It was surprisingly difficult to find a Lucid certified collision center. I was told by Lucid that Freeman Collision was the only authorized shop in Sonoma County. I had never used this shop because I live 35 minutes away but I wanted someone who knew my car to repair it. I learned a lot through this process and was super happy with freeman I had no idea how technical these repairs are now with EV's. I was really impressed with Jesse's knowledge of my car and the care and concern he spent on me. The insurance was difficult too but freeman fought to get them to do everything right. They said they do not know, and they will call me back when they find out. It's been seven months and I still have not heard back. Aside from that things were good. I DROVE my car in with a sizeable dent in the left front fender. Within an hour they had the left front body disassembled and the car was no longer street legal. They said it would be several weeks before they could get the parts to fix it. They got in touch with my insurance company who said forget it and the insurance company called the car a total loss. My front passenger window was smashed, door damaged, and side panel and seat torn by the window glass. Freeman Collision was great- they took my car within two days, had an estimate by day 4 and had the car completely fixed within 10 days. With the amount of damage, this is amazing. They had to replace door panel pieces, redo the paint, and replace the side mirror mechanisms. The car looks brand new (it's a 2022 Camry). Mitch is the USAA liaison and was wonderful- called us with updates, explained the process, and was kind and cheerful. I'm very disappointed with the lack of effort that JOSH puts into his job. I spent nearly 4 months communicating with him in regard to getting my car repaired. He claimed he needed additional documents from insurance, yet you told me you didn't have time to wait on the phone for them to pick up. Every time I initiated a call to them, you were at lunch or let it go to voicemail mail. I wish I hadn't wasted so much time thinking you were going to do your job and I'd get my car fixed. I went to a shop in my hometown today, they called insurance and got right through, lined up the repair for next week. While sitting in my car, parked, a person backed into my car & then attempted to leave. Thanks to a bystander who saw it, we were able to stop the person. Erik Ellingson of FCC was incredibly helpful in walking me through the process of getting the car repaired, dealing with the persons insurance, and arranging for a car rental. Erik kept me up to date on the progress of the work & then got the car back to me sooner than predicted. The ladies in the front were also friendly & efficient. After more information, I realize the company -management was doing their due diligence according to what they believed was correct to protect themselves from a a lawsuit. Freeman collision center This repair shop has serious racial discrimination, I checked the email address and phone number of their repair shop on the LEXUS COLLISION CENTER website, 10/25/2022 I sent a picture of the damaged car to their email JPARKS@FREEMANMOTORS .COM. But I haven't received any reply for three days. Later I called his company. A woman answered the phone and asked me if I had an appointment, I said no, she asked if I wanted an appointment, I said yes, I was listening because I don't know English very well, she asked for my e-mail address, and she sent an e-mail with the following content: Hello, I just spoke with you to get an appointment set for Friday November 4th at 9:00 A.M. Can you tell me what your first and last name is, what insurance you will going through, what the year make and model of your vehicle is and where the damage is on your car? Then I sent him the model of the car and the photo of the damage to the car and wrote as follows: "My car 2021 Lexus es300h,vin:58a........5, How much does it cost to repair . A total of two accidents. ". She got the email and replied to my email: "Hi, we would need to get you set up with an appointment to do an estimate on your vehicle, then they would be able to tell you how much." I emailed her because of something on November 4th:" I didn't understand the time you arranged for the last call. I want to arrange it before November 1st to 3rd. Please help me to reschedule. If not, I want to go directly to the queue." but received no response. Later, I drove more than 120 miles to the Freeman collision center on 11/3/2022. I was told that there will be no service without an appointment. There is no walk in line because they are not staffed. I said, I made an appointment on 11/4/2022 AM9:00. They said there is no more, I did not cancel the appointment. They said the next appointment time is 11/9/2022. AM9:00/10:00/11:00, I chose AM11:00. Because they The company was very angry when the company cancelled my appointment on 11/4/2022, and gave them a bad review on google. On 11/9/2022, I went to their company on time and filled out the form. Just let me wait. The person who came later, they even sent someone to serve. I waited for more than 20 minutes. A male staff came over and said, because I I don't speak English, so I have to bring an interpreter to the site to repair the car for me. I said it's just an estimate, and it's not time to repair the car. I've been to many lexus-certified collision centers. They all bring a GOOGLE translation software There is no problem with communication, and I also have another LEXUS collision center. I have an estimate. Because I moved, I can't go there for repairs. Later, he asked me to wait, I waited for a while, I asked to see the manager, the man came over and asked me if I gave them a bad review. I asked to see the manager, and showed the manager the email I sent, he asked the woman if she received the email, the woman lied and said she didn't receive it and went to their company The IT staff can check whether I have received it or not. Then they told me that I didn't want to repair my car, and they didn't give me an estimate. I don't know why LEXUS only has this certified collision center in Northern California? You can see the bad review. Cancel my appointment for 11/9/2022, or email me to ask for a live interpreter. I bought a brand new Tacoma and two years later noticed a manufacturer problem with the paint chipping around the cab area, doors and window seals. I was able to get an appointment right away and brought my truck in. Even though my truck was past warrantee they were friendly and understanding and repainted the truck for free, though it should've cost me $15,000! Throughout the repair the staff was polite, professional and kept me in the loop with updates. They explained the whole process and answered all of my questions and also provided a loaner car for me to use while my truck was in the shop. I took my Toyota Prius 2014 on 12/5 /22 to Toyota collision in Santa Rosa for minor scratches after someone hurt my car while being parked. Normally this job took in the past few days but this guy Eric took his time to look at every detail about what was needed to be replaced and or fixed in my car due to this incident. After 22 days of dropping my car, I got my car back yesterday and I was amazed of how it looked. My car looked brand new!!!! Eric was able to put together documents to make my car insurance approve all repairs needed. Eric did not only did that for me, he also had a car rental at Toyota that was covered by my insurance. I got as a nice brand new car as a rental waiting for me the day I dropped my car. I spend New Year's Eve with a new car. The service I got from Eric was class A. From the very first moment I met Eric, I felt trust and I knew I was in good hands, as he was able to squeeze me to start working on my car right away. They took 6 weeks to supposedly get the part. Once they supposedly had the part, we dropped off the care (it was a simple fix) but they had it for over 4 weeks and only got it done when we insisted it was long enough. We ended up paying over $750 for a rental car because of Toyota's delay and incompetency. Then the supervisor didn't have the decency to at least apologize but instead through out every excuse in the book (used car salesman style). I would NEVER go to this repair shop again. read more

This review is about my wife's 2019 Toyota Camry and this body shop's inability to properly take accountability for their previous work. 11-19-20 - Car was repaired. Rear bumper replaced. Special Thanks to former collision manager Greg Gustafson. 8-21-21- Car's blind spot monitor alert goes off while I'm driving. Went straight to Freeman Motors Toyota and was referred to Freeman Collision. 8-23-21 -My wife went to Freeman Collision and she was told that the B.S.M. Alarm is or was caused by a hit/damage on rear bumper. She was also told to just file a claim on our car insurance company. I looked at the rear bumper and there is no visible damage from a car, grocery cart, or anything else that might have hit the bumper while it was parked. If the car was damaged while it was parked.. the car alarm should have been activated which we would have heard and.. there should be a visible damage on the bumper which there isn't and the B.S.M. alarm should have started going off as soon as I started the engine and not half an hour or so after driving. Also... if the car was hit.. the damage that is significant enough to knock off or affect the B.S.M. Alarm should cause a physical damage that is visible. What the collision center is suggesting just doesn't make sense. I am more inclined to believe that their previous work on the rear bumper has something to do with this issue. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the collision center... 8-25-21 - Sent an email to Freeman Collision center email address through their website. 9-2-21- Called Freeman Collision and left a voicemail on current manager's phone. 9-6-22- Sent a FB messenger message to their FB account. No response. No answer. No return phone call. Disappointed is not even close to how I feel about all this. Future customers... Please watch out. read more

A collision center, or body shop, is a tough thing to review, because their real customer is often the insurance company and not you. In my case they made it quite clear they couldn't care less about providing me any sort of reasonable service. In fact, they were not shy about using their excessive fear of liability as an excuse for refusing to extend any sort of common decency to help me. Even when I offered to pay them. As it turns out my truck was being totaled out by the insurance company. So I was not getting the truck back. So on the first encounter, I had a fairly expensive lift kit on the truck that I offered to pay them to take off for me so I could keep it. I even cleared this with the insurance company first, and put them in touch with the insurance company to confirm it. But because they didn't see any real profit in doing that, they simply refused to help, telling me there was too much liability involved and that they "don't deal with aftermarket parts". Funny, had the truck not been totaled out by the insurance company, I'm fairly certain they would've repaired even the aftermarket parts if necessary and charged it to the insurance company. Then, while the collision center was moving the truck around in their yard and taking parts off to assess the damage,they damaged one of the wheels but didn't admit it because they knew I couldn't prove it. They didn't even go out and ask their staff if anyone knew anything about it. Also, I had a lot of other upgrades on the truck that they wouldn't let me pay them to take off for me, and wouldn't let me take them off myself, despite one of them having had a conversation with my insurance company to confirm the insurance company was ok with it. They instead required me to awkwardly move the heavily damaged truck out onto the road to takeoff my upgraded wheels etc. there during rush hour traffic. Seems like a much more hazardous location, but hey, they weren't worried about me. To top it off, they had taken the jack tools out of my truck without telling me, and didn't offer them back to me. Luckily I had borrowed a friends truck to get there and so I was able to use his jack tools. They had asked that I give them a verbal release of the truck once I was done, so they could let the insurance company take the salvaged truck. I called that very night and left a voicemail with the requested information, however three days later The insurance company said they were still waiting. so I called to check and they had not released it because no one had forwarded the voicemail to the proper people, or the proper people just ignored it. So not only had they cost me over $300 because they damaged the wheel, and another $4000 because they refused to help me get the lift kit off the truck, now they cost me an opportunity at a great replacement truck that sold to someone else while they ignored my voicemail. read more

This place is awesome! I never thought I would be writing a review about a car repair place, but this auto repair/body shop business is different! Not only did Freeman Collision fix my bumper in record time, but they also fixed all the other dents/dings/paint fading all over the car - for free! They fixed a problem I had with my door - again, for free! They helped me with a rental van and ended up paying for half of it themselves, because they accidentally misquoted the price (Not their fault either, it was the price they were quoted.) The manager's name is Greg Gustafson and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I seriously love Freeman Collision and would never, ever take my car anywhere else. Made the appointment for Monday at 0830. I arrived and met with Josh, my estimator. He was wearing so much cologne I had to increase my distance from him. He stood next to the car and told me about what it would cost and gave me a loose timeline. I asked for it in writing but he stated it would be "a waste of time" since the person who hit me wanted to pay rather than run it through insurance ((??!??) whT??
