I was looking for someone to mount my tv in my bedroom after moving into my new apartment and Eric was the go to guy. He made sure my tv was centered to my room and showed me exactly where it would go with tape before doing anything permanent. My tv looks great, exactly what I wanted. Eric also offered molding to hide the ugly black wire. He even mounted a big mirror in my living room. I found this place on yelp, so I called to inquire about pricing a very nice gentleman by the name of Eric answered the phone. He gave me great low pricing then all the places I called before I got to this one. He was able to book my appointment the very next day and was very accommodating to my schedule as I get off at 6pm. He was very prompt and neat with his work. He cleaned up the mess he made. And my tv was mounted on perfect. Awesome company they installed 2 TV's and a home theater surround sound. I can't imagine anybody doing it better than them. From there punctuality to the way Johnathan managed to make it simple and make me understand every step of the way. He showed and explained in great detail what the install would entail. I think my 12 year old son will be stuck on the surround sound setup for the better part of his teen years. Now I'm worried but the clarity is just wonderful. Lol Although they were here for some time, they cleaned up after themselves and the work done is impeccable. I initially had made an appointment to install 3 flat screen with Geek Squad. I thought they were a little pricey so I looked for a company online and found these guys. Called in the morning and I was happy to set up an appointment for the next day (cancelled my installation w/ Geek Squad). I was impressed as the installers were total pros, knowledgeable, clean and friendly. The completed work was awesome, no messy wires, just the tv's mounted almost flush with the walls. Be careful with this place. Dude tried to sell me the HDMI cable which if I didn't read on the website, it's actually free. I told him about this and he said, "Did you mention it to the girl that picked up the phone?" I said,"No" but then he changed his tune and said he would give it to me for free. He made a hole in which he had to patch back up and started talking about some dude giving him a big tip. I'm guessing that's the routine talk he has in order to get you to give him a tip. I recently used HP Pros guys, Eric at the office was great working with me on what I needed done and working with my schedule. I needed to add more cameras to existing unit. Felix & Jonathan were great, they did awesome job, funny, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their work, stayed late to finish the job. They cleaned up nicely too. I recently used HD Pros for a new surveillance camera installation for my home. Jonathan was the installer that completed the installation of all my cameras and I couldn't be any happier. I have to say that I was very impressed his punctuality, his attention to detail, and overall quality of work. I was unhappy with the service at first, I feel like Tony could do a better job at communicating with the customer to make sure things are installed the way he/she wants it. But I called and voiced my dissatisfaction, and Eric was very courteous. He scheduled a second appointment to fix things and they did. Best experience I have ever had with AV installers (and being a producer, with both a 7,400 sq ft home and offices, conference rooms, etc.---I've dealt with a lot of them over the years---so this is saying a lot). Eric came the day after I called, told me what I needed to buy and then came back the same day to install---AT A PRICE that was 1/3 of the quote I got from another company. He installed my 50" HDTV with tilting mount; did the rewiring; HDMI connections, including Powerpoint; hooked up the sound bar, patiently showed me all the ins and outs of going from internet to DVD to Powerpoint; and was a perfect gentleman the entire time. Unfortunately I can't remember the 2 gentlemen's names who mounted my T.V but i will get them and repost. I needed a T.V mounted over my fireplace. The price waa decent, they were quick, the cords are hidden very neatly, they were both very knowledgeable and professional and I will be calling them back out to mount another T.V next week. I hope they send the same guys back. Only complaint I have is I felt bad because I wanted to tip them just didn't have the funds at the time. I had researched and got a lot of quotes from multiple people and companies and decided to go with HD Pros. They seemed to have good reviews and had a really reasonable price. They sent Felix out to our home and he did an amazing job! We needed our TV mounted above our fireplace and I wanted an outlet put behind the TV as well. Felix went above and beyond. He spent several hours making sure to link up the electrical perfectly and up to code and even offered to fix up some other things he saw wrong in the process. I contacted two other places and told me the cords of the tv would not reach to the shelf next to my fireplace. Felix told me otherwise. He proved them both wrong. The cords were installed behind the wall to place the media box on the shelf and the tv over the fireplace. The installation process was very professional and they did a great job. Nice people, Professional on the phone and when they come out to your home. I would not reccomend them if you have a small job, even though they say no job to small. Nor would I reccommend them if you live away from the L.A area. The reason is that if you have a followup problem to be fixed, they don't have an incentive to follow thru.No money in it. We rescheduled with them twice and twice we have been blown off by them. We still have the ceiling theatre speakers that kick out and they havn't come back to check the problem. I contacted HD Pros after I had a competitor flake out on me. I knew nothing about the company but relied on the Yelp reviews of others and I am very glad I did. Although they arrived a little later than I was told, my experience with this company far surpassed my expectations. Felix and the other young man whose name I didn't catch were caring and knowledgeable about the installation of my 50" Samsung television over our fireplace. They were also great at instructing us on how to use the television as this was our first big screen t.v. They treated us with great respect like any good teacher does even though we were obviously technically-challenged! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services. read more
