We chose ABS primarily because of two key solutions Vinson proposed: one was to reuse two hardwood pantry pullouts from our original cabinets, and the other was to remove the soffit above the existing cabinets, extend the new cabinets all the way to the ceiling, and hide the exhaust duct inside the cabinetry, which resulted in a very clean and attractive look. Construction started after Thanksgiving. Despite the cold, windy, and rainy weather, Vinson's team was always punctual and highly professional. They paid great attention to detail, including excellent dust control during the demolition of the old cabinets. Our house is relatively old and was renovated in the 1970s, so the floors and walls are not very level. The team handled these challenges very well. Vinson also provided helpful and professional advice regarding replacing the aluminum wiring connected to the electric oven with copper wiring, which gave us greater peace of mind regarding safety.

I came in with a design and Mica's attention to detail caught a couple of dimension errors that would have caused me problems at the install. I was so thankful she found them before we got too far along to fix it. Unfortunately, I was already signed up with a different contractor to install the cabinets as part of a larger project so, I was not able to have ABS install the cabinets. I regret this. My contractors were not as skilled as Vinson. Thankfully, he was kind enough to make himself available, on a number of occasions, to give input to ensure that the cabinets could be installed correctly and look their best. I really appreciate his professional attitude. The cabinets are well made and beautiful. ABS's quartz fabricator, Kenny, was very skilled. I was concerned about the placement of the faucet centering on my kitchen window and he was able to give me exactly what I was looking for. Also, the countertops were installed so well you can barely see the seam in the quartz. It would have to be pointed out to you. I can't say enough good things about this place. Home Depot used to carry Mutual Materials 24x24" aggregate pavers. Recently all HD inventory shows no stock at any store within 100 miles. Called Mutual Materials toll free and confirmed that I could buy directly from the yard in Bellevue. Drove 50 minutes to the yard. Inside the yard, unfriendly staff will bark, "knock on the window for help...not that window the other window." I went to pay for 10 pavers and decided to confirm pricing. Glad I did because they charge $26 per paver for the same item they retail at Home Depot for $15.99. No offer to help load or service of any kind, just wham bam give me my markup man! I asked the cashier to explain why the manufacturer would charge $10 more per unit for an item they were selling through an authorized vendor (including shipping/handling).Their response- "That's Home Depot's pricing. Here you pay our price." Ironically, there is a Home Depot 100 yards from this location! With nothing to lose, I walked to the Home Depot and they had pallets of the same Mutual Materials pavers even though their website is still showing no stock. I was impressed with the selection of steps and other hardscape materials in their show room but will be reluctant to buy from them on the assumption that they have marked up all of their materials for suckers walking through the door.

The tile and grout in the shower had become discolored and stained over the years. No amount of…read morescrubbing and cleaning was effective. There are companies that will clean and reseal the grout but I had a feeling that wasn't going to solve the problem. After consulting with Dan, it was clear that what was needed was a complete re-grouting. Dan and his crew tackled this project, doing a re-grout of the floor and ceiling in addition to some areas along the walls. All of the tile was cleaned as well. Some adjustments were made along the way, as they noticed a few additional areas needing work. The result is a sparkling clean, fresh, "like new" shower. Highly recommend Dan and company.

I reached out on Yelp for a project regarding cost to vault a ceiling of a potential house I was considering to buy. Someone on the team said that they could come at 11am for a site visit. I asked once again on Yelp to confirm they were coming. I had heard that I would need advice from a structural engineer, and they said yes. Then, I called them directly again, to verify if the manager would be able to speak on the structural feasibility of the project. After calling the manager's number provided by the receptionist multiple times, there was no answer - maybe he was on the job. However, when my husband called AD Master again, he was able to reach someone and when he asked about the site visit, they said they didn't have our appointment on the books. We had to schedule once again on the phone. Long story short, someone did come (at 10am, not the agreed time) and they thought they were there for a deck repair. To be honest, he just seemed uncomfortable to have showed up to the wrong job site and didn't contribute much - no estimate of cost or work was shared by him. I liked the quality of work I saw on the photos, but would not likely hire them due to the poor communication so far. Edit response to AD Master: After speaking with your customer service agent, Viky, she shared that many of your employees do not speak English as a first language, causing the miscommunications. I am glad you are taking this seriously moving forward to improve the experience for future customers. As a result, I will raise my review to 3 stars.
