I needed to have my floor repaired after removing an old gas floor furnace in my living room. I texted Paul some pictures, and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. Once I agreed to move forward, he got me scheduled pretty quickly. Luis came out and explained what needed to be done. Since the original composite floor panels are no longer made, he had to cut individual pieces of white oak to match the exact size and keep the original look of the panels. You could tell a lot of time and care went into it. After carefully piecing everything together, he sanded and finished it to match the original color of the floor. Honestly, when it was done, I could not tell the difference. The repair blended in perfectly with the original floor. Really impressed with the craftsmanship and attention to detail. Once the work began, Carlos, Brayan, and Paul made sure to keep us in the loop of any installation issues/concerns they had as well as provided their recommendations on how to approach each issue. Carlos and Brayan were also very respectful of our space and made sure to clean up at the end of each day and move things back around to make the space still livable before taking off for the next day. I went in today to look at slab samples. The young lady in the front showed me where to go. I was…read morelooking in particular for Dekton, she said they don't have it. But then I started looking and I saw they had Consentino, so I stared looking and noticed the racks are labeled. I found it myself. As I looked through the racks, some of the slab samples were mixed up. There was one piece that looked like the sample of Dekton I was looking for. It only has a QR code on back. Which took me to a google drive picture with no info on it. So I took it downstairs to ask what company the slab is. That way I could see more info on it. The young lady in the front went to ask another girl working there. She very loudly and quite rudely replied we cannot give out our vendors/suppliers. I was a little taken aback. I explained to her that is not what I was asking for. The slab was mixed in with the Dekton rack and I wanted to know if it was Dekton or if it's Porcelain. The only reason I was asking so I could see the specs because I needed to know the material and available sizes which I would be able to find on the actual companies sites. Not the vendor who had no information on it! She was rude and very abrasive when I was trying to explain what I had asked. I honestly felt like she felt entitled to speak to me that way because of my skin color. I just walked out and they knew I was upset because I voiced that I felt that was a very rude way to answer someone. I need to get 5 slabs for an outdoor fire-pit area, they just lost the chance to make a big sale. I would not buy anything from here. There are better places with better service in the South Bay. I would not give them my business. Especially if they treat potential clients this way. You are a business. Customers ask questions. This is not the way to respond to someone inquiring about a product.

My refrigerator finally took its last breath a few weeks ago and I had a new one delivered. But…read morewhen they tried to install it in the nook, it didn't fit because the persistent leak from my dying refrigerator had warped the old wood laminate that was underneath it. So while my refrigerator remained plugged in in my living room, I needed to find a good flooring company asap! I called around like 8 places and no one was able to come out sooner than in a week (some told me two weeks!) when I finally called Flooring Warehouse Center. Mohammad picked up the phone and was immediately helpful. He suggested we FaceTime so he could see my kitchen floor and from there he was just absolutely amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and was genuinely interested in helping me out. He had one of his guys - Eduardo (who's also awesome!) come out to our house after his last job to demo my kitchen that same day, cement the next and on the 3rd day the floors were in. Even found great flooring he had in stock. When no one else bothered to work overtime or even tried to help me out, Mohammad and Eduardo did and did it with absolute kindness, commitment and confidence. My kitchen looks amazing and I love my new floors. I will forever only go to them. Thank you for caring and going the extra mile. We need more people like you guys in this world.
