(We were also asked who referred us at check in, but it was not a problem that we'd booked without one.) We were checked in quickly and given paperwork to complete. My son got called back about 15 minutes after his appointment but we needed a few minutes to do the questionnaire. He saw Dr. Borton and was happy by this visit with her. She confirmed his tinnitus as well as his healthy hearing, and agreed to his request to provide paperwork for school. As his mom I appreciated him having a comfort level with the doctor and leaving with information he'd been seeking. This office hosts several physicians. Their doctors also work downtown on Chestnut Street if that location is preferred. Clean waiting room area. Masks optional. Plenty of parking spaces. Located near casual restaurants if you're appointment falls near a lunch or dinner appointment.

When I called to make an appointment here they were super nice and really tried to help me out by getting me in there ASAP. (Dutchman's Lane) I did have to wait about hour past my scheduled time which is just the worst in general when you are already anxious about being there, but I will say it did not matter to me at all after I got in. The Dr. (Dr. Sohi) was incredibly nice, informative, empathetic and took care of everything without issue. It was late in the day and I thought they may bump me and have me come back but they didn't do that. They stayed until last patient was done(on a Friday mind you) and I did not feel rushed with patient care at all. If you ever need to see a ENT, this is the place!

Making the first appointment was a breeze but he went in cautiously and did not want to make a commitment so he booked a consultation. We both attended the appointment and knew immediately this was a reliable business and the audiologist we were seeing was fantastic. She explained the different hearing aids available and what the strengths and weaknesses were of the different hearing aids. She was able to see how old his current hearing aids were and when his hearing was last tested by looking up something online. We discussed the change in insurance that was going to happen the first of the year and if the coverage was going to affect the price. The Audiologist was very patient and thorough and we knew this was the place to go. To make a long story short my husband had his hearing tested and chose the appropriate hearing aids to purchase. They were the updated version of what he had for years. In setting up the hearing aids the Audiologist was shocked at features he had that were never explained.The purchase was made and financing was offered for one year zero interest. We have been back several times to tweek the settings. Making appointments are always simple. Everyone in the office is excellent at their job. This is truly a five star experience! 2026: 001

One month after my appointment they billed me and tried to blame the insurance company. BEWARE, they are not honest! They violated the Good Faith Estimate federal law.

I inherited an Oticon hearing aid and had it fitted in Phoenix AZ but when my audiologist had a hard time with getting the warranty transferred I found out that Hearing Life was the original seller to my son in laws father who passed away. It wasn't very straight forward but I called Hearing Life for help in transferring the warranty. They followed up with a couple of phone calls with me and were able to get the warranty transferred. If they did all that to help out a person who wasn't the original customer and lived in another state I am sure they will give anyone in Kentucky great service! I forgot, they also asked if I had the original charger and they worked on getting that warranty transferred too. They did this without any sales to me, or expectation of future sales. Just great service. Above and beyond service!

He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

My partner was looking into dental implants at Nuvia in Louisville, and the experience was so…read moreblatantly unprofessional and misleading that I honestly think this practice needs to be reviewed by reputable organizations in the area. This was our third or fourth opinion on this procedure -- we've talked to real oral surgeons, we know what's normal, and we had high hopes based on the promises made over the phone. When scheduling, we were told the entire office would be "reserved just for us," that all staff would be focused solely on our appointment, and that because their surgeons are "so busy," we needed to put down an $89 deposit to secure the spot -- even though they advertise a free consult. That alone felt off, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. When we arrived, they checked us in and then vanished. After 30 minutes, they took my partner back for a quick scan, then immediately put him back in the waiting room. We waited another 45 minutes with zero communication. Eventually someone wandered by and told us we "might want to reschedule" because someone ahead of us was taking longer than expected -- which makes absolutely no sense if the entire office was supposedly dedicated to us and no one else. The story completely contradicts what we were told. We were also told the $89 deposit would be refunded immediately as long as we showed up. It's been over two weeks, and nothing has been refunded. I've called twice and keep getting vague excuses and no action. At this point, it feels intentional. The whole operation reads like a sales funnel dressed up as a medical practice. They push "24‑hour dental implants," which any legitimate oral surgeon will tell you is unsafe, unrealistic, and carries a high risk of implant failure. The entire setup feels predatory -- like they're targeting people in vulnerable situations with big promises, pressure tactics, and zero follow‑through. It gave the same energy as those pharmaceutical reps who prey on people who desperately need treatment. We walked out and immediately found a reputable practice elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing because the phone pitch made it sound like we'd receive five‑star, concierge‑level care, and what we actually got was a complete waste of time, money, and trust. Between the misleading advertising, the contradictory explanations, the lack of professionalism, and the still‑unreturned deposit, this is absolutely a situation that deserves oversight from people outside the practice.
