Unfortunately, about three weeks later, we noticed mildew and what appeared to be grout/sealant coming up around the shower drain. To make sure there wasn't an underlying plumbing issue, I had a plumber inspect the shower, and he confirmed that there is no shower leak. What is especially frustrating is that the company promotes a 3-year warranty, yet getting them to address an issue that appeared 3 weeks after the job was completed has been extremely difficult. I am also repeatedly being told that they cannot properly evaluate or cover the issue because the shower is wet and they can see water present. How does that make sense when this is a shower? Of course the shower will have water in it. I have a hard time understanding how the presence of water in a shower can be used as a reason not to honor the warranty or even inspect the workmanship. My initial experience with John, the technician, was very positive. He was friendly and professional. However, when I contacted the company about the problem, I experienced significant pushback from the owner, Amy's husband. The technician came back but ultimately spent only about 5-6 minutes addressing the issue , got mad at me and said he wouldnt return until a plumber came out? I already had a plumber come out.. I paid $940 for the shower and countertop work, so I expected the company to stand behind its workmanship--especially when the problem developed just weeks after the service. I'm a very disappointed EDH customer with both the workmanship and, more importantly, how the warranty issue has been handled. I hope the company will reconsider, stand behind its 3-year warranty, and make this right. At this point, I simply hope they will do the right thing and resolve the issue professionally.

Noe and Maria arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the shower regrout and Noe even accommodated some last minute requests to add caulking in the kitchen and quarter round. Unfortunately, we had different ideas about what grout 'touch-ups' meant for the floors - I wanted a few spots regrouted to match the rest of the flooring's grout color - but it really lacked a professional touch and didn't look good at all. I did invite Noe to come back to redo it, and it still did not meet the professional standard I paid for. I would have appreciated more thorough communication from the start to make sure I was getting what I needed. To be honest, this was not the cheapest quote I got but paid more because of the great reviews.
