I really want to love this place since it's in the neighborhood. It never hits the mark. Ordered a Healthy in Dyckman salad and juice. Let's first talk about how they mix tomatoes and cranberries - cranberry, walnut, goat cheese and apple - yes. But Roma tomatoes, avocados and cranberries?! Took a chance, and it was as bad as it sounds. "Organic" chicken was tough and tasted like it was microwaved and tossed on the salad. Spent $26 for kale, a thimble of chopped tomatoes, a couple cranberries, 4 slices of avo, microwaved chicken and a large juice. The balsamic dressing uses filler - not enough EEVO. This restaurant really has the opportunity to corner the block on healthy options since Bunny Deli is closed and Ixtapan has an ongoing pending food rating. And if it's not that, it's slow service or don't have the ingredients to make the order. Juice was fine. read more

Went to try healthy in dyckman in the 231st location and it's honestly so good! They have vegan and gluten free options and they literally have sooooo many options I didn't know which one to choose because they all sound amazing! I got the chicken burger and the bun was really good it was toasty, the chicken was perfectly cooked, the orange sauce was good! And the Dominican power smoothie had Strawberry, banana, spinach, Honey, plant based protein and almond milk it was the perfect blend. The worker who took my order his name is Pedro and he was really sweet in helping me figure out what I should order. His customer service was amazing! The vibe and seating is so and comfy and a great spot to work from! 10/10 I recommend! read more

Not so good for vegans who might care to know what is actually in the vegan dishes, especially since there are very similar omnivore and vegan dishes that might easily be confused in the preparation. I had that experience with a vegan chick'n dish that seemed to be real chicken and I could not get a knowledgeable response. When I persisted and asked if I could speak to someone who would know what that "chick'n" was actually made of, the person who answered the phone simply loudly spoke over me with his rehearsed speech on why I should trust him that my order was a vegan preparation and then hung up on me. I also see that a number of the purportedly vegan dishes have honey in them, which is not vegan, so I wonder what other liberties they have taken. Too bad as I hoped for a nearby place for vegan food where they were at least knowledgeable, so I could know what I was getting or what to avoid. read more

I'm happy to find a good clean smoothie shop in my neighborhood. I mean I do have another place that I visited from time to time but I have to say this one is a winner. Not only does it make smoothies but they also have so many other healthy options that I can buy to eat. From healthy salads, wraps, and acai bowls. They even have vegan sandwiches and wraps and salads as well. Let's not forget healthy treats to have with coffee or teas you can purchase as well. It's just a great addition to have in the neighborhood. I purchased a smoothie and although it was a bit pricey it was understandable because of all the fresh ingredients I was receiving. This is why I normally make mines at home but sometimes I want to try a different option and sometimes I don't have the time to make one. So I'm glad to have this place. So let me start by saying that i heard of them on channel 12 news and everything looked so delicious that i told my husband to take me after work lol. And i must saysay the food is AMAZING!!! My husband doesn't eat brown rice and he left NO CRUMBS LOL.... The staff is super friendly, the place is really nice. I will definitely be going back!!!!! BTW, I had the salmon rice bowl and WOW! We are on a healthy eating kick and live nearby so decided to swing by here with our 3YO daughter on a weekend afternoon. My Uptown Power wrap was excellent. Fresh, crispy, well constructed. My daughter loved her chicken sandwich and ate the whole thing. And my wife devoured her Vegan Crispy Chick'n bowl. The gentleman working the counter was friendly and helpful. It was nice eating in, even though it is clearly more of a takeout/delivery operation. Was comfortable and clean. One suggestion would be to get trays/plates/etc (disposable is fine) for folks who eat in. It was a bit awkward eating from the takeout box. But a minor complaint. We will 100% eat here again and will likely order take out soon too. Great addition to 231st! read more

First, the lady behind the counter had a nasty attitude and was very unwelcoming. Then while paying with my credit card and being that it was take out, she had the nerve to add a tip in and flipped through the screens quickly as if I wouldn't see it, I stood quiet about it because I'm not about to make a scene over $1.25 you got that! Now to the food, these are pre made wraps and sandwiches that are just heated up. My wrap tasted old and refrigerated. Not only was the service horrible but the food sucks too!
