My dog is a little ball of anxious energy so taking him to the groomer has been a challenge in the past. Not sure who gets more nervous, him or me. My dog got to get his service done in his own little grooming room! No worries of extra dogs being around. The rooms are super clean and smell so nice. My dog came out of his groom feeling SO soft and smelling so good. I couldn't stop smelling him actually. I loved the deshedding as well! I didn't think my dog shed that much but turns out, it's more than I think. The paw balm was such a nice touch as well as the NECK TIE!!!! Are you kidding me? I died. It was the cutest thing ever. I love all of the available treats and accessories in the lobby. I picked up a kangaroo tail (which I didn't even know could be a dog chew but the groomer recommended it for my tough chewer) and a cow hide stick. I stopped by this Fluffology place yesterday since I was in the area and wanted to get some holiday gifts. I been here before like last year for a Yelp event, I got my sister dog the Canadian Beef liver treat that they had here and her dog loved it. So I was hoping to get some more and also something for my neighbors dog too. They didn't have that treat anymore so I went to get something else. I was told they usually change the treats up every year. So I went with the Pork Liver and Turkey now. The place was decorated for Christmas and it's nice inside. They have private rooms for your pet to get groom. The prices on the treats are reasonable. The person helping me was Stephanie and she was amazing. She answered all my questions and was very polite with me. It's mostly street parking here so just be aware of that. read more

Me and my dog love this pet store! I came to one of Fluffology's events and had the opportunity to learn more bout Fluffology from the owner, get a tour, and chat with some of the groomers. Wonderful and welcoming team! The owner is a fountain of knowledge about different breeds and the type of care they need. I have a Pomeranian and we discussed his high maintenance needs! Fluffology is strict on only selling products that they can get behind which are quality and good for you treats! My dog enjoys the beef trachea and the minnows. Their apparel and other merchandise is super adorable too. I've been doing my dog's grooming at home but if I had to bring my dog in, I would come here knowing he's getting the best treatment and cut. They have these special grooming houses that are see-through so you can observe your dog's grooming session and have peace of mind especially if you have had poor experiences with groomers or your dog has separation anxiety. The groomers have accommodations to their blow dryers in case your dog is sensitive to sound. You can request a specific groomer if you have a preference too. Every pet deserves a spa day here. I really trust the groomers to take care of the pets here. Not only are they knowledgeable, but their demeanor is calm, friendly, and professional. The grooming experience is very thorough and every detail of the process feels thought out, from the paw balm to the headband to protect your pup's ears from the loud sounds of the hair dryer. I was also thrilled to see the collection of ties that they had which I thought was not only adorable, but also spoke to the fun, pet-loving attitude of the business. This is a very elevated grooming experience. You can tell right when you walk in. I don't need the awesome vibes but they are nice. I did enjoy the good service from all the staff. I have a lagotto and they are a specific cut. Fluffology takes the time to learn it so word has spread amongst Lagotto owners in LA. I drove 45 min each way and spend two hours in the neighborhood discovering the area and I can say it was worth it. Will I be doing it again, yes. My pup with groomer by Moriah. They had the option to pay the store directly for the service via credit card and then use venmo to directly tip Moriah. It's a store that uses 2025 technologies. What a concept! Haven't seen it before and it's great. They sell various products in the store and have plenty of treat samples. I appreciated that as well. read more

Walked in after eating closeby and Leo greeted us. I asked him several questions about the grooming, treats etc and he was so helpful. If all my furbabies were still here, young and vivacious they would have loved it here! The grooming suites are beautiful. You can see your furbabies bathe, dry and have their fabulous cuts. We don't have our 17 year old yorkie professionally groomed anymore but this will be our go to spot for his other little trinkets and needs. I'm so glad this opened up close to home. Jake and I LOVE this place. We've been shopping here since it opened a couple of years ago and it's been the best experience. Jake is my first dog and Kimberly and Leo were SO HELPFUL and knowledgeable that I knew this wasn't going to be a hit and miss situation like what often would happen at the big box stores. I didn't start with having Jake groomed there because I kept looking for "less expensive" options. Well, it turns out you get what you pay for at the less expensive places. Those places left Jake either smelling like a 1970's gigolo or not fully dry and stating that Jake was having a "bad day" and didn't want to get dried... Grooming at Fluffology is great. Daniel is amazing and Jake LOVES him. Whenever I pick him up, his fur is super soft to the touch, he smells appropriately like a clean dog, and best of all, he has a super happy smile on his face. Daniel treats Jake with such care and I know this by the way Jake's gets excited to see him each time we walk into Fluffology. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG TO THIS PLACE. The groomer was incredibly rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. We maintain our Labradoodle's long hair extremely well- giving her a thorough brush everyday. When we walked in to drop her off, the groomer told us "she's a pain in the ass". Just because she has long hair. Talking to customers like this will definitely not invite return costumers and word of mouth recommendations. When we picked up our dog, the groomer (Genesis) showed us a video of my dog tied up struggling and thrashing on the table for a minute and a half while getting dried. Not sure if they just let her continue like that for a the entire blow dry or if they gave her a break, but for a minute and half of the filming she was just in distress. And then the groomer proceeded to tell me "I feel like I care more about your dog than you do.." (in front of my young son). They increased the price by $75 from our last sessions without advance notice. Cost of grooming wound up being $250 plus tip. And then the insistence of saying "I refuse to be your groomer if you don't take her every 4 weeks for a full groom session. If I had my way I'd bring her every 2 weeks." Then Genesis made a comment that they wouldn't want to spend a car payment on dog grooming and that we should shave her hair because it would be less expensive and easier to groom. With all the options in the area, avoid this place. Or at least this specific groomer. We certainly will never go back. read more

My apartment is home to three, shedding gals: myself, my roommate, and my new corgi. A month into having her and not being able to brush down her major shedding, I knew it was time to get her groomed. I made an appointment online and was a little confused by it asking for a consult first. Rest assured, they'll call you and you can set up an appointment same day. When they called to get details on my dog, they went over whatever I said on the online form and were really sweet and understanding when I was telling them she's a little new to me. If you have an anxious dog, reactive dog, or sensitive senior dog, I highly recommend spending the $$ to come here. I know there's cheaper groomers out there, but their gentle approach, individual grooming rooms, quick turn around times, and decision to not use kennels are all very helpful if your dog isn't at ease at a groomer. Also my dog used to get groomed at home (by her former owner; I would never try) so this was her first professional groom in long time so she was nervous. But Daniel was very patient with her. My dog's groom took roughly an hour and a half which was fast for the level of detail in her shaping. Daniel put in THE WORK in getting her de-shedded (there was enough fur to make 5 other dogs AT LEAST). His skills were impressive and he gave feedback that the only area she struggled in was nail trimming. There's a sitting area in the back with Wi-Fi and lots of early morning appointments if you're trying to avoid your dog being exposed to a lot of other dogs (store opens at 10, but you can get groomed as early as 8). There are some 2 hour street parking areas, but note those are a bit of a walk so it would be rough to go through those in the rain. They did mention that if you're in a pinch, you can call to ask to drop off your dog. I went in at 8:15am so I didn't have trouble with parking and there was only one other dog getting groomed so mornings have that advantage. Daniel is great and my dog, while nervous, did very well with him. I think this place is worth the extra dollars if you have a double coated dog or a dog that struggles/learning to be at the groomer. read more

Never went this fancy for a dog before but the little guy was looking like a stray and needed a clean up. Moriah was our Fluffologist and she was great. Walked us through everything, asked questions about what we wanted to see, even down to any fragrances to watch out for, etc. Had no idea what to expect so it was helpful to have her talk about it. The end result was incredible. Looks like a brand new dog ready for his yearbook photo, plus she paid special attention to his paws and nails so he's in better, tidier shape. It is definitely a "get what you pay for" (and it ain't cheap!), but absolutely will be back when he needs his next transformation! read more

I told my girlfriend when I dropped my 5 pound fluff off that this is the type of place to say they had to do more work and add on 20 dollars to the bill which they did lol. Not only was it the worst grooming job I have ever seen but also the same price I used to pay in Beverly Hills. I do a better grooming at home. He was so kind and funny; he made my Tiffany feel comfortable and left her looking so shiny, soft and smelling amazing! He said that she did very good during the session and she went through it without any challenges. I really love the privacy and one to one that your dog gets to experience during their grooming session, definitely worth it if you ask me. Your pet isn't in a cage waiting for you, the groomer stays with your loved one until you come to pick them up. This review has been a long time coming. We never had great experiences here from the jump but wanted to give it a try because it's clean and they seemed to know what they were doing. We have a doodle and his fur can be high maintenance, so we trusted in what seemed to be a top tier spot. We quickly noticed that the attitude of the groomers was odd, shaming us into the way we were brushing or caring for our pup. They aim to educate, but it was over the top and left my husband and I feeling as though we were doing "enough" for our baby, though we were brushing him daily and using the tools and spray we bought there. Eventually we tried to open communication with them and ended up trying another groomer there. I feel that people should know what happened to us next when the groomer literally cut our dogs tounge. He is permanently damaged for the rest of his life. This is a designer dog we paid 4K plus for. No his quality of life is not affected. And no we don't care what he looks like and love him anyway. Yes they felt badly and yes they paid for the vet bill. But this mistake happened on their watch and our family is emotionally and physically forever scarred. Nothing can take away the trauma of my precious perfect dog getting marred and violated unnecessarily. My husband and I are reminded of this every time we look at him. Hannah's bringing SEXY BACK! My cat Fury looks sooo good with her lion cut! Just cute as a button! We brought our cat in today because we got tired of coughing up hairballs every time we picked up this long haired feline. No problem to Hannah! In just one hour and a half, she had our girl Decked Out from the Neck out. Faded and Fabulous. Yes, and again, after Hannah gave her another trim, Fury was acting all uppity and too hot to trot. The thing that we, especially, liked about Hannah, besides her attention to detail, is her attention to exactly what the customer wants. We were very specific to not get Fury cut too low and even where we wanted to hair to remain. Hannah had it all "in the bag." She knew exactly what we were looking for, and told us what to expect. Fury looks better than what we had imagined. Stephanie is amazing as well. Always making sure that there is clear communication between customer and the groomer. My puppy LOVES this place. I took her in a few times before her appt (we live around the corner) just to get her acclimated with the space and now she RUNS to the door any day or time we pass by it. The staff is so incredibly talented and sweet, their retail area is nothing short of amazing, and my overbearing parenting in regard to whole food ingredients is put at ease with their treat line. Cannot recommend this place enough! They have a ton of events supporting rescues and the community and I am so grateful that we get to live so close to them. My Odesza Girly loves them about the same as she loves their Braided Pork Pizzle treats! As far as pricing goes - it's EXTREMELY comparable to other groomers but I truly felt like my Odesza got some quality time with her groomer and didn't have to be distracted by all the other beautiful puppies in there since their grooming stations are isolated. My dog is a distemper survivor and I'm very finicky about cleanliness and I never, ever worry about Fluffology. It's always pristinely cleaned and smells even better. If I closed my eyes and walked in, I wouldn't even be able to know it was a grooming space. 10/10 recommend, run to this place - do not walk! read more

We live in the area and were so excited to see a nice groomer open up close by. We have a Bernedoodle and were quoted much higher than any other groomer we've ever seen. We opted to try it out anyway because we had a $200 gift card and the place touted a calming experience given the grooming areas are separated from one another. When we arrived, they mentioned adding another fee for his hair and size. Then when we picked him up, they quoted us an additional $40 anxiety fee. I've never heard of an anxiety fee for a dog. The most my dog does when he's anxious is pant and it's never been a problem with any other place we've been to. We ended up paying an additional $120 including tip after our $200 gift card for the grooming. $320 for a mediocre grooming from a groomer who didn't seem to care for my dog is absurd. I feel like they were just trying to get the most money out of us with these hidden fees. We now take him to Euphuria down the street; they're so sweet with him and have never complained, let alone charged us, for him being anxious. read more

Finally, a bougie pet shop and salon for my babies. I walked in with my sister out of curiosity and to purchase one of the Christian Cowan sweaters for my chihuahua. While I was there I also purchased the goat feet snacks for my three small dogs and ended up scheduling an appointment for my maltepoo and wire terrier mix for the following day. Today I dropped my two babies off to get the all inclusive fluff love treatments. They look and smell sooooo cute! I could tell my dogs loved the workers there and I can't wait to take them back for their next grooming. I'll definitely be back soon for more treats.
