I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Joy does NOT have the ability to do your work for you and lastly Joy does NOT by any means sell herself short on the services that she provides. Joy, you are an absolute god send. Seriously.... I have been thru various counseling all of my life but that didn't resolve my issues nor did it really give me the tools needed to actually resolve them. So since I had tried that previously and pretty much got the same result, I knew I had to try something different. So, what did I do? I went to my trusty yelp and reached out and received several responses. I had a few phone interviews because I needed to find the right person to help me thru some heavy stuff. I liked Joy right off the bat. You can simply tell by the tone in her voice that she is an angel. I signed up for 6 sessions with Joy...and after my 6th session, I signed up for 6 more. And I threw Joy some crazy challenges (nothing in my life has EVER been easy)....there were issues that she flat out told me she couldn't do anything about (I appreciate the honestly more than you know) and there were some issues where I really feel like I challenged her but guess what? SHE NEVER GAVE UP ON ME. SHE NEVER TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T WITHOUT AN EXPLANATION (again she doesn't have a magic wand). Instead what I received was far far greater than any gift...Joy gave me the tools I needed to see where my deficiencies came from and also gave me some positive insight as to how to fix the behaviors and this is something I now work on EVERY SINGLE DAY and it's made me a better person. Regardless, an authentic intuitive experience should not require the healer to ask 20 questions before they begin the session, nor should they need to validate their "intuition" by providing positive reinforcement of their suggestions from ChatGPT after your call ends. Nancy was completely unprofessional during our half hour animal communication session. She wasted time asking me plenty of questions about my life, my partner, and my dog, not even attempting to start the animal communication piece until the 35-minute mark. She insisted I share personal details even when I was hesitant and argued that I didn't want it to be about me--I just wanted to hear messages from my dog--then she made the entire session suggestions about how I cope with something completely unrelated to animal, which I clearly was uncomfortable talking about. I continued to redirect her to my dog with specific questions, but she couldn't tell me anything about my dog that I didn't already share with her in her initial questioning. The only thing I got out of this appointment was disappointment and frustration that we weren't taken seriously as clients. If you are looking for a genuine intuitive to connect with your animal and share their message, I suggest you see someone else.
