They also gave loaned us a pigtail so that the trailer lights could be properly connected to our 4Runner. They advised on several spots to go fishing, they loaded up the canoe and gave us proper paddles and life preservers. They made the entire experience easy and positive. The other was a floor model. It was reasonably priced and ready to take home the day I bought it. My experiences with the service department were always satisfactory. The staff seem to be bike nerds who are not particularly friendly or engaging with the customers -- but they get the job done -- and all of my bike needs can be taken care of here in Minocqua so I don't have to trek off to Madison or Milwaukee.
