The place is usually pretty quiet, and since I've only have Jeannie cut and color my hair I can't vouch for any of the other stylists or technicians there. The things I can vouch for are that it's a cute little salon, there's always parking, and it's right across the parking lot from a Dazbog coffee, so I can easily grab my skim vanilla latte to sip while I get my hair done.

I made an appointment for balayage highlights to avoid the harsh lines of foiled highlights and came out looking as if no color was done AT ALL. I told her that (1) I wanted lots of blonde put in my dark brown hair, (2) I wanted the highlights to begin pretty close to the roots, and (3) that my hair doesn't bleach easily -- she would need a stronger concentration than she'd expect. 90 mins of color processing later and I look NO DIFFERENT than when I sat in her chair. I don't have strong blonde highlights anywhere and the only color I have on the tips were from 17 months ago -- the last time I managed to save up the money to have my hair done. Keep in mind, she will TEASE and tangle your hair as part of the "dye" job. Having it combed out again after the wash was incredibly painful. Again, the cut is amazing, but I paid to have my hair colored blonde again and got nothing out of it. It's hard to cope with saving up, managing to find kid-coverage, and driving out to Littleton all for nothing. She's very sweet, but Natasia will do what she wants to your hair and it may not be what you asked for at all. Very disappointed. I can't speak for any of the other stylists but do NOT see Natasia. You'll regret it as I do.

She is located close to my home, so it was pretty convenient. I was able to schedule my appointment online and her location was easy to find. She was incredible!! My hair looks so cute! It's blonde (not white) in just the right places! She cut it in a way that if I want to wear it curly I can (its so hard to find a stylist who is comfortable with curly hair). And finding him was an elaborate work of art, in and of itself! While I didn't mind the trainee's help, it quickly became apparent that she was doing most of my hair--she handled half the root touch-up, the toning, washing, and half the blow-dry while Connie juggled another client at the same time next to me. I wasn't sure who was really in charge of my appointment. The biggest issue came at checkout when I was surprised with an additional $71 charge for a blow-dry. I had no prior explanation of this fee, and when I asked about it, I was told I could've left with wet hair if I didn't want the blow-dry. This charge seemed unreasonable, especially after already paying $125 for the root touchup. ($125 for a root touch up with no blow dry?!?!) The lack of transparency was very annoying. The staff tried to upsell me throughout my visit--suggesting brow services and conditioning treatments. While I understand they want to offer additional services, it felt a bit pushy and made the experience feel more like a cheap salon rather than a professional setting. While the color itself was decent, I'd recommend making sure you ask about all fees and services upfront if you decide to go. It seems like communication and transparency could be improved.

Sadly, we lost touch with each other for a few years when I moved. When I found her I returned immediately. My husband, Stephen, is very picky about his hair. He loves how Vroni cuts and styles it too. He and I can't recommend Vroni enough. If you want a hairstylist who is an artist, and who really cares about you as a person then Vroni is that hairstylist! Access to the Salon is easy with plenty of parking .There is a Daz Bog coffee shop nearby you can walk to before or after your appointment.
