After my first appointment, I was told a prescription would be sent. It never sent to my pharmacy. I followed up 19 days later, got no response, and followed up again the next day, before finally getting my prescription. I also asked about scheduling a follow-up appointment at that time and never received a reply. It took 3 weeks before I got my prescription. Months later, I requested a copy of my medical records. I followed up 5 days after the initial request, then had to call 10 days after that just to get them released. It took 2 weeks to get my records. Most recently, I requested a renewal on a medication I've been taking for over 10 years. I heard nothing back for 11 days, then had to call in. I was placed on hold three separate times over the course of one call, totaling around 15 minutes, and was told I'd need to come in for an appointment before they'd refill it. I explained that I needed it immediately because they hadn't responded in 11 days. They put me on hold again and then doubled down on the same answer. Staff also blamed the delay on the receptionist being "new," despite her being the one who put me on hold twice to check with someone else on my behalf. It took 1.5 weeks and I never received my prescription. I have never had such horrible communication or professionalism from a medical facility. I would suggest going literally anywhere else.

The billing department is staffed by outright rude individuals, and the front desk is run by young, inexperienced staff who do nothing but try to sound smart while making excuses for the incorrect information they provided over the phone. This is apparently my fault since I was nervous. Thinking like that really lacks empathy with patients. I was prescribed medication where the prior authorizations have now been denied multiple times and need to be appealed. All of this could have been avoided if paperwork had been filled out accurately and the doctor had listened to me when I was stating my condition and what I had done in the past. I also experienced the pushback other reviewers had where it is always someone else's fault and they accept no responsibility. At first I genuinely thought they were trying to help and resolve the issues but when the denials kept coming from the insurance and the insurance explained to me why, it just showed they were not really paying attention and resubmitting paperwork. The follow-up has been on my part and apparently that is annoying to this clinic. I am also awaiting to see if I will be billed for a telephone call which they claim won't be charged but given others' experiences with billing, I am not optimistic and expect that to be an issue too. I spoke to Dr Vaiman who is the Medical Director (eventually) and she let me know I can go to another provider or clinic instead of answering my questions on whether they will fill out the paperwork correctly for the medication their clinic prescribed. They had no interest in helping. She also suggested seeing an endocrinologist which had nothing to do with my asks and complaints. I signed up with Plushcare since getting another doctor with a GOOD clinic or hospital is months long wait. My Prior authorizations were submitted and approved same day with Plushcare since they filled out the information correctly. I would trust the 1-star reviews. Stay far far away. Wasted time and money and horrible experiences each time. Deeper investigations into reviews on these doctors on other sites will show others have had the same experience as I did.

Over covid she expanded to telehealth visits which have been great for small concerns although I still generally go to the office. There is an in-house lab making routine stuff really easy. This is the kind of family care I want. She knows me and my family, makes recommendations and sees trends from regular care vs transactional appointments in walk in clinics. And when I want a referral, and I prefer a female provider, she always has someone to suggest that is a quality provider. Cheryl, her ARNP has relocated for family, and I haven't met the new provider but expect her to carry the same values and care to her clients. So I call the office and visit whenever a pesky issue arises (for fear it's NOT really just a "pesky" issue). Dr. G. and Cheryl have always been very accessible to me (and my husband, who is also a patient). They've always returned my calls, taken the time to answer my questions, and taken my concerns seriously. I don't know the receptionist well, but she's always been pleasant to me. The nurse I've seen there has always been SUPER nice to me. Are we speaking of the same practice??? Yes, I know Dr. G. is into providing cosmetic procedures (something I will never be into, personally), but she's never even mentioned that stuff to me. She is very into sports, fitness and nutrition, and weight loss, and she's very knowlegeable about these issues (which DO interest me). All the heart and lung scans, and blood tests requested by conventional doctors were negative and I was asked to just live with the breathing issues which were told to be common after Covid and take over counter pain killers for my back pain. I didn't want to take medicine all my life and solve the root case. These issues did not let me have any restorative sleep each night and also affected my work and left me no energy to take care of my young kids when schools opened up after pandemic and everything moved "on-site". I did visit a Chiropractor in Redmond three years ago who hurt me and pinched a nerve in my right shoulder and I was little wary trying out Chiropractic treatment again. After a bout of TMJ recently coupled with so many health concerns which my conventional doctors seemed to give up on, I found Dr Ben while querying ChatGPT for skilled Chiropractor on the East side and felt peaceful and restored right after the first session with him. They did have some odd billing practices in that they require payment same day, there wasn't a "send bill in mail" option, I reached my full yearly deductible which should have resulted in 100% coverage, but they charged me ~$50. I will have to work that out with my insurance though I guess.
