Pros: I'll start by saying I have this a 2 simply because the wrap job was exceptional - I waited roughly 2 months to get the wrap I wanted. Not their fault but the lack of communication caused me to have to do outreach on my end to figure out estimated times. That's pretty much it for pros. Cons: Lack of communication - they use a Google voice number that they hardly answer and don't return your calls. They very rarely text you back and their IG messaging barely gets monitored. You might as well show up in person with a question. Quality - although I stated that the wrap came out somewhat decent, they did manage to break my passenger door actuator rod on my 2020 Toyota Supra. They then proceeded to try to hot glue it back in place and when I noticed my door unlock would not work, I pulled the door panel and saw that. They failed to let me know and tried to rig it back in place. They also removed my supra badge and GR badge from the rear like most companies and managed to break the supra badge. They threw them in a plastic bag on my seat and when I asked them about it they told me to go buy new ones on eBay. I asked for a refund to buy a new door actuator and they never responded so I had to dispute partial charges to make up for the broken part. Their communication is ultimately the worst and if they had been honest I would have appreciated it. I really can't recommend them

Anthony provided top tier work and man I can't begin to express how hard this man works! I got a quote that was more than half off what competitors got back to me with! Not only that, Anthony worked on my car Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to make sure my deadline was met and the results really do speak for themself! Nothing but the best tucks and application all around! Don't expect a half a## job, all the necessary trim pieces were removed in order to get the best results and everything came back in working order (he even fixed my headlight which was loose and would wobble on the freeway lol). I'm definitely coming back when the time comes for another make over. Thanks again Anthony -Nick

GO CHECK I POSTED THEIR WORK IN THE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS SECTION PLEASE DO THAT BEFORE CONSIDERING GETTING WORK DONE TO YOUR CAR Headline auto design is the absolute worst place to die business with never I mean never due business with them they are the most shady wrap ever that's why they changed their name from aam tint or something it's in the other reviews somewhere they are ignoring me not fixing these mistakes they said my car was in such horrible condition that's why the wrap came out but their lying the tried stretching the material and heating but on the bumper they tried stretching also don't go to 1z garage they messed up shit I took it to headline the first time to see if it was okay to wrap they told me no the 2nd I brought it my buddy tom did it then it was okay to wrap but headline is telling me that I lied about it being professional done so they can't warranty anything dude this I paid in full please the pictures of work speak for themselves I'll be posting again soon I just had my wrap done in June and I'm going to take that shit off by the end of the year to just go get it painted if my car was in such bad condition why didn't they tell me before hand it wasn't going to come out good dude this is just the fucking worst I'm out 1,000 dollars please please don't go to this shop please don't I don't want anyone done the way I was done fuck you anthony and George

Responding to Headlines response below. Yes, I'm positive I brought my car here. I've only had my car for a year and have not taken it anywhere else for tint. See attached screenshot. No worries about fixing it for a third time though, I will go somewhere else.

Go somewhere else with your hard working money bunch of rip offs didn't even finish my lip or spoiler. Said they would finish it I messaged them multiple times never got a response left my message on read. I got proof of that too lol. Also broke a bunch of my clips said they would buy them and put them on with my lip and spoiler finished. Disappointed as fuck. I got a bunch of pictures I just don't know why it's not uploading them.

Most lousy unprofessional "business" I've ever encountered. If I had a choice to go back in time I would and would have never chose these guys to "wrap" my car. I have dropped off my Nissan 350z for a full Nardo grey wrap along with a supposedly ceramic coating. I'll get straight to the point. I dropped off my vehicle to headline auto design in excitement for the new wrap. My car was looked over in person and had discussed my idea for the wrap which seemed like a easy going process. I waited till the "date of completion" to learn that my car was not ready yet. Matter of fact my car was overdue about 1 week to 1 week & a half later. When I have arrived, my car was parked in an alley way accompanied by Anthony the owner and his partner because I was told they were "locked out of their own shop" because the building owner had mysteriously disappeared and they had no access inside. What an odd story. I was then handed 3 PARKING TICKETS. Two for street sweeping and another for blocking the alley way. How can I get tickets if I wasn't in possession of my own car? Truly irresponsible people. I then noticed that EACH corner of my vehicle was ripped and damaged. I was told "This wasn't like this yesterday it must have been vandalism" VANDALISM? So I was basically told my car got vandalized under their supervision. Also my right hand side pillar had its original paint damaged by them which you can see through the wrap. My rear bumper was not wrapped fully because I was told I had to sand my original paint off in order for it to stick. WHY NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE WRAPPING IT? At this point I realized I was dealing with amateurs. I wanted my car back right away to avoid further damage and also since they had no shop to fix the problem at because they were "locked out". I later then got home and was encountered with the final issue. They BROKE MY PASSENGER DOOR HANDLE. It did not open from the inside or out. In order to solve the issue I had to cut my door panel open. I have addressed this problem to headline auto but I was ignored. Also, I was not provided with a ceramic coat wrap which I paid an extra $400 for. I was robbed. BOTTOM LINE THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS ARE ROOKIES, THIEVES AND A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

MUST READ FOR ANY CAR GUY LOOKING FOR A WRAP! WORST PEOPLE EVER! DONT GO TO THEM EVEN FOR THE CHEAP PRICE. This is my story so im going on a rant. I asked to get my car wrapped and they lagged replying. Then they had told me to get it done in September. Then as the date approached they had me reschedule not by a week but all the way until January! My wrap was delayed by months! Then he had told me a price and we agreed on that price. I had even paid a deposit to secure a time and date. Then as I showed up, they raised the price up to 200 because of my hood was vented ALTHOUGH they had already seen my car prior because of pictures. Then i got my car and here is the WORST part. I drove off and then i went to the store right after and tried going to back seat and the door didn't open! From both back driver and pass ever side doors they didn't open from the outside and inside. They messed up putting the door handles! Then my gf found pieces hidden UNDERNEATH THE SEAT that didn't get placed back on the car! I was mad so I contacted them and they said that they checked everything out yet lied because parts were conveniently placed underneath purposely hidden. They told me they would fix but make me drive to them when they were. mobile service!! Then they told me the pieces should be quick fixed that I can do it myself! like no that's not the point you should fix your errors! Then they didn't reply to me anymore after going back and forth for them. To this day they have been ignoring me. SHADY AS MFS! So i had a buddy of mine help me put everything back together and one of the actuators broke off so I now have a 3 door sedan rather than a 4 door sedan! One door doesn't open at all anymore which is an expensive fix because of these losers!Then in the daylight i found my wrap has a load of creasing and 2 piecing! Then I noticed the pictures they sent me looked like a park and I had dropped off my car at their house. So they obviously drove my car somewhere without my permission. Not much bubbling but creasing around edges yes! DONT GO TO THEM UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR MESSED WITH IN A BAD WAY!

Great place to get tinted windows because the staff is professional and knowledgeable about their work. They have wonderful customer service. My husband has taken his cars to this location multiple times, and he is always happy with the tinted windows. Thank you for the excellent service!

Got my STI wrapped by the guys at Headline. (Inozetek Pearl Crystal Blue) They did an amazing job. Quality service and material used. I maintain my wrap and keep it in a garage. Wrap is holding up pretty good. Gonna be back for my next wrap. & Not sure why people have left some bad reviews but you can't bring in your trash can on wheels and expect them to do a miracle. Have your car ready before coming.

Recently got my car spoiler and shark fin antenna wrapped, as well as my car emblem blacked out and could not be happier with the outcome! Anthony and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to you and do business with! Dropped my car off in the morning, picked it up in the evening, and the whole process was great! Definitely will be coming back to get my windows tinted and more work done!

I got my car's windows tinted here about a week and a half ago. They came out great and for a very fair price. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their windows tinted. My civic sedan took less than 90min and they have a great waiting room.
