Dr. Kim Medicine Woman. Mic drop. I came here after work based on a reco from my chiropractor. It was past 5 pm and called Dr. Kim. She accommodated us and told us to come even though she already closed the shop. She welcomed us with open arms. Partner was going in for sciatica relief from the pain that's been lingering for several weeks. Prior to coming to Dr. Kim's office, he couldn't even stand straight or walk properly due to the piercing pain. Dr. Kim told him to lay on the table, she grabbed her tools, and went to work. After minutes of screaming, he let out a sigh of relief. He got off the bed and relief. He could actually stand straight and bend his knees well and walk without limping. I wasn't going to have any work done since it was already late in the evening. She said, lay on the table and let me do cupping. She did needles on me first. She was so swift I didn't even notice it was done. I've never had cupping done before, but the experience with her was worthwhile. We walked outta there feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Dr. Kim is a miracle worker, I am a believer. I came in with a sore hip and general pain and the next day it was gone. I absolutely love Dr. Kim, she listened to me. I have never had Accupunture or Cupping and now I can't wait for my next visit. I have told so many people about this Dr. I wish there was a referral program. My friend told me about this and the next day I was getting worked on. My first visit was $75 and it will be $60 every visit after. I will gladly pay for the relief I was given. No bedside manner at all. It was my very first time and she was very rude not listening to any issues I was telling her. She has very strong accent and when she asked a question that I simply didn't understand because of the accent she then raised her voice and said 'do you have problem with hearing' . She criticized me from head to toe including my dress that I wore which was not body hugging or revealing . She did not treat for my issue that I had for ten years in my stomach and instead kept on repeating I sit with my legs crossed that was the issue. I basically wasted my time and she had the nerve to charge me $85 which was a more expensive rate than the normal $70 session. My son plays high school football and his ankle hurt during football practice. As a worried mother I hear so much horror stories of football I mean I know it's part of it but I wanted it treated fast not only Dr kim is good she's amazing and very informative. If I could give zero stars I would, the female doctor in the office is rude and disrespectful. I set up an appointment to be seen for Headaches. The receptionist who set up the appointment didn't ask me any questions about my insurance, but called me back and left a message saying my insurance didn't cover the services I was looking for. Umm really l've seen other acupuncturist for the same reasons with my current insurance never had a problem, but besides that how would you know you didn't ask me for my insurance. When I called back the female doctor in the office sat on the phone with me arguing that my insurance isn't taken, when lasked her how she knows that if she doesn't know what type of insurance I have she was silent for with just a reply of I don't know. Imagine that. I was on the other line with my insurance to verify while I had her on the phone and while my insurance sat there telling me its covered she argued its not. Never would I recommend anyone to this office unless they are looking for a headache. The office staff is unknowledgeable and the female doctor is just a unknowledgeable and an out right BIT*H!! read more

Dr. Kim is a wonderful Physician. I am 59 and have COPD (with chronic bronchitis). I had been having symptoms for many months; difficulty breathing with constant cough that caused a burning sensation in my lungs. I had been taking Zpac/methylprednisone and nebulizer during this time. During the first treatment with Dr. Kim (cupping and acupuncture) I was suddenly able to take deep breaths. I slept all night and called her the very next day! I told her thank you so much and I made an appointment to receive treatment for other chronic issues. In addition to giving me treatment for COPD, she explained many things to me regarding foods to eat/not eat, when to exercise/rest and more. I understand in order to keep the good results, I must follow her guideline. While I do have a chronic lung disease, I know that I can still live a nice life while following her instructions. Next treatment was for IBS. Acupuncture, massage, heat lamp and Herbs. Again, Great improvement. I also appreciate that she has a "See how you feel and call me" principle instead of "You must come several times a week for x amount of weeks". While I periodically have a small cough, I have not had a 'coughing fit' since that first treatment several weeks ago. As another reviewer said "I absolutely love Dr. Kim!" I can't agree more.
