I had tried the stuff that I'm technically competent enough to do--you know, flip light switches off and on, check the breaker box to see if a fuse tripped, and stand there looking helpless. I even went so far as to check out a video on YouTube and borrow a voltmeter, thinking I could at least determine whether a breaker was bad before calling in the pros. Alas, my Polish heritage (and my fear of electrocution) prevented me from actually being able to touch the leads to the switches. Justin called me back and said he could swing by the next day to take a look, and asked that I take a picture of the breaker box so he would know what kind to have on hand. Then he paused and asked me if I had said earlier that one of the bathrooms had gone dark. I replied that it had. He asked if I had tried to reset the (insert sort of technical term that probably even a toddler knows, but that I hadn't ever heard of before) button, and after he explained what it was, I said no--I hadn't. He then took a moment to explain what might have happened and suggested I try to reset it before he came out. Lo and behold, power once again flowed into my teen daughter's bedroom and the world is a better place, now that she can charge her cell phone and resume marathon Snapchatting. Not many companies have that kind of integrity and would not have at least come to do the site visit and charge me the hourly fee for this simple fix. I so appreciate that Justin wanted to troubleshoot beforehand, and save me a few bucks. As a result, Supreme is now saved in my phone and if ever I or anyone I know needs an electrician--I'll be quick to dial their number. Great customer care, Justin--thank you!!!!

The receptionist stated they could not give me an official estimate since their estimators were 3 weeks out but would send me an estimate based on the information I provided right away. I called 3 times requesting this information prior to my appointment 29 Jan 2025 and didn't appear that the estimate would make it prior to my appointment. I stopped checking my email the day before since didn't think an estimate would be sent at this point. After talking to my wife the day of our appointment I called Raven Electric and she mentioned the estimate had been sent. Our time block was scheduled between 10:00 - 1:00 and asked if the technician would be able to finish during this time frame. The receptionist stated she could not guarantee the work could be finished. I let her know we were going to the airport later this afternoon and would probably need to reschedule. I understand time blocks but was just trying to see if she knew when the technician would arrive to complete the work prior to us leaving the house. Raven did send me an email yesterday that had a basic quote but at this point I stopped checking my email since I'd given up on getting the quote prior to our appointment. I did apologize for the late cancelation and asked to reschedule. She abruptly stated canceling just before your time slot is unacceptable and we'd need to find someone else to do business with. I've never encountered a business before that treats customers this way and throughout my interactions with the receptionist even from the beginning had been very terse at best. Afterwards I located other reviews that mentioned scheduling issues, technicians not showing up on time and appointments being lost. That tells me they expect the customer to be understanding with them but any issues on the client side is unacceptable. I definitely believe with this additional knowledge about their customer service issues I've dodged potential problems working with them in the future.

I also wanted a full tune up ( plugs, oil change, all filters changed, etc...) I took it to them in winter so they were not rushed and had plenty of time. We made an appointment and when I dropped it off, they were closed that day. I live 80 miles away. So I left it outside. They worked on it for many days and finally said the problem was it didn't start. Huh? Are they stupid? They tried to charge $600.00 to diagnose and I told them not a chance. I knew all it needed when I took it there all it needed was a carb cleaning or at the most a new carb. I am a mechanic also but didn't the time to work on it and didn't want to. So.... I said just do FULL maintenance and give it back which still cost $450. When I got it back the starter was burnt up and genset didn't produce power. NO FILTERS WERE CHANGED OR OIL. TOTAL RIP OFF. These people should be ashamed of themselves. I put a new carb on and new starter and it runs great. I have heard many horror stories like this. DO NOT USE THESE BASTARDS!!! There is no mechanics that work here. They are wanna be mechanics that can't even do simple maintenance. No qualified help works here, or at least not any with a conscious. Their fancy "CUMMINS NORTHWEST" suits should say "CUMNGETSCREWED". Idiots.
