    Rotten celery

Went there on Sunday it was Father's Day. It wasn't busy at all . Few people seated at the bar. It took almost 10 minutes for the lady that was bartender to come ask if we wanted to drink something. Then she took our order and we waited 40 minutes for chicken wings to be served. We didn't believe how bad were the celery on the plate totally Rotten. I can't believe they served it to us . We canceled the entire order and got up and left . Of course she didn't ask to pay for it . Hope the manager read this and make sure to see what's coming out of the kitchen. Not going back again.

I really had high hopes going back to this spot for drinks + girls chit chat time, however the bartending lady there gave us such a bad experience it was actually so unpleasant dealing with her! We noticed at midnight was the end of her shift so she was probably over it, it's understandable but there's no need to treat paying RETURNING customers the way she treated us! We were seating at the booth area for over 20 minutes and nobody even came up to us to see what we wanted to order, i had to personally get up and ask the bartending lady if they had forgot about us and her response was that "I told you to come order i don't get order from the tables" - lady if that was what you told us we wouldn't wait over 20 minutes for someone. She also messed up our drinks and had so much attitude- just miserable. Once her shift was over at midnight, the new bartender took over i believe his name was Edward and he was such a gentleman and took amazing care of us! Only reason why i give it 2 stars it's because of him making it right ! Overall, i would still come back but i hope we definitely do not get serviced by this lady again!

I wanted a dirty martini and this place game up in my search and it did not disappoint! I will have to come back to try different one because the bartender who made my extra dirty martini did amazingly

Classic chicken wings. He digs them.

By far one of the best steak specials out there! A true neighborhood gem that offers far more than martinis. After a long week, I love coming here on Sundays for their $15 filet mignon special, yes I said $15! You get a tender 8oz filet with mashed potatoes, veggie, caramelized onions, and a red wine sauce. There's a one drink minimum, which honestly works in my favor because by Sunday I'm more than ready for a cocktail. Drinks run $5-$15. Night owls will be happy to know this special is also offered daily from midnight to 3am. Their happy hour is one of the best in town. $5 well drinks, $6 martinis and wine, and several tasty food specials like truffled mac n cheese balls and flat breads. HH runs daily from 3:30pm-5:30pm and again from midnight to 4am. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, lots of dark wood, soft lighting, friendly bartenders, great specials, and consistently delicious food. I'm not a sports person at all, but this place never feels like a typical sports bar. It's open 24/7, and if you enjoy playing, there are video poker machines at the bar. I also enjoy the variety of music of all genres. The bar seats are genuinely comfortable, and the chairs by the fireplaces make it feel especially cozy on cooler evenings.

Another great visit, this time for dinner. The filet steak special is fantastic, and includes the vegetable and potatoes. Fun large variety of drinks. Friendly service. We really love this place. Nicely decorated interior with ample lighting and fun 80s music. We always have a good time here!

Cute little bar tucked away in Summerlin. Lots of bar seating and little lounge areas. Extensive drink and food menu with what seems like a great happy hour during the week. Love the blue cheese olives and great martini. The sloppy Joe sliders and fries came out piping hot and everything was pretty great for little apps. Service was fine, nothing spectacular but we would come back and cross things off the menu.

We visited for lunch on Friday with a party of two and it was a very nice experience. We arrived and seated ourselves at a table in the bar area. It appears only the bar area is open for dining during the day, and we ordered through the bartender. We started with appetizers; Wagyu Meatball Sliders and Wings. Both were well prepared and tasty. The sliders included extra marinara sauce, which was great. From there we went with a Pesto Chicken and Avocado Sandwich and an Ahi Tuna Sandwich. The sandwiches were large and were accompanied by a lot of really salty fries. The bartender, So, was excellent. Her service was friendly, prompt, and professional. Give her a raise. Overall, a fantastic place for food & drink.

I've been here several times and every time the bartenders, servers, and Nick the owner are fantastic. Food is delicious and great quality. Excellent happy hour specials and don't forget the sunday filet mignon special for 15. One of my favorites are the wings, sliders, and the pasta's.

Ask the Community - The Martini

We tried to visit for lunch at 1100 on Friday and were told there was only bar seating. When does your dining room open?

    4pm

    When is happy hour?

Happy hour is every day from 3p-6p and 12a-4a

Is this place non smoking? asking as it smelled surprisingly good when I walked in the other night.

    Yes!

Do you have any gluten free food options?

    I didn't see any!:(

Is it 21 years old and over only?

We have a dinning room that is all ages until midnight.

What's the dress code for here?

Casual but dressing up is totally appropriate as well

Do they do classic cocktails, such as a sazarac, Americano, or stirred Manhattan? or is it a basic upscale gaming bar with beer and mixed drinks.

They do. Nice sidecar on the menu.

Frankie's Uptown is known as a Steelers gathering spot, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd hope for: energetic, welcoming, and a great place to catch a game. I ordered the stromboli, and I'm convinced it turned my entire day around. I walked in hungry and left wondering if I should cancel my dinner plans for the rest of the week because nothing was going to top it. Our server was the perfect combination of sweet and sassy--quick with a smile, quick with a comeback, and she made our table of six feel like regulars. Great service can make a meal memorable, and she absolutely did. Speaking of our group... all six of us left happy, which may be the restaurant equivalent of witnessing a solar eclipse. Getting six people to agree on anything is a miracle, but Frankie's pulled it off. Whether you're there to cheer on the Steelers, enjoy a great meal, or just spend time with friends, Frankie's Uptown delivers on all three. Great food, great atmosphere, and a staff that makes you want to come back. Here we go... back to Frankie's!

Vibe: Sophisticated, Professional, and Energetic…read more For anyone looking to impress a client, close a deal, or celebrate a milestone with colleagues, finding the right venue for a business lunch can be a delicate balancing act. You need an environment that is sophisticated but not stuffy, lively but quiet enough for serious conversation, and supported by a culinary program that commands respect. The George Sportsmanship Lounge delivers on all of these fronts with remarkable grace, redefining what a modern business lunch can--and should--be. The Atmosphere: Polished Athletic Heritage Meets Executive Comfort Walking into George, you are immediately struck by how masterfully the design bridges the gap between a high-end club and a refined, modern lounge. The decor pays a tasteful, artistic homage to the spirit of "sportsmanship"--think rich leather banquettes, beautifully curated vintage sporting photography, warm walnut accents, and low, ambient lighting that feels incredibly exclusive. For a business lunch, the layout is exceptionally well-thought-out. The seating is spaced generously to offer genuine privacy for confidential conversations, and the acoustics are engineered beautifully; there is a vibrant hum of energy in the room, yet you never have to raise your voice to be heard across the table. It strikes the perfect balance of prestige and approachable comfort. The Food: A Masterclass in Contemporary American Cuisine While the ambiance sets the stage, the culinary execution is the true star of the show. The menu at George elevated our business lunch from a standard meeting into a memorable dining experience. We started with the Yellowtail Crudo, which was exceptionally fresh, accented with a vibrant citrus-yuzu vinaigrette and thinly sliced serrano peppers--a light, refreshing starter that perfectly primed the palate. For the mains, our table ordered the Dry-Aged Ribeye Frites and the Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass: The Ribeye: Cooked to a flawless medium-rare, the steak boasted an incredible crust and a rich, deeply savory flavor profile. Accompanied by truffle-infused hand-cut frites and a velvety chimichurri, it was a decadent but perfectly portioned lunch masterpiece. The Sea Bass: This dish was a revelation. Flaky, buttery, and resting on a bed of ginger-infused heirloom grains and baby bok choy, it was light enough for a midday meal while remaining deeply satisfying and complex in flavor. Even the non-alcoholic beverage program deserved applause; their mocktails, particularly the cucumber-basil press, were sophisticated and felt just as celebratory as a traditional cocktail. The Service: Impeccable, Swift, and Discreet Great food can easily be overshadowed by poor service, but at George, the staff understands the rhythm of a business lunch. From the moment we were greeted by the host, the service was seamless. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering precise recommendations and timing the courses beautifully. Crucially for a business meeting, the staff practiced "discreet hospitality"--they were highly attentive, ensuring water glasses were always filled and plates were cleared promptly, yet they never interrupted the flow of our conversation at critical moments. The entire meal was paced perfectly, wrapping up within a comfortable 75 minutes, leaving us plenty of time to return to the office without feeling rushed. The Verdict The George Sportsmanship Lounge successfully shatters the mold of the traditional, outdated steakhouse business lunch. By combining a stunningly curated, upscale atmosphere with world-class gastronomy and highly professional service, they have created the ultimate venue for the modern executive. It is a masterclass in hospitality, and it has easily secured its spot as my go-to recommendation for lunch meetings. Highly Recommended for: Client entertainment, executive team lunches, and power midday dining.

Our server (the one with the cowboy tattoo on her left arm) didn't bring us water until about 10 minutes after we were seated. When she finally came over, we ordered an appetizer while we continued looking at the menu. After putting in the appetizer, she returned to the bar and spent a significant amount of time talking with the bartender. She made eye contact with us multiple times but never came over to check if we were ready to order. When she eventually returned, she reached for our menus as if we were finished, and we had to stop her to let her know we were actually ready to order our entrees. Considering we were the only table on the patio, we expected much more attentive service. The food was good, but unfortunately the service overshadowed the entire experience. I hope management addresses this, because the restaurant deserves service that matches the quality of its food.
