We went for their Thursday special, steak and King crab. The crab legs were a bit dry, and seems like they had been sitting out for a while. The steak wasn't too bad, a little undercooked. We got what we paid for. Good attentive service. Lots of TVs all over the place showing various sports, news and music videos. Comfortable booth seating. Good selection of beers, including four local beers. I was asked if I wanted a cold glass with my bottled beer, which was very nice to have.

May 17, 2026 try a new restaurant in Summerland area definitely five star at the rustic house. Riley was our server. She provided us with excellent customer service recommended the burgers and she was on the chart with the burger was excellent. Definitely need to swing back around on a Sunday to get 50% in New York State à la carte didn't order sides. Definitely recommend this place. It was great. The food was delicious tons of sporting events on a lot of TVs throughout the restaurant/bar and yes, it does have a sports bar vibe but nice and cozy non-smoking restaurant. Very relaxing enjoy our lunch and the atmosphere and the service hats off to the chefs, hostess and server great team. Thank you, Riley for providing us. Excellent customer service you went to ExtraMile. You have exceeded our expectations of rustic house. Keep up the great job that you're doing. We will be back in referring friends and family. Definitely a warm ambience and vibe. I forgot to mention they're playing great 70s and country music. Very relaxing.

$25 steak/lobster combo? Can't beat that! Food and service were outstanding. Don't sleep on it, great spot!

Solid breakfast. I've been to rustic many times for lunch and dinner. They always do well for those meals. Needless to say breakfast was impressive as well. My son had steak and eggs.? And I and my other son had the California breakfast burrito. It was all very delicious. The steak my son had was a mini filet! Great choice for breakfast.

First time here! I was interested in trying the $25 steak and lobster special as they are a sister location to John Cutter. We walked in and I loved that there was ample seating. The staff was friendly and we were seated right away! The chairs that were for the smaller tables were not very solid. We sat down and sunk into the seats. That was not something that I liked. I like that the utensils are in a big mason jar so it didn't take up too much space on the table. I ordered my steak medium and it came back medium well and the server kind of argued with me but it was tender so I did t send it back. The side salad was big and the loaded potato was a bit overcooked. The lobster tail was good. We also had the hamburger but it did t have too much flavor . Maybe it was an off day for the cook. We may be back

The service was great! Drinks are made well with full flavors and a good pour. I had the steak and lobster special for $25 and it was tasty, but their medium rare was more like medium. My friend had the same order and his rare was medium well. We asked the waitress about it and she said the cook does go a little bit more on the heavier cook side. We didn't send them back as we didn't want it to affect our server. Either way, it was a good meal and we'll be back.

Little late night dessert turned into partial dinner and dessert lol. We make sure we stop here every time we visit Vegas. The food specials are amazing. We always get great service. Good quality food. And the desserts are really good also. What we ordered: Steak and lobster Glazed salmon Loaded tater tots Carrot cake We had cocktails and appetizers earlier in the evening, so no one was that hungry. Everybody was wanting some dessert so my son reminded me about the carrot cake they have here. We arrived at 10:45 PM and it was pretty busy. Since they had the steak and lobster special, my kids decided to split a steak and I ate a lobster. My daughter-in-law got the salmon and asparagus. Nice six or 7 ounce lobster tail. We did upgrade the state to a ribeye. Still the best loaded tater tots around. Waitress was really friendly. Prices are great. I drink so much alcohol earlier at the other bar, no one seem to want to have cocktails. Great atmosphere, clean. Great service, great prices... Can't go wrong.

My steak was overcooked and I let Cage know. He told me to the best of his knowledge my steak wasn't overcooked. I ordered medium rare. His service was made the whole experience reviewable enough to let y'all know- don't let Cage know your steak is overcooked. Rustic House on Eastern is amazing and their steak is cooked to perfection.

Shelby is amazing!!! Just watch the tape ;) Seriously though, I love coming to Rustic House with my man. The food is amazing and the service is even better. All of the staff here is exceptional and they should be told that every single day. This place is a GEM. Steak and lobster special is bangin' too :) P.S. to Tim - just because you have a phone and a yelp account, doesn't mean you're right.

Great service and tasty food! They have a more elevated menu than their sister restaurant (Als) and the food is really good. Lots of specials throughout the week (except Tuesday). They have a great patio out front which would be nice for dining.

First visit, really enjoyed the service and all the TV s to watch the Sunday games. We had great service and the seating was great for viewing all the screens. Al's steak dip with French fries was enough for two meals . The 10 oz hamburger was also a lot of food.. the football crowd was very friendly, which made a real enjoyable afternoon.

Families are welcomed and no smoking allowed !!! Yeah

We both had fish and chips on our brains, and I know Flowing Tide in the north has yummy fish and chips, so I was hoping this Vegas location would too. The menus for all the locations in both Northern and Southern Nevada are posted online. This location was easy to find, Vegas is so easy to get around, everything is all laid out on a grid, with big throughfares every one mile. We just got on Trop as the locals call it, till we got to Decater and go a little bit and there we are. The place is open 24 hrs. like a lot of things in Vegas. Parking is easy and we go right in. Looking at the menu, I see prices are higher by a few bucks per item and I see more upscale items on the menu that we don't have in the north, like crab cakes! I saw the fish and chips, so that's what we got. I really don't care for coleslaw in general, so I got mine with double fries instead and my friend likes coleslaw and is cutting carbs, so she got double coleslaw and no fries. We were seated at the bar and had a nice time interacting with the cocktail craftsman/man in charge, Davey. The menu is his creative brainchild and changes a few times a year, with the current one based on the movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. There's a 90 minute limit and 2 drink minimum per guest. Because of the craft and attention to detail that goes into each cocktail, we finished our 2 drinks just about right at the 90 minute mark. I really enjoyed both of my cocktails but the one that stood out to me the most was Strange Medicine. It was reminiscent of a martini but with Brie-washed Old Bison vodka, Cocchi Americano, and herb oil. It was so good that I wasn't sure what drink to choose next, but Davey was helpful with a great recommendation for another cocktail served with a chunk of parmesan cheese on top. Keep in mind that you're paying for the experience and the level of craft. So with a 2 drink minimum it won't be a cheap experience but it's definitely something worth checking out for the unique, creative cocktails.

Pro: Fear and Loathing menu, updated furniture, yummy drinks…read more Con: Not the previous Laundry Room you remembered, glorified tourist trap, lack of atmosphere control. Slow drink service. The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

The atmosphere was the highlight of our visit. The energy was contagious as fans cheered on Team USA, making it a fun place to watch a big sporting event. If you're looking for a lively spot to catch a game in Las Vegas, this is a great choice.
