We were given a room on the first floor directly in front of the elevator, so there was some minor noise throughout the night. However, I don't consider this a negative against the hotel because that was the room that was available, and we were only staying for one night. The location of the room naturally comes with a little more foot traffic and elevator noise. One of the things I really liked about this hotel was the convenient location. The hotel shares a lot with another hotel and several restaurants, including Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Panera Bread, and Dutch Bros Coffee. Across the street, there's a Chick-fil-A, Applebee's, and Burger King, and within less than a mile there's also a Sonic and an animal hospital. So if you're looking for a hotel where you have plenty of dining and convenience options nearby, this is definitely a plus. We didn't have the breakfast during this stay, but we did enjoy the coffee, which was, as always, consistently hot and fresh. The coffee area was clean, and I noticed staff members frequently nearby tidying up the food and coffee station and making sure everything stayed stocked, including the coffee. Overall, we had a pleasant, clean, and relaxing one-night stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located, and everything we needed was close by. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The weather was a little cooler the in evening so it was very nice to have access to the clean, heated pool to swim a few laps. Exercise room was great too. Easily more equipment that most hotel gyms. The breakfast was pretty typical of Hampton Inns. WE appreciated that the fresh fruit was fresh. They served scrambled eggs, ham and a variety of baked goods as well as cereals. The coffee was good and hot and they kept it full. The hotel was probably at capacity the night we stayed but as busy as they were all the staff was nice and the whole place was kept very clean. Walking distance from Outback, Red Lobster, CFA as well as a few other places. We had a nice stay here.

They had eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, pancake, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, pudding, fresh fruit such as bluebwrries, pineapple, apples, bananas, oranges and watermelon. They also has sides of jalapeños, salsa, shredded cheese, cream cheese for your eggs and stuff. They have the croissants, bagels and toast/muffins. Drinks included chocolate milk, almond milk, regular milk, apple juice; OJ, coffee, as well as some flavored juices. It was a decent selection and everyone ate well. For the price, it was cheaper and had a FAR BETTER breakfast than Best Western which is a newer hotel. Best western's breakfast was not served hot and they dilute their orange juice heavily so it doesn't even taste like OJ. Limited selection. The only Downside of this place is the A/C. Temperature in the room wasn't consistent, so it either got too cold or too hot before A/C kicked on. Bed was comfy with firm and soft pillows.

The best part of the stay in my opinion was the staff, this team definitely understands the importance of customer service but sadly this doesn't makeup for the accommodations. If you arrive after dark the entrance can be a little confusing if you're coming from I-4 don't turn too early and if your driving an extended cab pickup truck the spaces weren't ready designed for you, it's all about how many vehicles they could cram into the space. The room was just okay, the beds and water pressure left a lot to be desired but that isn't something the staff can do anything about so it is what it is. There are choices you can make that will make your stay tolerable, but by all means avoid the breakfast, regardless or not if it's comp'd. The breakfast area it seems was filled with people who were staying one night or had just completed the first night of their extended stay because I don't think too many people would do it twice. Besides being on the stingy side it horrible - the eggs were dried out beyond belief, there were three slices of bacon in the chaffing dish and the sausage was rancid - the milk was in bulk instead of small gable-top cartons and it wasn't cold. This property is disappointing in a lot of ways I think I'll look at other options next trip even though I'm a Spire Rewards member...

Legoland Beach Cottages: A Disappointing Experience…read more First and foremost, I would never consider staying at the beach cottages again. Upon arrival, you don't enter a lobby to be greeted and checked in by a friendly staff member. Instead, you pull up to the guard gate, and a person takes your identification, credit card, then hands you keys, and a map. Since another car is waiting behind you, it's challenging to get any questions answered. To reach the park, you have two options: take their shuttle, which operates every 15 minutes, or drive yourself, which provides free parking. However, the walk to the park entrance is still quite long. The housekeeping was satisfactory during the first few days. However, on the third day, when our baby was having his midday nap, they arrived at the door. I requested that she bring me some fresh towels. while she was inside, Unfortunately, she was on a speakerphone, talking loudly in a different language after we had informed her that the baby was sleeping. On the day we checked out, we were busy taking care of our toddler and packing up. We missed picking up a pair of sandals and his Lola blanket. We immediately contacted the resort and sent a link to fill out a missing items request. We waited a few days, but when I called to speak to a supervisor, they informed me that they didn't have the items and would check and call me back in two days. As of now, I haven't received a call back, and they haven't found the items. I'm puzzled as to how they could miss a pair of sandals and a very nice blanket when they clean a room. While we may consider returning to Legoland and giving it another chance, we will definitely stay at either the Legoland hotel or the pirate hotel in the future.

Our room had a king bed, a round table with 2 chairs, a very long counter under the TV with 2 stools, and a small sectional sofa. While the bed was very comfortable, the seating options were not. The sectional had a pull-out bed. The king bedside nightstands each had ceiling- hung lights, 2 outlets, and 2 USB ports. All worked, but outlets showed signs of getting loose. We appreciated that there was excellent lighting in the room and bathroom. The bathroom light had a motion detection feature that might be a problem for those who awaken during the night to use the bathroom. It's like a wake up call. We didn't see an easy way to disable this. We liked the perimeter-lit mirror and walk-in shower. The shower floor seemed slippery at first but was fine once wet. Breakfast was just so-so. Within a walled-off space there were hot options of eggs, sausage patties, and seasoned potatoes, plus a yogurt machine, pancake maker, juice machine, and coffee machines. No waffle machine, though. Within the eating area, there was a Bunn coffee brewer for single cups. Internet was acceptable, with no major glitches in our room. This newer hotel could be an excellent value for a family visiting a nearby theme park. We enjoyed our one-night stay.

Preface: My apartment needs emergency repairs done and it isnt safe from my family to stay there. The leasing office recommended coming here since it is close to our home and other tenants usually stay here when their apartments need work done. I have a chronic illness and one of my children is immunocompromised. We made our reservation over a week in advanced, in person. We received an in person confirmation, and an email confirming the total price of the room. We made sure to let them know several times that we were bringing our dog, they even put it in the notes of the confirmation that had the total price. The day of check in around 11am we get a call from the front desk woman sounding a little panicked about our reservation. Our card wasn't going through. We hadn't even checked in yet so I was confused as to why our card was being charged, but that's neither here nor there. She then proceeds to tell us that the price is actually $192 more than what we were initially told in person and what was on our email confirmation. She asked for a cc number over the phone to try to run it again for the reservation. We told her we would head on over and take care of the payment method in person. We went over and we questioned her about the price change and she tells us that the extra $100+ was for the pet fee. We knew there was a pet fee when we made the reservation but we were lead to believe that total price they confirmed in the email was already including the pet fee. Apparently not. After we moved money around we gave her the new card and she immediately charged the entire amount. I've worked in hospitality for several years in the past. (Country inn suits, Seralago resort, and HIVC) Never did we ever charged the guest the full amount of the stay at check in. We put a hold for the total and depending on if they checkout early/late and the condition of the room on checkout, we charge the amount at check out. I mentioned this to her and she insisted that this was protocol. She hands us the keys and we inspect the room prior to getting the rest of the family and our belongings. The first thing I inspect are the beds. The first bed had multiple mattress covers under the fitted sheet, which is a red flag. The first mattress cover was dirty, I pull the second and it had dried up crusty substance on them along with other dirty spots. The sheets also looked like they were never washed, with human and dog hair and other mysterious dried substances on them. Both beds were dirty. The fridge was off and dripping water and inside was a roach living its best life. The floor wasnt swept or mopped and still had remnants of the previous guests crumbs on the floor! Immediately went back to the front desk and let her know. Ofc I was upset. I'm being charged over $120 a night and this is what I get??!!! She was very nice and promptly changed our room and let us inspect that one also. The second room was cleaner to the naked eye but once again the sheets were dirty but no where near as bad as the first room. I let the front desk know again and she said that she would get housekeeping to make sure they replace the sheets before we came back with our things. I go to the bathroom to distribute the towels and set up bath time and the towels were filthy! They were folded nice and neat but as soon as I opened them they had orange, yellow and black stains all over them. I bring them to the desk and ask for new ones. The housekeeper exchanged the towels and we continued with unpacking. Finally it was time to actually take a shower. I open up the new set of towels and they are even more filthy than the first set! I was fuming!!! Got the towels changed a third time. Right outside the sliding door is a water meter barely covered with an old piece of plie wood that my dog tripped on and fell several inches in to the small ditch for the meter. He was fine but not safe. I do not recommend

Tiled flooring made traversing the room hazardous as it was wet and slippery, due to the condensation in the room. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was reminiscent of a truck stop restroom.
