I scheduled an appointment and had a nice gentlemen named Diego come out. Due to mold we had an environmental study performed by an expert firm, he wanted a copy so I emailed it to him. There is significant damage and Diego also was suggesting other services such as drywall removal repair etc. I told him to get me the quote for the mold removal as that was urgent and I had already been told that I should not use areas of my home due to the mold. when he left he said he'd get me a quote by the end of the week. End of the week came and went, I waited another week thinking ok maybe they wanted to read the environmental report. NOTHING. So I called a left a voicemail, no return call, I sent Diego a email at his ecoclean address, NOTHING. SO they came out and wasted my valuable time when response is urgent due to mold, even if they called back at this point I dont trust their services. Even if they are not qualified to do the work, how hard is it to return a call and say this is out of our area of expertise. Very unprofessional.

Whether that's true or not, I'll never know. because I wasn't given the chance to find out. To clarify, the note about the built-ins wasn't hidden in "fine print," but it was only mentioned once in the "Other Notes" section. It was never discussed verbally, by email, or over the phone, and it wasn't included in the detailed action items. I don't think a single mention buried in a notes section qualifies as meaningful disclosure, especially when no one pointed it out or explained its implications. Perhaps Adam does. Lastly, the other points raised, like the quality of the closet materials, water damage, or insurance support, are not relevant to my concern.
