My husband needed new heating aids and decided to research his possibility of locations to seek…read moretreatment. He had been going to Heuser Hearing for years but felt that business had gone down through the period he had been treated there. In his research Eastpoint Audiology got continual five star ratings. Making the first appointment was a breeze but he went in cautiously and did not want to make a commitment so he booked a consultation. We both attended the appointment and knew immediately this was a reliable business and the audiologist we were seeing was fantastic. She explained the different hearing aids available and what the strengths and weaknesses were of the different hearing aids. She was able to see how old his current hearing aids were and when his hearing was last tested by looking up something online. We discussed the change in insurance that was going to happen the first of the year and if the coverage was going to affect the price. The Audiologist was very patient and thorough and we knew this was the place to go. To make a long story short my husband had his hearing tested and chose the appropriate hearing aids to purchase. They were the updated version of what he had for years. In setting up the hearing aids the Audiologist was shocked at features he had that were never explained. The purchase was made and financing was offered for one year zero interest. We have been back several times to tweek the settings. Making appointments are always simple. Everyone in the office is excellent at their job. This is truly a five star experience! 2026: 001

They sent me a written email confirmation that they had checked my insurance coverage and 100% was covered with no co-pay. One month after my appointment they billed me and tried to blame the insurance company. BEWARE, they are not honest! They violated the Good Faith Estimate federal law.

I had a very bad experience where two teachers were being beyond rude, acting like little teenage boys. Nothing was done, I left voicemails explaining my situation and no follow up was provided.

We were in speech and making small strides, but then the therapist suddenly quit the practice and left. We've been on the wait list ever since. As she ages, her peers pass her by all while she cannot get the therapy she desperately needs. My son is also been on the wait list for over 3 years for the same therapy. We do recieve "telehealth" OT and the therapist is great, but let's face it, a child with special needs really needs in person therapy. The secretary/receptionist seems to always have an attitude. Louisviille, especially the south and southwest is desperate for more pediatric therapy practices. It's a shame this is pretty much the only one and they are booked solid. Hundreds of kids go without the help they need. Lastly the scheduluing is inflexible. Take what they give or forget about it. Which is what happened in my son's case. The therapy was in the middle of the school day and we couldn't just leave school and go to thearpy twice a week. So we've been waiting for the last 3 years. Kind of ridiculous. I will say all the therapist are great, but this practice is poorly managed.

I was referred by a spine surgeon that knew surgery was not an option for me. The doctor that had ordered an MRI of my back said I should NEVER consider spine surgery. When I first arrived at this practice over a year ago the PA Shaun Nicole Wright had reviewed my MRI. After an exam she determined I was definitely a candidate for a spinal injection. Since I have numerous issues with my back she let me choose which area was of highest priority to me for treatment. She warned me that whatever I chose would be the only injection for at least three months. When I indicated lower spine she was a little surprised but then on manual pressure examination she agreed. At the end of the first visit I stopped at the office for surgical scheduling for an SI Injection. After the 1st injection I am sold and have recommended to others to skip major surgery and consider cortisone injections. In the past year I have remained in the kind care of PA Shaun Wright. She herself is fabulous, thorough, and well informed. Last November when I needed a repeat of the SI injection she knew the surgeon was going on maternity leave. While I sat in the exam room she reached out first hand to the surgeon to see if I could be squeaked in. The surgeon, Dr Bauer agreed to do my injection in the office the following week since space in the Surgical Center was not available. Not many doctors would be thar accommodating. I have remained a loyal patient since the beginning and go every three months for reevaluation. The injections are so successful that I can go much longer than the three month required interval. Thanks for a true FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE !
