I had to reschedule about a week out and it was a super easy process to text and change the time. I appreciated the reminders in the mean time up until my appointment. I have been to Phenix Salon Suites for other services so I knew exactly where to go and park. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appt and checked in on the app, there is a small bench in the hall right next to the entrance of the suite. My esthetician, Ella arrived shortly and was ready for me a few minutes before my appointment. The suite itself is a lot smaller than I thought, there is only room for one client at a time. Ella was very friendly and took the time to assess my needs. It has been YEARS since I've waxed (I said would never again in life and here we are) and I wasn't pleased with it enough to keep it up. Ella definitely worked to make me a believer in getting waxed regularly. She took her time and coached me through and gave updates to let me know her progress.
