We honestly didn't mind waiting at first, but while standing there we could hear her personal conversation on the phone. At first we thought it was work related or maybe she was taking an order, but she was actually giving someone directions on how to post photos on her damn IG .SMH. When she finally took our order, one of my friends asked questions about the drink she wanted, and the employee was pretty short with her answers. My friend ended up getting what seemed like strawberry milk instead of the coffee drink with strawberry foam/syrup she expected, so unfortunately her drink was kind of a mess. Me and my other friend got the Seattle Freeze, and that was actually really good super delicious. We sat down and about 10minutes later she went right back on the phone. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Then she says whoever she was talking to on the phone..." Oh...customers just walked in" when the customers had literally been standing there already watching her. It didn't taste good either. I looked for a knife in the plastic silverware, but there was none. I got some salt, but it didn't help. It had obviously been in a cup and turned over on a plate (there was no bowl) so I don't see why they couldn't have substituted the fried rice. The carrots were rubbery too. The only thing half way good was the broccoli. I opted for water to drink because I couldn't see paying over $6 for flavored ice tea. I didn't want my date to feel bad for buying me such a horrible meal, so I managed to get a couple of bites down. He asked if I wanted a box. No, but I said yes, again not wanting him to feel bad. I tried the Orange Chicken again when I got home, using my paring knife, and it was still so bad that I threw the whole thing away. I didn't say anything. I am a regular customer that always buy pb acai bowl at least 3 times a week. When they brought up my order only 3 was released and they seem to not know tha I ordered four so reminded them about the 4th item. I noticed that my pb açaí bowl was very little only half of the bowl and when I complain they seemed upset that I complain about it. Even though they offer to put more I just rather not since they gave attitude already . Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy.
