what we needed after being in the water. Captain Nick (I think that was his name!) took us a bit farther out, and we were lucky enough to see whales, which made the day even more special. Huge shoutout to the crew--Hadley and Andrea were wonderful. Hadley even joined us in the water, which made the experience feel more personal and fun. Overall, it was an excellent day with an incredible crew. Highly recommend!

You can drive, take a taxi, bus or Uber, or the Prince Kuhio staff can arrange pickup and drop off for you at an additional cost. There is plenty of paid parking at the harbor. Service 5: Super nice and friendly staff, all the way from the reception team to the photographer, the servers, the bartender, the chef and the captain. Ambiance 5: The enthusiasm of the staff rubs off on the guests. It is a happy gathering with breathtaking views. We took the Friday night dinner-cruise which lasted longer (and was more costly) so that we could enjoy the Hilton Hawaiian Village fireworks. The ship 3: The Prince Kuhio was first commissioned in 1984 as a passenger ferry. In 2020, she became part of the Prince Kuhio Tours family and was converted for use in scenic dining cruises. It can accommodate up to 138 passengers with plenty of outdoor and indoor space for dining, cocktails, and sightseeing. The upper, open deck where we sat, has 2 person and 4 person tables with all bench seats facing forward. The set up is optimized for sightseeing which is great. Viewing-wise, every seat is a good seat. Accommodation-wise, the setup is simple and not really fine-dining; hard seats with no cushioning, no tablecloths or cloth napkins, no metal silverware and no glassware. There is a bar facing the dining tables which at the time of our visit in August 2025 only served soft drinks and non-alcoholic mixers. For some undisclosed reason no alcohol was being sold on board but guests were encouraged to bring their own, which we did! Not sure if this is a long-term situation or temporary. The alcohol situation is not clearly stated on their website so if you plan to be drinking you might want to inquire ahead of time whether you should bring your own. The lower deck is enclosed and views are limited compared to the upper deck. The admission price for the lower deck is a little less ($115 vs. $132 at the time of our visit). The restrooms are aft on the lower deck. Again pretty basic. Boarding and seating 3: We got there plenty of time ahead of the scheduled boarding but there was already a long line outside. There was very little supervision. The line was disorganized and people were cutting in and jumping the line. We were greeted cheerfully at the entrance, checked in, and photographed for a separately-sold souvenir photo. Although we had paid for upper deck seating as a family of four, by the time we got there all tables were taken. Again there was no supervision by the staff and it was kind of a "free for all". We had to personally negotiate with the other guests (who had spread out over multiple tables) to secure a 4-seat table. This was a little chaotic and unexpected. Food 4: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner have different menus. We had taken the Sunset Dinner Cruise. Dinner included a garden salad, an entrée and a dessert (cheesecake). For the entrée, you are limited to Fish (Catch of the Day) or Beef Short Ribs. We all had the fish and it was delicious and nicely plated. Given the amount of people that they feed in as short as a time, I do not know how they do it but it came out really well. We met the chef who was going around and meeting the guests after the dinner was served, and he told us that everything is done fresh and on premises in real time. Hats off to the chef and the staff! Drinks 3: As mentioned earlier, they only served soft drinks and mixers at the time of our visit in August 2025. No alcohol was sold on board but patrons were encouraged to bring their own. Suggest you check ahead of time with Prince Kuhio Tours whether this is still the situation. The Last Word 4: The breathtaking views, the friendly crew and the delicious (albeit limited in options) food offerings elevate this experience to a solid 4. I wish they could do better with the boarding process and the seating arrangements. Overall a great experience!

She was lovely interacting with the children. Showed them all she decorated. Ambience: very chill vibe, clean bathrooms, Desiree was a cool bartender making everyone comfortable. It was very fun experience for our family. We got great pictures with Diamond head and the sunset. Captain was kind to take pictures while steering the ship. Loved it and will do again when Oahu!

The best part of the entire evening was the beautiful views that was honestly the only highlight of the cruise. Beyond that, the operation felt disorganized, almost like a group of children were running the boat instead of a well-trained team. The food was just okay and definitely not worth the price we paid. Lobsters we received were pregnant which I'm sure is not okay, a lot of green near the tail. The performances were okay seemed all over the place and not authentic. Cheap costumes and again just seemed like children needing a job. We also paid extra for a celebration cake, but it arrived with a "Congratulations" banner that wasn't even appropriate for our occasion. When I finally spoke to the manager she told me there's no option to choose the occasion so all cakes come that way. To make matters worse, it was simply handed to us off to the side with no presentation or effort to make the moment feel special. The most frustrating part was the customer service. I asked to speak with a manager three separate times and was ignored each time. The manager never came to us--I had to find her myself. You can definitely find another better event For the price of this experience, I expected much better service, attention to detail, and professionalism. The views were beautiful, but they weren't enough to make up for everything else. I wouldn't choose this cruise again. My partner loves turtles, which is why we were so eager to find a memorable experience during our next trip. We found the Living Ocean Tours Turtle Canyon experience through Viator and paid about $80/person which we felt was incredibly reasonable. We saw prior reviews stating that the best time to go is early morning, so we decided to take the first boat out. This was honestly a pro tip as we were not only one of three small groups on the boat, but were also the first boat out to the canyon making the experience feel intimate and memorable! We met the amazing crew who were so knowledgable, friendly, and safety-savvy. The ride itself took about 15 minutes each way. Once we arrived, we felt totally confident swimming out with the provided snorkels, life jackets, and flippers after completing the safety lecture. The crew also emphasized protection of wildlife, instructing us to do our very best to stay 10 ft away or more from the turtles. At times, the turtles would come close to us without our knowledge, so we were also instructed on how to gently swim away when this occurred to maintain safe distance. We spent about an hour and a half total in the water, which was more than enough time to see loads of turtles. When it was time to return, we enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks on the boat. Thank you Living Ocean Tours for providing us with the experience of a lifetime! We would recommend Living Ocean Tours to friends, family, or anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and immersive turtle viewing experience!
