Updated happy hour - ends at 6pm now - no longer 7pm

Yes yes and yes!! Happy hours at the bar is the best. The secret is out and it's always busy so be prepared to fight for a seat. Normally, we grab a few glasses of wine. Their shrimp cocktail is unbelievable. The burger is unreal and the bartenders are amazing - Desiree and Jack!

What a gem this place is. Enjoyed bites and drinks from the happy hour menu. Food and service was amazing along with the live music. This will be a local favorite of mine. Didn't break the bank either.

Hawthorne Grill is one of the best spots I've visited recently. The ambiance is excellent, the staff is friendly, and both the appetizers and cocktails are top-notch! I stopped by for Happy Hour and was seated immediately at a comfortable sofa right in front of the big screen. It was perfect for catching the Miami vs. Indianapolis game. Whether you're looking for a new Happy Hour spot or a beautiful setting for a date night, this is the place. It's clean, spacious, classy but not over the top, and beautifully decorated with high-quality furniture.

I came here yesterday, Saturday, for happy hour with two of my best friends to celebrate a fun bday happy hour for me. We sat at the bar and were served by Byrd and Desiree, both of whom are AMAZING bartenders and everything overall. Desiree made most of our drinks- by far, the BEST, bartender and drinks we have EVER had!! One of my besties and I love Sidecars, and even though it's not on the menu, she made it AMAZINGLY, even better than the best typical Sidecar ever! She did a sugar and spice rim, it definitely changed the drink for the better and made it unique. Even the twirled orange peel was the best orange peel twist I've had! Haha Desiree for sure knows her stuff front to back upside down and all around when it comes to drinks!!! Byrd was very attentive as well and quick to serve us and make sure we were taken care of. I ordered the shishito peppers, burger and the truffle steak fries, Fade to Black cocktail, and Desiree's Sidecar. We love this place and everything about it!!!

I had to check out the new daily happy hour from 4-7. I don't recall their hh ever being until 7. The bar was almost full and there were a few tables occupied near the bar. The menu contains a nice variety of specialty cocktails for half price and and appetizers such as meatball sliders, charcuterie and tuna tacos. I was considering the hh burger, but the $16 price seems too much for hh. The $7 meatball sliders were very good! I also had a glass of white sangria, which was very tasty and a good hh price for $7. They advertise hh as at the patio and bar, and there is outdoor seating on the patio.

Hawthorn Grill is located in the JW Marriott and it's an expansive property. The patio we sat at for a cocktail was beautiful and there are usually Koi fish and ducks in the flowing water channels. We did not eat here, but we did enjoy the happy hour prices for the drinks. Service was kinda slow, could be because it's a Monday. Overall decent place.

I recently ordered takeout from this spot and overall had a very good experience. The prices are quite reasonable, and the portions felt fair for the value. I went with the filet mignon cooked medium rare, and it was executed perfectly--tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The Caesar salad was crisp and refreshing, while the fries arrived piping hot and satisfying. The only miss for me was the mac and cheese, which turned out a bit too runny and lacked the creamy richness I was hoping for. Since I only did takeout, I can't speak much to the service or full ambiance, but the space looked inviting from what I saw. All in all, a solid option while staying at the hotel.

Located within the JW Marriott, wife and I have enjoyed full and scrumptious breakfasts daily during our weeklong visit. Excellent service in addition to white linens. Relaxed atmosphere looking out at water feature w visiting waterfowl.

Restaurant is gorgeous. We had the private room and service was fantastic. This was seriously the best steak I've ever had! The mushrooms and mashed potatoes complimented it so well.

Hawthorn Grill happy hour is dangerous in the best way. Gorgeous lounge bar live music on Saturday and such a great vibe. Byrd was our server and was amazing and Desiree behind the bar makes incredible cocktails. Shrimp cocktail was so good I had to come back the next day just for it. Meaty shrimp unreal sauce and the burger with truffle fries did not disappoint. Great happy hour prices plus a fun casino and free parking with a full garage makes being off the Strip even better. Highly recommend

The dining area and outdoor patio give a rustic country kitchen feel which suits their fresh seasonal ingredient filled menu. We have honestly never had a bad meal here. The food tends to disappear before we get to take pictures, sorry that's lacking. I've read the service here isn't good, but we've either been lucky or just have come on good days because we haven't had any issues. The only issue that is kind of a nonissue is that it gets busy fast, of the 3-4 times we've eaten here we've probably come 10 times and there was a loooong wait so we decided to go elsewhere. If you're in the area and want something delectable for lunch or dinner, I'd say yes stop in and enjoy yourself !

They were seating guests on the 2nd room. We were greeted and walked to our table in front of the open kitchen. We had a very fast speaking staff member who went thru the menu. It's not a big menu so although we were not able to follow along, we looked at the menu and finally understood what he was recommending. Luckily he was not our waiter. Edith was our waitress and she was amazing. Our food was brought out at a timely manner. We changed out our plates at least 2x so we can enjoy the next dish on a clean plate. Our water glass was always full. We had a small table for 2 but always made sure we had enough room for the dishes we ordered so we can enjoy. Mind you, we did a wine flight for each of us so there was always 6 glasses of wine on the table. The food was phenomenal. Portion, flavor, each dish was just perfection. Whipped Brie. Omfg, I could eaten just this all night with my wine. Garlic shrimp on toast. Why did I only order one plate. It was so gorgeous. I had to take small bite so that the dish would last longer. Gouda fries with a dip on the side. Heaven sent. Wagyu, medium rare. Cannot be cooked more perfectly. Went amazing with the cab wine. Kat was nice and went around making sure everyone had a nice dinner. I had to share how perfect our dinner was at Ada's. Will be back.

The ambiance at night is nice and dimly lit. Great menu and nicely priced. There's currently a 3 course special that comes with a salad, salmon, tiramisu, and bottomless wine for $60! It's definitely worth it. The goat cheese spread tasted great with the salad. The salad also comes as a big portion. The salmon was huge and perfectly moist. I got the foie gras on French toast. It had the perfect amount of salty and tart sweet flavor with the blackberry-cherry sauce. It comes as an appetizer, but because it's so good, I don't recommend sharing since the portion is so small. I got the spicy seafood pasta, and it was amazing! It had the perfect amount of spice and it comes with a hefty amount of seafood along with a whole big lobster tail! The shrimps that it came with were also huge and there were plenty of calamari and octopus with the pasta. This dish was such a great deal with the portion and the amount of seafood it came with. My only complaint is that they can lighten the amount of fresh basil they put in. I highly recommend! Last, we got the creme brulee, which comes with orange biscotti. It's a shareable portion, and perfectly sweet. Our server Zoe was also amazing! She was super friendly and answered all the questions we had with the menu. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were more like a salad, fresh with lemon and pistachio. The creamy garlic mashed potatoes were also fantastic. My wife and I both tried the Spencer cut steak. It was grilled to perfection. Great char and came out the way I ordered it. Juicy and not fatty, an excellent cut. I really enjoyed the sorbet as well. The first floor of the restaurant was very cool! You could see the cuts of meat in the refrigerators and there is also a bar on the left of the entrance. There was a beautiful chandelier by the staircase as well. The upstairs dining area was very plain however. Bare walls, industrial type of standard light fixtures. The server recommended the skirt steak which we ordered MR. Also ordered the ribeye, portobello mushrooms fries and the steak tartare to start. I've never seen a steak tartare come out brown as it shows in the photo. I was so hungry, so I tried some, assuming the kitchen wouldn't send out bad raw meat. It tasted ok but the more I kept eating the weirder I felt about the color. We asked the manager if this was a common occurrence as my experience with steak tartare had never been this way. She said that it shouldn't come out brown and said she'd take it off the menu. She then later came back to explain that the lime juice that's in the marinade oxidizes the raw beef so that's why it's brown... which is an acceptable answer I suppose? It just felt weird bc I couldn't find any photos of browned steak tartare on google when looking up the restaurant menu. The steaks we ordered MR came out. The ribeye was cooked decently but the skirt steak was more on the rare side so we had to send it back for an oven heat up for 1 more minute. I enjoyed the skirt steak but it was too sweet to enjoy the whole thing. Cooking it in the oven for another minute made it even sweeter. It tasted like over sweetened Korean galbi in steak form. I'd say the portobello fries was my favorite dish and decided to take the rest to go to pick at in the hotel. After dinner we were given the dessert menu which didn't really call out to me, but since we told the server it was our anniversary, they gave us complimentary sorbet which was very nice. I liked the sorbet quite a lot but I was pretty full so didn't get to enjoy much of it. The gesture was kind though. At the end, the steak tartare was not taken off our receipt so we had to ask for that to be taken off since the manager told us she'd do that. The server gladly obliged. I want to say, that there was a female employee - maybe a busser, who worked really hard to be attentive with our waters and clearing our plates. I wish I got her name! I believe she was Latina with a ponytail if that helps at all working Saturday evening of Labor Day weekend at 6PM. All in all, the experience was not as great as my husband's first time at the Henderson location - he said the cuts were so much bigger before and the ambience of the Henderson location was more fine dining-esque. But the economy is tough lately so I figured the quality could've easily gone down. Because the price points were very reasonable, I thought it was up to par with what we paid. Probably won't go back unfortunately but it was great to try it out. The plaza it is in is called Trivoli(?) and I thought it was a cute spot with a lot of shops. Although everything was closed by 8, we walked around to digest a little and enjoyed the evening.

I ended up getting the Medi Chicken grain bowl, but I did customize it. I ended up having the following ingredients in my grain bowl Medi Chicken Grain Bowl: Rice, pulled chicken, tomato, cucumber, feta, lettuce, and hummus. My colleague ended up getting the avocado toast. Service was fantastic! I had a few refills on my soda - Sprite. We didn't wait too long for the meal either, around 20 minutes. I really enjoyed my chicken bowl. The hummus was so flavorful and it mixed well with all of the fresh ingredients like the lettuce, tomatoes, and feta cheese. The pulled chicken was scrumptious and the rice base for the dish was pretty good. I would order the medi chicken bowl again, but, the next time I come back, I do want to go after 4:00 P.M so I can try out their fried chicken and waffle. We were the first guests at 10 AM and I'm so glad that we went early! It started getting crowded around 11AM. It's a small space so when the drinks begin flowing it can get very loud. The service was great. Fast and efficient! Now for the food. We ordered to share, which I highly recommend. We ordered the fried deviled eggs to start. So yummy. Perfectly coated with a slightly tangy dipping sauce. Next was the lemongrass honey glazed pork umami bowl...that was fire ! The loco moco was amazing. Both dishes were well seasoned. They have great mocktails too! I'll definitely be back, but I'll avoid happy hour
