    Stay away from this deceptive company. Their sales people lie about service contracts. Definitely a case of buyer beware! So many other honest pest control companies in StL.

I always received an email to schedule, but I didn't always notice that it was from them because there was no business name displayed. After some time, I called to get the service scheduled again. I took the day off work so I could be here on the scheduled day, and they showed up in the window that was promised. Their service vehicle was a mess on the outside, with paint peeling all over the front etc. It's just something worth mentioning because it makes them look a little less professional. I went over the grounds to describe the issues that I am having. I really needed to get things taken care of and was happy that they were here to perform the spraying. They were here for about 30 min. or less before I was told that they would have to come back some other time since their sprayer was not working. That was disappointing since I needed service sooner rather than later. Great, now I have to get back on a schedule and back in line and wait. I have no idea what was treated before the sprayer broke, or if anything was treated at all. This kind of information would have been nice. I received a VM from the office to reschedule - No apologies for the inconvenience of my taking off work for this appointment or anything. Just a "call us back to reschedule" type of thing. The last thing I need is to take off work again with the potential of the job not being able to be completed. I am going to go with another local provider and hope for the best.

He reported back that he found 8 (!!!!!) wasp nests around our property and a dead mouse and we discussed pest control services for our little rodent friends. We were really pleased with him. Very friendly and polite, not overbearing. So why the three stars? The sales guy who visited our house to get us to schedule service was very grating - probably just an age factor. He was what you think of when you think of a typical door-to-door sales guy. Our municipal police drove by while he was talking to us (apparently, someone in our neighborhood called on him for soliciting; he had the required permits though) and the kid was bragging with to us about how he's so cool with our officers and was trying to show us that he took pictures with the officers from when he's been called on before. It was pretty immature and a waste of our time. Then, he, for whatever reason, could just NOT get my husband's very normal name spelled correctly in the email address so we could receive the documents; I think hubs spelled his name 4 times for the kid. Also, the time he rang was borderline inappropriate for us. We have a 1 year old and he was really cutting it close to her bed time. And, according to him, he still needed 4 more households to sign up in order to meet his quota (yes, he told us that too, and bragged that 4 more should be easy....at 7:30 in the evening....when families are settling down for family time and bed time). The kid's lucky we were already considering pest control services and that we like a good deal. Anyhow. The service guy was great. And if the results are good and continue to be good, we'll keep it up - with the hopes that we never have to deal with a sales guy again.

Why not 36 months? No one knows. Cancel. It's worth taking the $199 hit to cut ties with this business.

    I am writing to formally escalate an unresolved service issue regarding work I paid for in full by…read moremy mother. In February 2026, I paid $1,700 for animal trapping services and soffit repairs. While the trap was installed, only one animal was caught in February, and there has been no follow-up service since then. The trap has not been removed, and the soffit repairs remain incomplete. Despite multiple calls, your team has repeatedly scheduled appointments and failed to show up, including confirmed appointments on May 15 and May 18, 2026. Most recently, I spoke with Barry on May 20, 2026, and was again promised service, but this has occurred several times without resolution. At this point, this issue has been ongoing for months with no completion of the work I have already paid for. I am requesting immediate action to: Remove the trap Complete the soffit repairs If this work cannot be completed promptly, I will expect a refund for the unfinished services. I have already begun filing formal complaints and will continue to pursue further action if this matter is not resolved.

Dan is our technician and he's super nice. The people who answer the phone have the worst customer service skills I've ever experienced. In Spring of 2020 our every 2 months got out of whack because of the Covid-19 shutdown. In April we just had the outside sprayed and didn't want anyone inside the house so they did the inside portion in May. In June we were scheduled again and I had to call and explain that it was just serviced in May, blah, blah, blah. We needed service in early July and not June. They wanted to come again August 1st and I had to explain again they were here in early July and it hadn't been 8 weeks and we need it September 1st. No that's not OK you'll be violating your contract. The best I can do for you is August 31st. OK fine with me that's close enough. I can't be the only person who this has happened to because of the pandemic. Don't treat me like a leper. I am, in fact, spending money with you. Fast forward to the first week of September. We made a household decision that we didn't need our house sprayed every two months and we would be fine with every three months. We called the office and were met with more attitude. No we can't do that. So let me get this straight? I want to pay you to spray my house 4 times a year and you are going to tell me no, you can't do that because we are going from 6 times a year to 4 times a year? Yes, that's correct. Ok, we're going to have to completely cancel the service then. OK. I can't believe a company would employ people to turn away business in this manner...
