I got her name when I came back to the store to return my friends Vitamins. She was extremely rude. I asked for the GM and she said she's the manager I asked again for the GM and she was just absolutely rude to me. I am going to report this store to the area landlord and my local BNI group including the our local chamber of commerce . The customer service is awful!

The store itself has a bit of a weird layout and seems like it could use a renovation, but the current state adds to the hippy, natural, co-op feel. I found a kombucha and made a mental note to return to support this business in the future! They have quite the history and while there are many competitors in the area, I love supporting more local, family owned businesses. I was charged $60+ for a Probiotic, and the Saw Palmetto I recently purchased was $7.90 higher than two other stores. I feel there must be a considerable mark up on products and it's taking advantage of their consumers. I understand paying the higher price was my fault for not shopping around before purchasing, however, I can guarantee it won't happen again.
