Customer service here is great. The staff was welcoming and helped give me recommendations for probiotics for my little puppy. They showed me around the store and gave my pup a few sample treats hehe! Thank you! Beautiful, clean, and big space. They have tons of treat and food options. They also sell goat milk in the fridge, goat milk cookies, collagen puffs, and so much more natural, organic, and unique brands that I've not come across before. Cute merchandise too to dress up your dog or get doggie home supplies! Great return policy. If you don't like anything just come back and return/ exchange. I don't think you need to show them a receipt as they will have your order history in their system if you sign up for their free membership. I've not tried their grooming or day care but there were a lot of cute doggies getting this service so it seems those services are very popular!

Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable, she took the time to help me pick out a food and explained the benefits of certain products to help my dog eat healthier (my dog is having issues with her stomach). I was worried because my dog is very picky but the fact that you can let your dog try it and return or exchange the food if it wasn't satisfactory is great too. Great location (at least for me), my dog's vet Modern Animal is a few doors down and plenty of restaurants/shops around if you needed to wait for your pet.

A big shout out to the Healthy Spot team! Employees here are always friendly and helpful, and they're all extremely kind to my pug, who demands a lot of attention when I bring him in. Healthy Spot carries good food, low calorie treats (pug is on a weight loss program), and good chews. Ziwi venison half-shanks are hard to find, but Healthy Spot has them, and they last for months. A big shout out to Jessica in grooming. She's skilled, kind, hardworking, and great with dogs. Another shout out to Gerardo, who always has a smile. Healthy Spot helps to keep my pug healthy, and the personalized attention is much appreciated!

My Pup and I are obsessed with this place, he just had he's first grooming, the process was easy and the staff was super friendly. I was referred to Amanda by my sister who brings her doodle here and let me tell you. The drive to this location is absolutely worth it, so far everywhere we've gone out to I get stopped and asked who his groomer is. Thanks Amanda!

Love taking my dog Hamburger to get bathed by Maddie! Hamburger always comes back looking fresh and clean! Maddie does a great nail grind with Hammy, and his nails come back looking awesome! I also love using their day care facility to give my dog, Hamburger, some play time! The day care staff are super attentive and give great updates. We love coming here

Was looking for a dog bakery to pick up some treats for a friend's fur baby. Found this wonderful display of dog treats (and ingredients list) on the cashier island. Cashier bagged up each treat in clear plastic bag. Just tie a ribbon around the bag and it's ready to gift!

Polaroids the daycare team sent home - loved getting these!

I came to this Healthy Spot for small dog daycare. Sadly, my dog outgrew the size requirements/weight limit, but she loved her time there. Every day she would bust into the store doors excited for daycare, and I could tell from the pics the team sent home that she had a ton of fun with the other dogs. The team was a godsend - letting me know if they noticed behavior or symptoms that might require a vet visit, reminding me of upcoming vaccinations coming due, etc. I always felt so comfortable leaving my dog here, and I have a hard time trusting her with just anyone. The daycare has great cleaning protocols, safety protocols, and communication. Thanks, Healthy Spot team!

    After Thank you, Nancy!!!

Where did Adan go? This is heartbreaking!

My question is for the dog daycare. Is the 30 pound weight limit flexible at all? I have a pug who is large for the breed (he needs to lose a little weight!) and is just over 30 pounds.

Hey Rayna! Thank you for reaching out. How much does your pup weigh? Depending on that and your pup's temperament, we can determine if our small dog daycare is right for him.…

What is the price for day care?

Hello Malissa, Thank you for reaching out to us. Our hourly price for daycare is $12. Half day (up to 6 hours) is $35 and Full day (6+ hours) is $49. We also offer 5, 10,…

    What are your daycare hours?

Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Our Daycare hours are from 8am to 7:30pm Monday through Saturday. All dogs who attend our Daycare must be 30 pounds or less, they must have…

How much does non-anesthetic cleaning cost?

i think around $10 or $11 i get my dogs teeth brushed with every bath :-)

Referred by a friend does she get a discount for next grooming?

There is no referral discount, but you can get $5 off your next grooming by booking it when you pick up your pet from the salon.

Will not be returning to this establishment…read more My husband called on Saturday (5/2/26) to ask if they accepted walk-ins, as we recently moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer for our dog. The receptionist told us to come in right away since we were only a few minutes away. When we arrived, the same receptionist acted as if she had no idea about the call. We had to repeat ourselves, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming from the start. Instead of greeting us warmly, she seemed dismissive and inconvenienced. Things got worse when our dog was taken to the back. She is a small dog (under 20 lbs) and naturally a bit anxious, which we communicated. Rather than handling her with care, the staff member repeatedly pulled her by the leash when she hesitated, which clearly scared her. No effort was made to comfort her--no treats, no gentle approach, and no attempt to pick her up to help her feel safe. After seeing our dog being handled this way, we immediately asked for her back and left. As feedback to the owner: friendly customer service and gentle handling of animals should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

While I was admittedly late for pickup, the manager's response was completely unprofessional. She called and screamed at me, calling me an 'awful dog owner' and 'irresponsible.' She further claimed I don't know how to read hours, that my dog is a 'problem' (after 8 years of no issues?), and falsely accused me of not paying. It is deeply saddening that nearly a decade of loyalty was met with such personal attacks and vitriol. There are plenty of places in the area that treat both pets and their owners with basic human decency. Avoid if you value being treated with respect.

What really stood out was their transparency -- they walked me through the entire adoption process and were upfront about the fees, which I truly appreciated. Wagmor has a wonderful variety of dogs, from puppies to older dogs, so I'm confident anyone can find their perfect furry companion here. To address the complaints I've seen about fees -- I want to reassure anyone on the fence that the fees are actually very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care these animals receive. Yes, some are pure breeds, but they are still rescues, and it's important to go in understanding that they may come with some form of trauma. That's part of opening your heart and home to a rescue. If you're looking to add a four-legged family member to your life, look no further than Wagmor. Stella has already stolen my heart, and I have Wagmor to thank for that!

(2 Stars) I rarely…read moreleave negative reviews, but my experience with Wagmor was concerning enough that I feel it's worth sharing. Initially, I had a great conversation with Melissa. We spoke for about 20 minutes about a Shih Tzu I was interested in adopting, and I genuinely felt like we connected. The conversation was friendly, informative, and left me excited about the possibility of bringing one of the dogs home. During our conversation, I told Melissa that I absolutely wanted to move forward. I provided extensive information about myself, including my home address, and even sent a video of my home as part of the screening process. I was clearly serious about adopting and was actively participating in the process. At the time, the dogs were still being transported from the Midwest and had not yet arrived. I explained that I was happy to move forward, but I wanted a FaceTime call or some form of confirmation once the dog was actually in her custody before sending a deposit. To me, that seemed like a reasonable request. Adopting a pet is a major commitment, and I wanted to verify the dog had arrived safely and make sure it was the right fit before sending money. Shortly afterward, I was asked to send a $500 deposit and received an invoice reflecting a $1,000 adoption fee. When I didn't send the deposit that day, I was blocked on Instagram within a matter of hours. What bothered me most was the pressure. I wasn't refusing to adopt, nor was I wasting anyone's time. I had already spent time on the phone, provided personal information, and sent a video of my home because I fully intended to move forward once I could confirm the dog had arrived and everything checked out. I simply wanted to exercise reasonable due diligence before sending money. That's why I was so surprised by what happened next. The tone of the communication changed dramatically, and the entire experience left me feeling uncomfortable. One additional note: I previously posted a review describing this experience, but it no longer appears on the page. I'm not sure why, but I wanted to share my experience again. Others may have had different experiences, but based on my interaction, I felt pressured to send money before I was comfortable doing so, and I was disappointed by how quickly the communication deteriorated when I asked what I believed were reasonable questions.
