I took my damaged Tacoma to the repair shop recommended by my insurer where I found a complete lack of service or respect of me as a potential customer. I took my truck to HCC as they are walking distance to my house. Their quote was more than a $1000 less than the previous one received by the insurance company choice, so I cashed out and hired HCC to do the work. In every conversation with Lee and Chris I felt respected and my business was appreciated! They offered me options, where I was previously offered none. After the work was completed, I experience a little bit of paint pealing. When I brought my truck back to HCC for an explanation, I was advised that they made an error in trying to save me money by repairing, rather than replacing my bumper. Because the error was theirs, even though they were just trying to help me, they took full responsibility and installed a brand new bumper (that I would have paid for if identified in quote) for FREE! It is difficult to find honest businesses and ones that truly stand behind their work. You can't go wrong with body work from Healdsburg Collision. Total nightmare dealing with them after my accident in December 2025. The owner demanded I pay in advance for the repairs, and then for the next 8 weeks he barely communicated with me and when he did his story kept changing on the status of the repair. Charged $1,200 for a small dent on my hood. They told me it took fifteen hours of labor to fix the hood. I called Hansel Toyota and they said it should only take about an hour to replace the etire hood, at a cost of $500 for both parts and labor. read more

After almost 3 months of shopping around and getting estimates . My Classic 1954 Chevy is pristine, and a mishap of my own doing bent up a front trim piece. Most noticeable I did finally leave it at one place for over two weeks they told me to take the part off to save some money, but their price was way over what I decided was appropriate for this type of repair. I finally found a shop that is Honest and does actual Metal repairs! Not just to cut out the damage, and replace like most auto body shops do now a days. I took the drive to Healdsburg and talked to the Manager Joe, and he looked at the piece, and the one I found to replace it with, but then gave me an estimate that was much more in the real world, and told me it would be done in one week, and it was done better then new. They pounded out the dent and fixed it very little bondo at all. Parking lots = body work. My car was lunched while I was shopping, so I needed extensive work including having a door replaced. Joe and his staff negotiated with the insurance company, helped me get a rental car right next door at Enterprise, fixed the car promptly, and communicated with me every step of the way. It came out looking better than it did before the accident, and the door opens and closes perfectly. Joe made what could've been a colossal hassle into a minor inconvenience. My brand new car unfortunately got hit, and after reading a few reviews I took my car to Healdsburg collision center. It was the biggest mistake of my 18 years! All that was damaged was the door and even though the door was repaired, many other parts were damaged; such as the window tint, front bumper, chrome parts, and the paint. The door was not properly aligned. I took the car back to the shop two times and every time was just disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

The work they do is good and they stand behind it. They help with rental cars, are very friendly, and get the job done quickly. My complaint would be with communication. I had a high deductible and they told me they would work with me on it and needed to talk to the owner and get back to me. They called me 3 days later to tell me my car was ready. No one ever called me to tell me what my portion of the deductible was. Obviously I found this very annoying, but they did work with me on my deductible some. I think the proper way to handle the situation would have been to call me to tell me what my portion of the estimate was going to be and give me the opportunity to call around to see if I could find a better deal. All in all my car is fixed and I got it back very clean and timely, just that one thing rubbed me a little wrong. read more

I was VERY disappointed! I had used them once about 5 yrs ago and they were great. This time, from the moment I walked in the door, to the end of my dealing was not only unprofessional but CAUSED ACTUAL DAMAGES to my car. There was not one drop of oil in my car when I picked it up. I get regular oil changes and its never been more than a half a court low. The battery was drained. The stereo would not work. When I went to go pick up my car, the manager mentioned that 2 months of the door open had drained the battery, and that they had charged it. I tried to turn on the car again when I got home, and It was dead. I asked them to replace the battery due to the fact that they should have had the common sense to TURN OFF THE INTERIOR LIGHT. After some reasoning with the manager, and 2 MORE WEEKS of not having my car (to change a battery?). They then LIED to me and told me that they had put a NEW battery in my car. It was an old battery, that wasn't even the right size. Again, I had a car that would not start. I ended up having to pay for a new battery and installed it myself. It took me another 2 weeks to get my stereo fixed. The experience left me very sorry that I chose Healdsburg Collision. read more
