My first time there, Nicole literally gave me a consultation.. for my nails. Completely unheard of. She asked what I like, what I don't like, shape preference, colors I gravitate towards, etc. It was so refreshing to be spoken to and asked questions rather than just plopped in a chair and out in 35 minutes like the previous place I was going to.
