Almost 4 weeks straight without service or any sort of communication from Harvey (owner of company). My first message went through when I asked him when he plans on doing the service since he's been MIA for quite some time, however my other messages afterwards were never delivered and it turned green (used to be blue) so it was obvious that he blocked me. He did my pool for over a year and everything randomly stopped on his end. Super random and out of the blue. We hardly spoke or interacted, only when he needed me to pay him extra for parts or filter cleaning. He usually comes on Thursdays and had access to my backyard since I provided him my gate code so he can go in and out without any in person interaction. I always paid him a week or a few days in advance before the next month begins, which I know made him happy since people would pay him late. I paid him for November and December's maintenance but receive zero service. No refunds neither. Very unfortunate because he was great for a year, but because of this issue - I would NOT suggest anyone to get service from this company. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

My old pool service guy stopped showing up so I reached out to Harvey after the storms had passed. He squeezed me in the next day and did a filter cleaning and got rid of the cloudiness in my pool. He's really attentive and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. I would be hiring him as my go to guy from now on! read more

I contacted HD and spoke to Harvey to get my filter changed after the recent storms. Hand his team came out next day at my earliest convenience and got to work. I would definitely recommend this pool company because they went above and beyond just replacing what i asked for. Harvey responded to my inquiry for an issue I was having with my pool valve leaking. He was quick to respond and to communicate to get Information on the details of the problem. He asked me to send pictures and I did. He identified the problem from looking at the photos and arranged to get replacement parts whether they were necessary or not. Once he was at the house, he showed me that the actuator valve was not functioning any longer, and that it needed to be replaced, he also replaced a gasket underneath that valve that needed to be replaced. Once he was done, he made sure everything was functioning correctly and explained how my pool equipment worked. He winterized my solar for me and checked all of the pool features to make sure they were working properly. He indicated to call him if anything did not seem right, but he indicated that everything was working properly in his opinion. He was quick to respond, communicated timely and was punctual. read more
