He gets along with you not just as your regular dentist but as a friend who wants to take good care of you, with the right advice at the right time. I am always curious to know why any dental procedure needs to be done and when would be an optimal time to do it. And the best part is, he is always willing to spend those extra few minutes with you to answer any questions you may have as a patient and is always willing to lend his ears to your concerns as a patient. Dr. LG is truly one of the rare dentists out there. She is friendly, professional, uses new technology, and I feel like she, and her staff, truly care about my dental health. It was obvious that the previous front desk person who scheduled me didn't do so successfully, but the front desk didn't care and simply said they couldn't do anything, as if I just showed up randomly at a time never scheduled for me. My wife will do the same. It isn't the first time they messed up things. For at least 2-3 times, they had to charge extra than they initially claimed. They once charged my wife extra for my previous visit but I already paid what they claimed the cost would be during that visit. For another time they didn't file claim to my insurance correctly and I found it after 6 months and notified them.
