I've been working out with Nate for about a year and a half now, and I could not be happier. I've worked out most of my life, but I've always floated from one thing to another... weight training, Pilates, yoga, cardio classes, running - I could never stay with anything, because I always got bored.But with Nate, I never get bored. He incorporates a variety of different activities into my 30-minute workouts to keep me (and my muscles) from getting complacent. Not only that, but he tailors workouts to each person's specific goals. I have a friend who works out with him as well, and her workouts and mine are never the same because we have different goals. Nate is an expert at training for whatever your objectives may be, from weight loss to strength to specific sports goals. I'm fit, but I'm not naturally super coordinated. Okay, fine... I'm a klutz. Fortunately, Nate is really good about demonstrating each exercise for me, and he never gets impatient when I don't get it right away.
