When I plugged it in to charge, the screen became pixelated within minutes and the device stopped functioning entirely. Prior to charging, the vape was working, so this failure was both sudden and unexpected. When I returned to the store after work to explain the situation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, I was told that they did not know what I "did" to cause the vape to stop working. I found this response both insulting and unprofessional, especially considering the product failed after only two days of normal use. At this point, I am not even requesting a refund. I am simply asking for a reasonable resolution--an exchange for a functioning vape. It is unacceptable for a product to fail this quickly and for a paying customer to be treated with disrespect when seeking help. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that reflects basic customer service standards.

My 20-year-old daughter purchased a THCP edible from this location at approximately 10:03 PM. According to her, she was not asked to provide identification or verify that she was 21 before the sale. The transaction is documented, including the date, time, location, and amount paid. She subsequently experienced a serious medical emergency after consuming the product that required hospitalization and extensive medical treatment. I have reported this incident directly to the Texas Department of State Health Services, and they have confirmed that they take the matter seriously and are investigating. I am leaving this review because I believe customers and parents should be aware of what happened. A business selling intoxicating hemp products has a responsibility to follow Texas age-verification requirements.
