Went to the shop to buy vape and while I was viewing the products I was told I look suspecious, when I replied with a question, they told to get the "F" out. I responded with ok and departed. I went here recently to purchase my very first vape pen. They had a very nice selection but I am a novice when it comes to vaping, so naturally I have a lot of questions. I asked the employee behind the counter which one he liked best he pulls out two cartridges and a pen. As I start to inspect them and begin to ask the differences in MG ratios and which pen has the best battery, he's abruptly cuts me off and starts to yelling at me saying "are you going to buy it or what" I was horrified that an employee would have so little patience for a customer trying to buy from him. WORST SMOKE SHOP EVER! WTF!?!? I don't go to a smoke shop for customer service, but what the F? Just a bad place to go all together! My horrible story with them! I went to the small shop because I needed a medical device(a bong.). Ha, mine broke so I went there and the small store doesn't have much at all, of anything. So, the guy told me that all the good product is at the "main store", on Speedway. It felt shady right when I walked in.... He told me that if I went there, I would get a good deal because I drove so far, and past at least two other big shops to get there. When I got there, I told the story expecting something at least a little better then what I got! I don't think he even smokes! BUTTT, he talked me into the most expensive Grinder they had, talked me into a twice as expensive vape, and sold me a $60 bong at full price that DIDN'T EVEN WORK! The bong would be a better cup with a straw then anything else because I drank all the bong water, and never got any smoke! I go back there, past at least two shops to get there just to ask them about getting a good deal on something else, because they sold me pure trash. The owner of the store sold me trash, and when I got back the other employees told me that I had to talk to him about it. I asked for the number and one employee told me it's online! good thing the other guy told me the number. When I was talking to the owner about the problem, he told me to come back in three hours and he will see what's wrong.... I said on the phone to him that he only has two other employees, and they are both working. Why not let them know that they can cut me a deal. You know what he said to that!?!? Not sure wtf is wrong with me that I am yelping a smoke shop... but here you and me are. I have been there 2 or 3 times as of late. If you made me guess I would say four times but it doesn't really matter. All occasions have been in the waking hour. I suppose their hours of business are ridiculous. I have to say the shop is great they have a tone of nice stuff and the staff is great. I went in and spent over 100 bucks on a bad ass dr. Hemp that I love and a sicko torch. Like I said I live the dr. Hemp! The torch however worked for a minute and stopped. My buddy knows the owner so he took it in and the guy messed with it and it worked once again. So I take it home and nothing. Curse? I don't know but I spent 40 bucks on this torch to heat up my dr. Hemp and I get a paper weight. I took it apart and it was so full of butane it took for ever to bleed out. I tried to blow through it and I figured out it was clogged at the torch tip and unfortunately there's a Leah in there so I can't poke through it. It's too bad I got a junker and had to take the same one home only to be disappointed again. I buy a lot of the same stuff they sale but I will be taking my business elsewhere after throwing away almost half of what I spent there!!!!!! I have been going to them on and off for about 4yrs now. They know me and I know them. Amazing staff always greets me with respect and friendly. They vape/smoke collection is bug and will have what you want. Their Kratom is what I am after a lot. Their brand of Kratom is always great. Especially the green Maegda. It goes by fast when they come in with stock so you know it's the best. They always also give me others to try for free! I love that they are open 24hrs because I have had some times where it's late and I didn't know I ran out of Kratom or e juice. If you do late at night I recommend grabbing cash. It's just a lot easier for both of the parties. Always recommend to my friends to go there! read more

I only put one yellow star because I had to. If I could I would give them 20 negative stars! Not only have I experienced the worst customer service ever at the smoke shop just doing something easy like buying vape juice. The only reason why I stopped there is because they were open 24 hours, now I understand why, if they aren't open all the time how could they possibly make money when all the other shops are open? The last time I was there my husband had a broken foot so he waited in the car and went to buy Vape juice because everything in their store practically is 50% off because well let's face it they're horrible! So I am the only customer in the store & the brat behind the counter is helping me I can't see the flavors of the juice because they are covered by the bottom of the box that they come in and the names have nothing to do with the flavor. So I kindly tell him that we like custard vanilla cake cinnamon those kinds of flavors we tend to stray away from fruity flavors and that we need at least 6 mg of nicotine. At first he is ok & takes out 4 flavors 3 of them are fruit so he's not paying attention but that's OK, but again I am not one to make a big deal out of something dumb. Every single one he pulls out is 3 mg nicotine he tells me he can't look at every single one I have to do it. Finally I'm able to settle on 2 flavors because I'm getting frustrated, I would love to buy more but it's in possible when you're not getting proper help or customer service or any at all for that matter. I nicely asked him if he can at least try to find these two flavors in 6 mg nicotine he responds "They're 50% off just buy them anyways I don't have time to find you 6mg just buy because it's 50% off does not mean it's two dollars I was still paying nine dollars a bottle so I would like to know at least what I'm paying for. He said some other snarky snide remark and I bought my two bottles and left when I got back I told my husband what happened he was infuriated we turned around and went back upon arrival we ran into the manager outside and proceeded to tell him everything that happened. He admitted it was unacceptable behavior but at the same time he also made excuses for his employee? So the manager agrees to exchange the 3mg bottles for 6mg, but my husband was upset when he open them in the boxes got damaged so I suggested well just take them out of the box give them to us put the 3mg into the boxes use a black marker to scratch out the 6, write a 3 he refused So the manager did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation I bought 2 more boxes of Vape juice just bthey were 50% off and he actually helped me find something I wanted at 6 mg of nicotine so I guess I got robbed on 2, got what I wanted on 2, meaning I paid full price anyway in the end.
