It was certainly not satisfactory We brought the van in to have the air conditioner repaired under waranty and got a call the it was working. We live in Woodbourne 40 miles away. My husband and I were a bit apprehensive when we were told that you found no problem because it was't working for us. We came in to pick up the van and sure enough the air conditioner was not working We never even pulled it out of your parking lot. One of your mechanics verified the fact and you still have our van . I can only hope that it is working soon. I can say that all of your staff were very proffessioal in dealing with us but the actual service was far less than satisfactory read more

I was an amazing experience with this dealership. The salesman I had the pleasure of dealing with was Neil Stasilli. He was an awesome guy, not pushy at all, and worked extremely closely with me and the finance department to get the deal I wanted. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Went above and beyond to help me, and without a doubt treated me like a family member, which is extremely rare when you deal with most dealerships. He followed me throughout the process from the time I walked in the front door, right up until I drove away. He ensured that I was treated as well as anyone could hope for from a dealership. The finance manager was awesome, as was the extremely pleasant coordinator who explained ever feature of the vehicle upon me picking up the vehicle when scheduled to do so. Took my car in to have it serviced due to a loud noise it was making. I was told it was the brakes and it wasn't covered under warranty and it would be over $500! I said there is no way it is the brakes as I just got the car with very low mileage-certified used a few months ago and they reported then that the brakes were basically new. Offered to get paperwork showing this. They were not budging with their "diagnosis". Took the car to dealership in Poughkeepsie and it was the NOT THE BRAKES, it was a wheel bearing! I inquired about a specific car today on line and was told to come and look at it so that they could assess my trade as well. I informed them I didn't want to drive that far (from central NJ) if they were not going to be in my ballpark for the vehicle. I was told they could be flexible if I could as well and that they had an "event" going on that may get me more for my trade. A 2 hour drive later ,I was at their location and told that the car I was interested in had previously been sold (and not in those 2 hours). The only other similar vehicle they had to offer was 5 years older and higher millage than the one I inquired about - no thank you. A dishonest dealership to say the least! I needed an oil change and being that I wanted it done right by Chevy unlike across the street. I met with a Parts advisor names Suzi. Suzi gained my trust and Loyalty to her for all my future Chevy needs. I highly recommend to deal with her for your Chevy needs as well. Suzi, was very polite, and very helpful with pricing and answering questions. She even was able to get me in for an oil change immediately, even though it was late afternoon and almost closing time. Her demeanor and friendly attitude "WOW'd" me for sure. After many years of dealing with dealership parts advisors. This girl is top notch. I truly believe that she is a valuable asset to have on your side. I most certainly will be recommending Healey Brothers Chevy to friends and family and whoever else needs Chevy related service. I give this dealership no stars. Especially when it comes to customer service. I recently bought a car from them in January. The car did not come with an owners manual. The dealership assured me that they would order one for me. It is now going on April and every time I call or stop there to ask for it I get some excuse. Oh it's on order they must be doing inventory, or the person that ordered it is not here right now. Besides the owners manual, the service engine soon light keeps coming on. Now when I bought the car and the extended warranty I was informed by my sales rep that all I had to do was come to the dealership and leave the car and would be given a loaner.... Well that's not the case. Apparently you don't get a loaner car unless the work that is performed on your car exceeds 4 hours. And if they while working on your car they find that the work does not meet the minimum hours allotted, you as the customer are liable to pay for the loaner car. Now here's the funny part, so like I said before my service engine soon light keeps coming on. So I played by there rules and dropped my car off on a Friday night for a Monday am appointment with the understanding that they would start looking at my car in Saturday. Well Saturday came and went and then Monday morning came and went as well as Monday afternoon until 445pm when they decided to call me and inform me that they couldn't do anything with my car because they didn't have the parts or a technician to service the car, and I had to come and pick my car up before they close at 530pm and it is my responsibility to call another dealer and schedule another appointment and pay out of pocket and then come back to Healy and try to get reimbursed. Needles to say I blew my top and I now have the other dealership charging Healy directly. And the funny thing is the other dealership gave me a loaner without a problem. GO NISSAN. NOW YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR!! Go there. They appreciate their customers. read more

Everything was going so well...my saleswoman Maggie was awesome. Super responsive and helpful. She's the only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1. The options with vehicles are limited to "packages" way to much. You can't have this without that, you can have this but you can't get that etc. So I finally find a 2021 Chevy equinox I like. It has a black grille, emblems, and wheels. We find out you can't get all the interior options I want with this exterior package. Now I'm unsure what I want to do. Maggie informs me about ordering accessories and I end up getting a different 2021 equinox and ordering a black grille, emblems, and mirror caps. After waiting weeks for the parts to come in and getting to the service dept I get checked in quickly and begin waiting. After an hour and a half of waiting my service rep comes and tells me there's a problem. The grille that was ordered does not fit my vehicle. As a matter of fact there is no alternative grille that can be purchased. I ask how this is possible and the service people have no idea....they didn't do the order they simply are tasked with the service(which is true). I take my issue upstairs to a sales manager and explain how long I had waited just to find out this part doesn't fit and that part of the reason I purchased this particular vehicle was the ability to replace the grille with one I wanted. He's apologetic and seems genuine. Then he starts changing the subject and when he leaves the office to get some info I really he was trying to distract me. When he comes back he informs me they will send me a check to refund me for the part(it was rolled into my loan as part of the deal). I reiterate my frustration with this whole process and the waste of my time. He begins to try and divert my attention. Realizing he has zero intention of compensating me in any way for their mistake I leave his office and head back to service. This experience shows me just how little they care about their customers. How they manage to not realize there's no alternative grille for this vehicle when the service guys can see that is beyond me. Once you sign on the dotted line they could care less about you. Next time I will shop elsewhere for a vehicle and I will urge others too as well. It's unfortunate cuz I have dealt with some great employees there but at the top they couldn't care less. read more

I visited Healey Buick to lease my 3rd Buick in 2 years. Two prior leases went quite well as should be expected. Third time was not a charm. When signing the lease I provided a specific vehicle code number (detailing all options to be included) and was advised it was exactly the car I just inspected on the showroom floor earlier in the week. I was told it was sold, but another matching model would be sent over from another dealer the next day. Car was not delivered next day, or day after that, or day after that. In fact it took 6 days. Upon delivery I realized a number of options were not included that should have been. A Base model was substituted when a Premium 1 model was ordered, When I brought this to rep's attention, no one owned up to discrepancy. When asked for sales manager to contact me, no call came. When I called Paul Healey (Sales Manager) to address my account of events and to advise me of his findings, no return call. Been over 3 weeks now so I guess I can't anticipate one to come. I waited 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change & tire rotation, everyone was done & leaving around me and then I drive all the way home & realize the mechanics only put 5 lug nuts on each tire instead of 6, and left the four lug nuts in my cup holder. I called & complained and was told that he couldn't funderstand the tool to put lug nuts back on and we could do ourselves. Really??? I drive my kids around in this truck, how irresponsible and dangerous, and no regard for us what so ever. Very shameful read more

They do know how to hook you... but it's all lies. Make sure you have the keys in your hand before you make any plans and/or return your vehicle. They strung me out a whole week and waited until I went with my family to pick up the car to change the deal. They even called me during the week to tell me the remote start was being installed, which never was. I wrote a letter to ownership and was lied to once again. 3 trips to fix a condensate leak. Dealership was not very accommodating on the 2nd and 3erd appointment. The dealership PRETENDS THEY WANT ALL reviews posted good or bad. When you write on the dealership survey a detailed review about what your experience was they have a link to yelp when you are done but they don't let you copy and paste your review you have to write it over. So frustrating. Called the middletown store today to see if we could come in and test drive a Colorado Diesel. I have been looking forward to trying this truck out and finally found the time to do so. Salesman (DJ?) said of course, they have them, come on in. Website showed two. Great, we will stop in around 2pm. We get there. No Colorado diesel. "We can bring one in for you from Poughkeepsie if you can come back." My response.....not a chance. We work 6 days a week. I own a business and can,\'t really kill time during the week shopping for a truck. Salesman's response? "Sorry.....my life story:".....turns and walks away. Wow. At my place we would have offered to bring the truck to the customer after a screw up like that. So so lame. Selling cars must be easier than I thought.....they don't need to care. They will just try again with next victim to come through the door. I only give them two stars because the receptionist who met us was very nice and attentive and it was not her fault so she gets a star. read more

I will not take my car back here for service. The service people are not nice at all. I bought my car a year ago and had my two free oil changes. I took it in for my 3rd oil change. When I had my second one done I asked what will the price be when I come back. I was quoted a price of around $38. I take it in for my oil change and she says you will get a oil change, tires rotated, fluids checked free car wash its all together. I said how much is it. She said $120. I thought holly shit 120 for a oil change. I said I just what the oil done none of the other stuff. It cost me $64 just for oil. Service also told me my tire alignment was off and that needed to be done. I will take it somewhere else and have it checked to see if its off. I have not heard one good thing about service here.. On a good note sales is great here. Don't hesitate to buy a car here. The guy I bought my car from went above and beyond helping me find the car I wanted. read more

I originally came to Chevy and spoke with Lou Roselli about purchasing a used car. He was extremely helpful in steering me in the right direction. He advised me of my options and suggested I look at a new car since my job involves travelling to NJ every day. I met Tom Ulbrich who took me for a test drive in a 2017 Malibu, which I instantly loved. Tom was very informative regarding the Malibu, and was very forthright in answering all of my questions. Tom also contacted my insurance and helped to get everything completed for me before I picked up my car. I then met Harold Mota and he took his time showing me how to operate the car, what all of the buttons were, as well as helped me install my cell phone so that all of my personal preferences were at the touch of a button. Gotta give huge shout-out to the hero of the day, Dan the service tech genius at Healey Brothers Chevy Buick in Middletown, NY. While installing a 5th wheel hitch on my new GMC Sierra Saturday, the tech at a nearby RV place accidentally severed some of the wires that power the back end of the truck...suddenly we had no gas gauge, ABS brakes, tail lights, blinkers, brake lights or trailer brake controller. Without trailer brakes, we cannot tow a camper. So there we were, unable to tow the camper we just bought, the RV dealership unable to resolve the problem and the nearest GMC dealership already closed. We were "this close" to going home empty handed and broken hearted. Healey was on the way home so we stopped in without an appointment to see if they would even look at our GMC and if they could find the problem and fix it before they closed. Seth Goldberg took is in and 90 minutes later, Dan had replaced 9 severed wires in the wiring harness and we had our truck back to health. This allowed us to go back and take our RV home... 2 hours away in central Ct. That's right, they took us in and repaired our truck and we weren't a customer who had bought our truck from them, we had a vehicle that they don't even carry, we didn't have an appointment, and we came in an hour and a half before close on a Saturday. Great customer service makes all the difference in the world. read more

I have been treated like I am a problem. I still haven't received my vehicle back because other things were broken when I was told it was complete and ready for pick up. I am also missing personal items that were installed on my truck when it was dropped off that are now no where to be found for some reason. The unit that was on my truck that caused me to have to come out of pocket for a whole new engine when it should have been covered under warranty is now no where to be found. It's one thing after the other with you people. Not to think that I am singling you out though. The dealership that it was at just 2 weeks prior to yours was just as bad if not worse. I've got a 2015 truck that I paid a lot of money for that is now a pile of crap due to the both of yours shenanigans. I would like to forget everything about the both of you as quickly as possible. I initially did not intend to respond to this request for a review of your services, mainly because I did not wish to waste any more of my time dealing with your establishment. However, since the vehicle I purchased from you stalled, again, today on my way to work, I figured I might as well take you up on your offer to vent my frustrations. In short, I am completely dissatisfied with every aspect of my interactions with your association. Regrettably, last summer I purchased a used 2011 Chevrolet Cruze from your dealership. I had previously purchased a Chevy Cobalt from you back in 2009, which came with its own set of problems, but--shame on me--I figured I'd give your dealership another shot. Within days of buying the Chevy Cruze, I rued that decision. Not only did it take nearly three months for the title and registration to arrive, but within the first week of driving it one of the wiper fluid nozzles stopped working and the air condition ceased to function properly. After bringing it in and getting that fixed, I returned for my first oil change shortly after. While working on it, the mechanics broke my tire pressure gauge, so I had to make another appointment to come in for minor repairs before I even had the title in my hand. After this, the car began to sporadically act as if it was about to stall, buck slightly, and then the service ESP light would come on, as well as the traction control light, and the RMP gauge would stop working. When this occurs, assuming the car doesn't completely turn off, I have to pull over, stop the car, give it a moment to rest, and then restart it a few minutes later. After the third or fourth time this happened, I made another appointment to have the car looked at while it was still under warranty. Not surprisingly, I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with it, and that I should just come back to the dealership when I was actively experiencing the problem--as if any reasonable adult with a job could just drop what he or she were doing and drive their car to the dealership while it's stalling. When I went home, I googled the problem and found dozens of people complaining about Electronic Stability Control and Engine Power Reduction problems with their 2011 Chevy Cruzes. Many of them were similarly brushed off by their dealerships despite the fact that this is clearly a common issue that Chevy is aware of. Obviously, the problem persists, and--as my warranty is expiring--I'll have to resolve the issue somewhere else. Thankfully, at the very least, I will now never need to visit Healey Brothers again. Perhaps foolishly, I've always believed in buying America made products, and shopping at locally owned businesses, in the interest of supporting both our county's workers and our local community. However, I will no longer be doing that at your establishment. Moreover, as I work at SUNY Orange and my fiancé works at Orange Regional Medical Center, I will do my best to see to it that our friends, family, and coworkers don't either. Although I'm not looking forward to having to trade in the second defunct vehicle you've sold me, I will enjoy doing it at different dealership than yours. read more
